2 stars because the place has an amazing assortment of things to do! There is a large trampoline area with tons of trampolines, an area with 2 basketball hoops to practice dunk shots, dodgeball court, a trapeze area, an agility space where you can be knocked down, 3 different sponge pit areas and another little play area for kids who are too young to jump.However, there were many issues that were very unaccommodating.1) The water fountains were turned off, so there was nowhere to get water unless you purchased an overpriced bottle. (This is obviously a COVID issue, but there was no other water offered for the kids to drink after playing hard.)2) (see photo 1) the “cleaning” that was done in between jumpers consisted of the employees spraying disinfectant with a garden sprayer onto the mats of the trampolines with a concentrated sprayer that only hit a couple of areas. It, in no way, was properly disinfecting the equipment.3) (See additional photos) The bathroom had no toilet paper, no paper towels and no toilet seat covers. There was also a huge hole in the wall where someone had slammed the door open and created a hole. This hole had been there for a while (it was obvious) and had zero attempt at fixing it.4) The worst part, was that the air conditioner in the main seating area was set at 75. — In the jumping area, I don’t doubt that it was 80+ in there. All the kids had red faces, sweat dripping from their faces and so did the parents who weren’t even jumping.We visited for a birthday party and did have a great time, but the accommodations were VERY VERY lacking.

This is the BEST trampoline park that I have visited!!! My kids had a blast and even I jumped on the trampoline!!! The facility was clean and had more than enough friendly staff working to help us if we needed it.

This place was surprisingly fun.. for a hole in the wall my entire family jumped for 60$

Every thing is open except the fall guys wipeout and the vr gaming part. Thats why I say 4 stars.

Paid online and get to place and they are not opened. I came on Sunday. They are supposed to be open from 12 to 6 pm! DO NOT PAY ONLINE. NOW I HAVE TO DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION WITH MY BANK. Highly disappointed!!

Great place to bring the kids for a day of jumping and fun!

Had my son’s 3rd birthday party here. He had a blast! I didn’t quite know what to do when we arrived, but pretty soon all was well! Great time and the food was delish for all! We will be BACK!!

Great place. Kids can blow off a ton of steam here. Staff and owners are great people. Easy to work with and the place is huge! Great for parties and gatherings.

Its another nice jump place for kids to have fun and exercise. Staff seems pretty nice. Its tucked in the back of the plaza. Very clean as far as i could see. They are nice and replace your sock if you kids lose one in playing. They call out the expired time over the intercom. They have a parent lounge and comfortable sitting around.

My kids enjoyed this place very much. They jumped for 30 min and were completely worn out. Not very crowded which was awesome.

I like this place.... It was quite, fun and everything worked. The only major issue to watch for the online reserve. I had both a voucher and they were running promos, but the online reservation wouldnt honor either one. I ended paying way more and they couldnt fix it at the register, DONT BOOK ONLINE.

It was fun but was very scared when the lights were turned off when a lot of teens were their and the workers were not supervising what was going on but I guess having teens supervising teens dont work. I had to watch my 9 and 10 year old from been bullied because the workers were busy on their phones and dancing. But the 2nd time we went it was more younger kids and but not sure if we come back to this one

My son and 6 of his friends celebrated his 7th birthday at Gravity Indoor Trampoline Park. It was a lot of fun. I jumped a little while with them. You definitely need more than one hour to play. We will be going back to have more fun soon.

We just went here for my sons birthday and had a blast! It was our second time here and we had just as much fun as the first. I did the birthday party for 8 package, we were given a party guru who checked everyone in and went over safety rules and made sure all of our stuff was organized. Then after we jumped for an hour witch was more than enough time we entered our party room were we had a party host to serve us pizza and drinks and cake. The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back!

So Ive visited this place a few times and today we decided to purchase tickets and complete the waiver online to save time... Well unfortunately this is not the case. The front desk employee told me that I still had to wait in the long line and the good thing about paying online was that fact that I wouldnt have to pay again... Might want to teach your staff what professionalism is....

