I sit here after spending $75 on two kids knowing I will never return. Sad it has declined so much. I never expected much value for my money but just the minimum would be acceptable.The very few tables available have been in the same dirty condition since I walked in an hour ago. Forcing people to sit on restricted tables or clean them up. Moving the mess to an unrestricted table. No ice! When I asked why I was told we are waisting too much ice. I paid well for ice. No tickets in any machines (Covid I guess) I could go on as a GM of a restaurant myself but I will stop.Get ready to pay up for less then minimum.

Is one of the best places for you to go. They got very good measures to check your hands after leaving the place so you can clean your hands in case you have any bacteria or virus. It is safe to go and it is located at a nice area with good views. It is also close to a lot of shopping stores. This place is mostly for kids due to how it looks. If you are looking for a place to spend some time and also eat pizza, this is what you need. There is enough parking space for a lot of people who wants to celebrate a party. The only bad thing that I found out is the space inside the local, it is small and not a lot of people can fit in at the same time.Here you can win tickets which you can spend to get some candy or toys.

I gave it a four star because it was smaller than what we are used too. We came during COVID, so not all the games that they did have were available to play. We still enjoyed our time there, the kids seem to love it and so did we. The manager had great service and definitely made us feel welcomed!

We found the initial pricing and deals a little confusing but overall it was clean, the staff friendly and courteous, the pizza delicious, and Chucky a fun addition!

Guys this is the best place to go to. Forget the Arcade, just come here. To have the most fun you should get the unlimited points for your card, (you choose how long to play) to get most enjoyment out of it!!!

Half of the machines werent working! You would have thought with all of the down time during this pandemic they wouldve taken the time for maintenance but.......not. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

We had a great time at Chuck E. Cheese. We had my granddaughters birthday party there and her friends. The staff were so helpful the pizzas were great. If I had to do another kids party I highly recommend them on North shore.

I truly hate this place. Why do people give children parties here. People bring there children here sick. Next thing you are Your child is sick. I ordered two small pizza two salads and very nasty buffalo chicken. It was over $60. Please tell me why and how is that. Its time for Chucky Cheese to go.

We held my granddaughters birthday celebration here. We had a really wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and helpful, the pizza and wings were really good, and the salad bar was fresh. Would definitely do it again!

I brought my kids here twice over the summer and it was a lot of fun. My daughter really loves the photo booth. The pizza is pretty good too.

Firstly, I realize I went on a Saturday afternoon and will give them credit for the craziness. Whatever. I waited in line for 10 minutes and ordered wings with my combo, and she didnt ring it up. Waited in line for another 10 minutes to ring up my order of wings, and the cashier was having an attitude about it. After FORTY-FIVE MINUTES I went up to get my wings and the MANAGER caught an attitude and just snatched my receipt out of my hand without even saying a word or apologizing to me. Ten MORE minutes pass and I finally get my wings. 20$ for 13 wings and two pieces of celery. The wings tasted great, as did our pizza-- but YALLS ATTITUDES SUCK.

Kinda torn on this. Had my daughters first birthday here. Service was ok. The birthday performance was lacking. And my daughter caught fifth disease from the little rides. Which was horrible for her. I know they cant help if a sick kid comes in and infects everything but my pediatrician said these places are like a giant petri dish for kid infections.

They only had one person working at the front for the register and to check numbers for people to leave. It took me more time to leave than to get in. Not many options for pizza at the buffet. The games were fun and the son had fun!

The pizza was quite delicious but the environment is pure madness and packed with over stimulated children trailed by their frazzled parents. In order to ride you have to purchase a Chuckie Cheese card and load money into it. 5 bucks got my grandson three minutes on a Barney train that didnt move. Proceed at your own risk!

Had a great time with the family. I like the new (havent been there in years so it may not be very new) time cards you can buy instead of tokens. Very cool addition for kids who dont stop!

We went to a birthday party here and I noticed the big change in staff and managers. It is so different than before. I will be coming back now that the staff are actually friendlier. Kudos to the new staff and manager. It really is a big change! I stopped going bc the way the old staff was. They acted so unprofessional. If u were here before and stopped coming give them another chance. Believe me! They are VERY DIFFERENT! Ty for a great experience today staff! Slidell, La northshore location!

The employees were very helpful and friendly. They advised cheaper ways to buy food and tokens for the large party we were with. We ALL had a blast!!

Staff is wonderful! We always have a great experience at this location. Food comes out quickly and the salad bar is always on point.

Staff is fantastic and the Chuck E Cheese show was great- was very patient with the children.

We went on a Saturday afternoon, it was expectedly crowded, but not too bad. We did have a 45 minute wait time for pizza delivery to table, and had to inquire twice before the manager finally brought the pizza to us. The wrong table number had been assigned to our order (be sure to check your assigned plastic number against your order number on receipt). Other than that one issue, the kids (ages 3 - 5) had a great time. The games were in relatively new/good working condition, and the facility was clean.

