Guided tours of the museum are offered and recommend, but whether Smith-Appleby House is open or closed, the enchanting waterfront grounds filled with flowering plants, wetland pathways and a babbling brook is always a pleasure to explore. ~Ron Ash

The Smith Appleby house museum Is a hidden treasure. After countless hours of searching for a rustic Venue for our wedding ceremony we came across the museum. In a few mins I knew it was the best fit for us. Within 24 hours I had an email from the president and my wedding date was saved in the book. Deb was amazing. Her customer service and dedication was beyond excellent. If you are looking for a beautiful rustic venue with amazing photography opportunities this is your place.We are so thankful for all of the volunteers that helped us make our wedding day the most amazing day ever.