Great experience. Lots of stuff to play with for example a wipe out zone, Dodge ball zone, 2 basketball zones, trapeze bar zone, and even a balance beam zone where you can duel with an opponent to try to knock them down. Special small childrens only area. Tons of family fun! They even have a video gaming area which is a great transition, even worked great with my special needs child to be able to leave without fighting!

Derron took great care of us at the front desk when checking in. They had a parents lounge with massagers, toddler inflatables, a snack stand, video games, and a photo backdrop. Plus the color scheme was very cool. Awesome atmosphere and experience.

My kids really enjoyed jumping here! I found a really good deal on Groupon, so I didn’t have to pay the entire fee. I didn’t give a full five stars since my son dropped his sister’s glasses (our fault) but they said they’d call us when the maintenance guy retrieved them and they didn’t call us, so we were waiting all week. I found that unprofessional. Otherwise, we’ll probably be back.

Fist off, BE PREPARED FOR BUYING THEIR SOCKS! The costumer service says the have a good reason: Their socks have weird material under them, ( this is not what they actually said ) and so this helps the children or adults stay balanced when and after they jump. There are so many rules structured that I cant cover all of them. But you should see a TV where the registration tablets are. Yep thats pretty much it.

Awesome experience!!!! Kids had a great time. Great staff, very friendly. It was storming outside and you couldnt tell because they were having so much fun. Very clean location and love the massage chairs. Parents are able to sit and watch the kids, but or watch a game on TV in the longe room, read a book at nearby tables or meet a new friend and chat. Very inviting. Im excited that we came and will go again as time allows.

This place is clean and big enough for a lot of people to have fun. I just wish that the jump time was longer for the money and that I didnt have to spend extra money just to buy their socks when I already had grippy socks from another jump place. But overall it was a good experience. The employees were really friendly and helpful and the kids had a great time!

I had the absolute best time here! I jumped into the foam squares from a high place, pushed someone off the high beam and played dodge ball! This place is clean, fun, and definitely a must try!

It was fine. Really small and fairly new so nat that many things to entertain the older children. Food could be way better and it took us 39 mins to get socks and our jump time. Gonna give it some time to grow before I return.

Clean, fun, safe environment with a lot of fun activities for the kids. The massage chairs was a great suprise. I was able to relax while the kids enjoyed running around.

Small trampoline place. Just a few video games. They turn out the lights but theres not enough black lights, so it gets really dark. No decorations on the walls either...would be better if they had stars our something.

Paid online, drove 40 minutes there and they were closed. You all should maybe update your website or answering machine so the public knows this. I contacted you all by email for a refund and got the reply that your mailbox was full. So I will be disputing the charge

My daughter purchased the month pass, so took my 2 4yo grandsons for an hour of jumping. Place was extremely clean. Lots of employees, which was awesome. My grandsons both had a great time. The staff was attentive, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this venue! There are also comfortable seats for the old not jumping folks and they let me have my coffee

We had my nephews 8th birthday party here today and while the jumping was fun the party aspect was lacking. The rooms were pathetic no decorations and the walls were littered with holes and attempts at covering them with different colored paint. Rickety chairs and tables. There was a tv in the room but it was not turned on for us, very disappointed with the amount of money we spent for this birthday party here. Would not recommend. Even if you buy the cheapest package here you should still receive a decorated room or SOMETHING. AWFUL. Put 3 stars only because the jumping was fun.

Not happy about having to buy socks when we brought our own jump socks. Management decided to make everyone buy their socks even though we brought pefectly good socks from get air. Another way to squeeze a few dollars on top of the normal fee. RIDICULOUS!!!

When you decide to patronize your local establishments you DO NOT have to deal with sarcastic bs from their need to take a customer service personnel that they have in their managerial positions. There is never a need for you to provide the name/policies of other locations while comparing the issue at hand, that is ludicrous. Customer service centered training is imperative to assure you stay relevant and in business.

