Well kept and well ran! Another great course owned by the same folks next door at Legacy Golf! (My son Jonathan S. works at Legacy at the cart checkout / return. (Bring lots of tip money. Its his senior year and college isnt cheap! )

This is a fine golf course with very affordable rates. The pin placements were very challenging on each green and the fairways were in good shape.

Great public course with driving range right next to Legacy Golf Course (theyre operated by the same company). The range at legacy is much flatter than that of Fox creek though this means you can clobber some bombs off the hill here. The range and turf are in okay condition. Its a slightly longer course than Legacy and there is more variety in the holes. You can get through pretty quick even walking if you want to pass on a cart. Beware that they backup a bit on the weekend as there are often largish groups. Love to play here.

This is my home course and I love playing here with my team and with my family. Well cut course with respectful workers. And not to mention they are a youth on course place. Love this golf course.

Review updated 8/23.Original review was based on driving range only:Staff is nice and tee spots are grassed and well maintained. A large bucket of balls is $15 which is competitive for the area. Tee boxes are elevated on a hill overlooking range which IMO gives inaccurate club/distance results and there is no shade. These two reasons lead me to the three star rating for diving range.However....All in all, fox creek and legacy are a great place to practice your short game and you can fit a round into a busy schedule. Green fees are cheap and overall facility is maintained better than the price point. I played fox creek yesterday and was pleased with the condition of the course. It was better than expected with the high temps and recent lack of rain. The consistency of conditions, helpful staff and value are what leads me to update previous review from 3 stars (range only) to 4 stars overall, considering a 4 point something star for course.

Great little short course! Less than 3 hours if its not busy.

This could be a decent outing, but they stack groups on top of each and it takes away from the game. The last few times I played this course you had a waiting tim of at least 5 to 7 mins to tee off on each hole.

My brother and I played 18 today. This course is very reasonably priced, the staff is always friendly and the course is very well maintained. Especially for the amount of golfers that play it. Ive been coming here off and on since the early 90s. You will love this place.

Pretty simple, fun course. Some of the fairways are a bit tight, fly balls would constantly enter into other fairways.

Nope! This is a 62 par course and the staff thinks you should act like you are playing at Pebble Beach! Went there just to relax and enjoy a quick round of golf and was bothered twice by the ranger about playing too slow WHILE I was waiting for the people in front of me to get off the green. First time there, last time there!

I enjoyed this course a lot. Its not a long course but it will definitely show you your need for a short game.

The course was absolutely beautiful very well maintained I highly recommend it to anyone just beginning or already in the middle of their golf Adventures it is very fun not too challenging just enough to make you want to come back and try and beat it again. if you get a chance dont miss it

A staff member Don came and searched our bags with a cig in his mouth to ensure we didnt bring any of our own beer AFTER we had paid $25 for 6 beers to bring with us in the club house. This was all while we waited to tee off at the first hole. It really set the tone for the rest of the round. Ill be playing elsewhere.

Was on a trip in GA late summer and my cousin took me to this course. Very nice, even after pretty much the spring and the whole summer the course was still looking crisp and well kept. Nice little course with mostly Par 3s but its still fun. If I lived in the area Id definitely continue going there! There is traffic tho so hope you have good players in front of you lol

Good place to hit balls and putt. Noticed new Golftec center as well, which is great. My issue with Fox Creek is I have played the course 10 times and the pace of play is always horrible. If not for that it would be a nice place for a quick turn after work. I do commend FC for their support of Junior Golf and Junior tournaments there have been good.

Not sure whats happened, but the condition of the driving range looks like its being managed by the same group that did Tin Cup. Its never been great, but at this point youre basically hitting (and standing) in a field of dirt....or mud if its been raining. I always prefer to hit off of grass as opposed to a turf mat, but Legacy should consider having both as options, with maintenance/recovery done to grass on the mat side of the range, then switch over repeating the process on the other side. Some nice upgrades to the golf shop / clubhouse, but management needs to make sure the golf experience at a higher standard.

I was just in Atlanta for a couple of days and wanted to play a round of golf. I looked online and found this little gem! First off the entire staff was very helpful and friendly. The course was so much fun to play and very well taken care of. The only negative was that they just aerated the greens, so putting wasn’t the purest. Thanks again to all of the staff for a great afternoon.

Decent course. Its pretty small and narrow so prepare to play most holes with the same club (constant 160 yard shots). Otherwise, cool place to play at.

One of the best kept secrets in recreational golf. In 2 1/2 to 3 hours you can play a round of golf on an exciting layout. The greens are always in great shape and the course is a bargain at under $25.

This is a great golf course for the price! I enjoy being able to come play 18 after work and on the weekend. The Driving range and putting green are well maintained. The Tee boxes are decent especially for the price! With a few par 4s and even a par 5, It allowed me to pull out the driver a little more than its neighboring course Legacy. Overall, its hard to beat being close to Atlanta and under $30 a round!

We had a large group come in today to golf for my husbands birthday, I have never golfed a day in my life. Granted we were going a little slower because of me, now when a group came up behind us we would let them go ahead of us! Which is proper golf manners! The rudest ranger came over to us and said we were going to slow, and today is not the day for me to learn to golf and we need to move on! The ranger and my husband did exchange words, completely unprofessional and uncalled-for! Now we did go back up to the office and they gave us a full refund! They were great and apologized for his rude words and actions. We will keep everyone informed if that ranger is still there.

Love playing out at Fox Creek and Legacy both courses are great and kept really well. Unfortunately play has been a little slow at Fox Creek lately but congratulations on all the business hopefully we can get a new clubhouse at Legacy again

This is a great beginner/intermediate player course. Plenty of chances to use irons and a couple of holes to use a wood. The course is well maintained and not too busy. My only warning is to watch out for long drives at the back of the course where the range backs up to one of the fairways.

Great practice facility and nice little Par 3 track. The par 4s are almost all possible to hit in 1 so it makes for some fun eagle opportunities. Well maintained but it can get pretty backed up with slow play at certain times of the day.

Nice little par 3 course with a par 5 which you dont see too often.

While the clubhouse staff is pleasant, the course ranger has serious people problems. For this reason, I dont recommend playing here and will not return.
