This place is amazing. Id reccomend it to everyone that likes games of any kind. They have cabinet games, console games, pinball machines. Everything. The attendant knows his stuff and was very friendly. We stayed 3 hours for 12 bucks a piece.Excellent date trip. Its near Nashville, and theres a kickass Mexican place right across the street.

Great arcade, tons of games, arcades and consoles, and a metric crapton of pinball machine. Like 75-100? There are so many, old and new. Not all of them were turned on, however. Still had plenty to play and only $12 for the whole day. Highly recommended if youre anywhere near Nashville!

Ive come here quite often actually and have had a great experience each and every time. Great unlimited free play pricing at only 12$ for all day, great machines to play (Im fond of the Punch-Out, Donkey Kong Jr., Dig Dug and Mortal Kombat ones specifically), some amazing pinball machines, and really good prices on their retro products. Helpful and friendly staff and a rather large place to enjoy old-school classics and modern day hits. Easy recommendation to anyone in the Smyrna area who likes video games.

A few of the crown jewels being WWF Wrestlemania, D&D Tower Of Doom, all 4 Mortal Kombat cabinets, and the KISS pinball machine. Just $10 for one hour of unlimited access to all machines with unlimited credits, or $12 for all day. Perfect for anyone who has never visited a real arcade, or anyone who wants to relive the golden years of arcades.

Absolutely amazing, hands down. It would take you years to truly play through the collection of games here, but at 12 dollars a day you can make a good dent without putting much of a dent in your wallet.Yes, there are a few games with some problems, but after being played for 30+ years even I have some things that dont work like they used to.The staff is friendly and if you have a question or concern they are there to help. This place is worth a drive, even an entire day trip. The location of this Arcade is a bit interesting, but once inside it is a sea of sound, plastic, and pixels. The amount of arcade cabinets here is staggering compared to other places I have seen. Even though the building itself seemed more like a warehouse, Its understandable with the maze of machines laid out in the building. I hope to be able to return and play a good few of the cabinets they have here.

Dont be fooled by the 5 star rating. This game Galaxy arcade isnt the coolest design themed environment with great amenities... Rather it feels like you have walked in to the storage warehouse where all the old pinball and arcade games go to die. But the games work... Well, a large majority of them... And with around 450 games to choose from and a ten dollar all day pass, you can get your dig dug on... Or pop a few games of pinball. And, in this world where Dave and Busters games cost 2 dollars to win a stuffed duck... This will take you back to the game tomorrow of the 80s.

Talk about bringing back some memories! To be able to sit down and play that game that you were never able to beat (did we ever really beat ANY of them?) all for only $10 is worth every penny. Dragons Lair, Mortal Kombat, House of the Dead, a virtual reality set up, and more pinball machines than you can count…I will say that it draws quite the eclectic crowd… But everybody was very friendly. This place is also deceptively large. Parking is in the back in the building just keeps on going! All in all I’m not sure who had more fun, me or the kids! I had ages 12 to 16 with me and we all had a blast. We spent hours here and could have spent hours more. I almost had to drag the kids out. We will definitely be back!

Review №75

If you are an old school arcade and pinball enthusiast, you cannot pass through middle Tennessee without checking this place in Smyrna out. It should literally be classified as a landmark.Inside this century old building you will find just about every arcade game you have ever played before (Im 48 so thats alot). Even if the cabinet youre looking for is not there, they have a few all-in-one machines peppered throughout the location that stands a chance of having it.My game of choice is Dragons Lair, and they have it, along with at least 5 other laser disc games, BUT you need to go on Saturday if you want to play them. This was a bit offputting since Im from out of town, but as someone who has owned one of these treasures, I can imagine the amount of wear and tear that can occur just by being powered on for a game this old and fragile. As such, I was told the only day you can play those particular machines is Saturday. No harm no foul, just right place wrong time. Not a fan of pinball myself, but there is a ridiculous amount of pins in there, but in a good way. Its nice to see that level of variety. I would like to have seen a few more of the old school drivers like Hard/Race drivin, Stocker, Ridge Racer, but I would imagine they take up way more space than the stand ups they have.Plus, as someone whos first job was an arcade technician, these are a pain to maintain and calibrate. As far as space, all the cabinets are right next to each other, so if someone is on a game next to you, it can be a little crowded, but then with the sheer number of games here, the likelihood of being next to someone very often is low. There are few games that have button or switch issues, which I reported. However I was back after in town after about a month, and a few of the issues still hadnt been fixed. I cant imagine there wouldnt be enough spare parts lying around. For you less conservative enthusiasts, they have the front room filled with consoles, all in ones, hybrids, home growns, and ricers, which is where I assume the competitions take place. I try to stay away from that mess because it gets a bit rowdy, at least the two out of three times Ive been there. All in all, you would be hard pressed to find an arcade anywhere that you can pay 12 bucks and stay all day, plus have the sheer number of machines of this place. Its a bit cramped, but its laid out well. I especially love the fact that the 1990 and newer games are towards the back, featuring the classic 80s cabinets in the main commons area. Dont know if that was on purpose or not, but if so it was a good idea. The Nintendo cabinets are in one spot, as well as the Midways, Universals, and Williams. Again, if this was themed intentionally, well done.Since I know how to fix these things, it took every ounce of restraint not to reach in and either diagnose the issues or fix it myself, but I wouldnt want someone coming to my house rooting through my service menu or control panel. Just report whatever you find to the folks at the desk, they seem friendly enough. Maybe I just caught one guy on a bad day when i reported the Mortal Kombat 3 block button on the P2 side not working. He just said its a 20 year old fighter, its bound to be abused.Otherwise, this would be 5 out of 5 stars. But then, thats just my two cents.

I waited to review this place until I came multiple times, just to make sure this review was just right.First: HUGE layout of old school arcades and pins, lots of console games to choose from, and home to leagues and tournaments. It gets busy on the weekends for sure, but even then, there is still plenty to do and try here.Second: Pins, pins, and more pins. If you love pinball, and want to play machine that is hard to find, or that you havent played in years, this is the place for you. Well over 100 unique pins to play, from some of the classics, to the sought after, and even some new ones. Keep in mind, pins break frequently and need CONSTANT maintenance; even with that, the owner and staff do a great job maintaining the stock they have.Third: If you are looking for an arcade game, they probably have it, all the great classics and fan favorites are here, including rarities that are hard to come by. Some include, Star Wars and Tempest (both vector), Missile Command, Spy Hunter, Battle Toads, Street Fighter, and DDR.Fourth: The owner is very personable, and a pleasure to talk to; thank you Jason for making your business and I absolute pleasure to visit.