The kids had a great time and didnt want to leave!! Great place for kids to have fun and adults to relax. The staff is assigned to every location and they do an awesome job of watching the children so parents dont have to get on the trampolines. Also, several locations for adults to sit and read or go online. Lots of big screen televisions and good-clean music playing. I love it!! I pray much success for the business, the owners and all of the employees!!

Nice for what it is. Several different areas for jump activities and a toddler section. Also cool that they have massage chairs that you can use while waiting for your kids to finish up playing.

Online check in was easy, pricing was better online as well. Joust and the spinning jump game was fun. Lots of kids getting smashed into one another here. Not a lot of diversity, an hour was enough for the kids. No water fountains was a deal breaker for me. Need to have water readily available for kids exercising this hard without them having to find a parent for money to stand in line to buy water.

Great place.. looks clean, but during peak times like during the holidays there needs to be additional staff on duty to handle the extra crowd. Negative is they dont allow outside food, only pretzels, chips and sodas were available to eat. I asked the manager if she would make an exception since there wasnt anything adequate to eat and she reiterated that no outside food was allowed. I suggested she rethink the policy or ensure there was adequate food on hand during periods of high demand.

The atmosphere was nice. First ond foremost, the place was clean. The owners were there, WORKING. I really appreciate when upper management gets involved with the work. They were also very nice. The kids had a ball. There are plenty of places to sit and eat. The food is pretty standard trampoline park food. Pizza, snacks and drinks. I would recommend healthier kids juices, but the menu works. For the parents/guardians, there are ample sitting couches that are in play area sight. The jumpguards that were on duty did a nice job of enforcing the basic jump rules and didnt rush to get a kid off once the jump time ended.(my kids pimped another 15mins out of it) There is also a non-jumping play area for toddlers where my girls spent most of their time. All in all, cool place with cool owners and workers. They can get all my stars.

Awesome indoor trampoline park for the whole family. Had a great time and experience here, friendly staff, clean facility, a plethora of room for parties and fun. From toddlers to grown ups, there’s something here for everyone. Definitely recommend for some fun time with the family or friends. They have an awesome adult night, fitness class and more.

I dont like the own socks policy, is juts another way to take extra 3 dollars per kid. I used a groupon paying 40.00 plus 12.00 still decent deal.

Close to home, which is nice. Brand new so it doesnt have that foot odor yet. Very clean and spacious. Price is similar to other jump places. No water fountains, really?! Then the computers were down, so you needed cash to purchase drinks. I guess there werent enough kids to keep all the staff busy, so they were congregated in the hallway talking. The staff remaining on the floor were not pay attention to their stations. I think if we were to return, then it would have to be during a busier time of day to get better service.

I took my son and his friend for the 1st time on Sat. They had an awesome time. They loved all the areas but their favorite was the Wipe Out. The place is very spacious and allows me to monitor my child at all time. The staff is very friendly and great with kids. We will definitely go again .

A great family place to have fun

Went to a bday party here. It was clean and cool inside. Only 4 stars because they closed 40 mins after we arrived for a private party. So we didnt get the full hour.

My grandson loved every minute of it, except when he would drink water from the fountain his feet would get wet. Water all over the floor...

The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because it took an exceptionally long time to check in and pay. It was so long that we almost left (it wasn’t even very busy) - I’m glad we didn’t. The area was clean and my kids enjoyed all of the activities. Couple suggestions: more seating for the adults and a water fountain for the kids!

Gravity Trampoline Park is a Super Cool experience for All ages! The adults and kids and enjoy themselves in the activities, and when ready, the adults can sit down and enjoy a massage chair while watching the kids. Gotta Love it!

Staff is always friendly and attentive. Its great to have something like this in the area finally! A couple of things I will say thats a little bit of a negative is that it is always far too hot in there. weve been to several other trampoline places. This has only been an issue here. Also, there needs to be public drinking fountain. That is a necessity!

Marketed for people of all age.... Its not... definitely only for kids..and not even teens.

I called to try and make a reservation, but the person who answered the phone said they didnt take them. When I got there at 2:00, they announced there would be no new jumpers until 3:00 due to overcrowding. When I went to pay, the manager said I should have made a reservation online. Also, although all 5 boys had jumping socks on, they made me buy $3 Gravity socks for each kid. When I complained that they already had socks from another trampoline place, they actually said that their socks were specifically designed for their jumping environment. I looked at the bottoms. They are almost exactly the same as the socks we had. They have terrible customer service!!!

Updated review. This is our second time coming to the park. They have improved it. Now they offer free water for the guests. Once you pay for their socks the one-hour admission for two children is under $30. They also now offer a summer plan that allows entry for the child 1 hour a day for $60 all summer. This is a great deal. We shall return.

Great place for kids to have a fun time in a safe environment.

Employees need training in safety, customer service, and basic people skills. The loud music will drive you nuts if you’re not into rap. The trampolines are clean (didn’t visit the bathrooms). Concessions are limited and pricey.

Went here with my 2 year old and its great for kids of all ages. I didnt even have to worry about bigger kids jumping over my son. Good environment.

Absolutely horrible place to bring small children. Staff are very disrespectful and are more interested talking to each other than offering good customer service. Music is a joke. I was honestly offended hearing rap songs with lyrics that are sexual. What are they trying to run is what questioned me. Will never bring my children here again, you can count on that. Would give rating a zero, but have to give a one star...go figure

We had a great time! I have never been to a trampoline park and I even jumped. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didnt like the locker situation because I was over my time limit by one minute and had to get an attendant to open it for me. Over all, we will definitely be back!

Expensive and lack of different things for kids to keep themselves busy with. I see this as another failure in town.

Its fun for the kids but we had an incident when an older male kept throwing the ball at the smaller children waaaay to hard. Hitting them in the face on purpose. They were playing dodge ball but it was a little much. Two other boys almost got into a fight because of it. Referee should pay closer attention.If not for one boy, the rest was really a good experience.

Different activities than some of the other trampoline parks. Priced about the same.Cons: Biggest complaint is there was no water fountain. This is unacceptable and is not fair not to disclose while you are checking in. I’m not sure how this would even follow code for a place like this. I had no choice but to purchase water and it was pricey. One employee even told me she was very embarrassed about it!! Also, I wish there were coupons like some of the other places.

The first time I went with my boyfriend I enjoyed myself. Second time I brought my sister & younger cousin along with my one year old son. We were welcomed at the door by one employee & told to sign in, as another employee comes from behind to tell us that my son had to be two years of age to go to the baby station. I didn’t understand the big difference in being one & two especially considering the fact I was going to be with my child the entire time. I understand rules are rules but I should’ve been told that as I was being welcomed into the door. & I do feel like if a 2 year old can go on the baby station the same as a 1 year old.

Our daughter has been asking to come here for a while and we finally made it on 1/18/19 and the owner made it amazing. A lot of things for the kids to do and burn their energy. This is my favorite trampoline park, because it’s locally owned and operated. Can’t wait to celebrate our sons 10th bday there and I’m looking forward to their adult only events.

We were here for the first time this past Sunday. The staff is extremely nice...like Chick-fil-A level nice. The place was clean and the kids had a blast.

First time visit, my 4yr old grand says to me, they dont have happy colours. I did notice it was a bit gloomy. Dark colours are depressing. The sponge blocks in the jump pit were not too inviting. The walls gloomy gray, dark blue and blue. The game area was the only area that was lite up with happy neon lights, which my grand was drawn to. Happy colours will always keep them, the kids from becoming bored. My little one rather had played the games rather than run and jump. The block jump pit had no inviting colours to draw attention. Walls gloomy. This remark is not a put down, but think CHILD, they love happy colours., if you ever notice, people that always wear dark colours are mostly unhappy. Colours lifts your spirit.Just saying, do the study..

First time going. Pricing is reasonable and the staff are friendly. My 2 year old had fun (and he was free) . They have a little section for younger kids which is nice. Well go back soon