Highway Robbery. They say Wednesday’s are all you can play. Not really. It’s $10 for all you can play in one hour False advertisement. Broken machines. Overpriced food. Pizza is good but way too much. Plus, ChuckE just sits there like a stiff. And doesn’t even wave bye to the kids. I won’t support this place and neither should you. I’ll take my money elsewhere

Not sure what happened here, it used to be great. Half the games were broken and/or just turned off. The bathrooms had no soap or toilet paper in then. Ew. My food order kept getting messed up. And it’s just...not that great anymore.

My daughter and I had a blast here. Id give it a 5 star but while we were playing the games, somebody picked up our pizza that was on the table! I had half of a pizza still. The manager said they need to clean the tables every couple of hours and I shouldve had it in a to go box. She offered me an individual pizza instead.

We absolutely LOVE Chuck E Cheese. My son asks to go here at least twice a week. The Gulfport, MS location is the absolute best! They are always updating their games and most of the games only cost 1 play point whereas others locations we have visited charge 2 points per game. This makes it more worth the value. Furthermore, the staff at the Gulfport location are AMAZING. they are so nice and helpful and always go out of their way to take care of their guests. My son has had 3 birthday parties at this location and the staff are just wonderful to him. He has autism and has a few sensory issues that the staff go out of their way to accommodate. Members of management, maintenance, and regular staff members know us by name and always take the time to say hello and give my kids an extra smile. And the icing on the cake for me is the cleanliness! There is always a staff member walking around dusting, wiping down games, or sweeping up the location. Now that they have a rewards program, the value of our visits has easily doubled. They are always offering new coupons and the food has really improved over the years. All in all this is a one stop treat for the kids and and a great reprieve for Mom.

Decided to have my sons birthday party at Chuck-E-Cheese cost a lot of money was not cheap staff was horrible they do not plan very well for these parties they had a hard time catching the childrens attention and keeping the party rolling forward by the time they figure it out each step to do for a party children lose the interest. They had 6 to 8 people for staff and it seemed they put it all on one girls hands you can tell she tried as hard as she could but thats the best she had to work with we did tip her well we figured itd be easier on us to hire someone to throw a party we would have saved a ton of money if we would have just done it ourselves or with people that have more experience. And we did give them a two weeks notice.

Zero stars! Today, my family had a terrible experience at Chuck E. Cheese’s in Slidell, LA. First, I’ll say that the last few times we’ve went, the food wasn’t great and the staff was rude, but we overlooked that because our kids always have so much fun with the games, so we’ve continued to go back for that reason. Well, after today, we will never be going back again. We waited in a long line at the entrance for at least 10 minutes before an employee finally noticed us and came to stamp our hands and let us go in. We finally ordered our food at 4:21 PM and sat down to wait. 30 minutes later, our food still had not came out. I found the manager (she said her name was Sarah) and I asked her about my order. She went in the kitchen and came back out and told me it would be 5 more minutes. 20 more minutes passed and still no food, and by this time, my kids were crying because they were so hungry. We decided to leave. I went to the front register and asked for a refund. I showed the cashier the time stamp on my receipt that clearly said 4:21 and explained to her that we’d been waiting for 50 minutes for our food. She took my receipt and walked to the back and then came back with another employee. The other employee told us again that our food was “almost ready.” I still insisted on a refund and the manager finally came out and told me that she would refund the cost of the food BUT... she would have to charge me for the play points - that we didn’t even use! I then handed her back the play points card and told her that we didn’t even use them. Finally, she agreed to refund me for them. She said it would be 2-3 business days for the funds to return back to my account - even though it was taken out immediately as debit. I then asked for my original receipt back, which she refused. She was very nonchalant about the situation and never even apologized for our experience. It was clear that the employees just wanted to get us out of the restaurant, as other customers were now watching. They didn’t even check our stamps when were leaving to make sure we left out with our own kids. I walked out with 2 very dissaponted and heartbroken little girls, and for that... Chuck E. Cheese’s has forever lost my business. Highly unprofessional and extremely poor customer service!

Very clean and great time staff is super friendly

We visited 3 weeks ago. We prefer this location over the Kenner location. Its clean, friendly staff, and the games always work. My kids love coming here. I especially love going on a weekday when they have specials going on!

Only good thing about this place is games for kids. Pizza is sub par. Place is expensive to me.

Staff was great and food was good, but the carpet gives off a sour smell and needs to be replaced.

I just threw a party here for my child. I had always noticed they have 6 long party tables in the back but never imagined they would actually throw 6 parties at a time, I figured one table for children and presents, one for adults. No, upon arrive there 5 parties total being held at exactly the same time. The place was chaos. The single table didn’t have enough chairs for all the guests, and the ones who had room to barely had room to pull their chair out because of the other party being held right behind them. Anytime you wanted to get by on your party table you had to squeeze and excuse yourself between and behind multiple people. Because there were so many parties at once, everything was out late. The unlimited point cards I ordered for out 30 minutes late, the kids just about went crazy waiting. The cups I ordered in advance didn’t come out til I finally asked for them. The adult pizza came out before the children’s pizza (no adult plates came til I asked for them) I ended up just having to serve the children the adult pizza and told them to pick off the pepperoni if they didn’t want it. Thankgod I decided to do that because the kids pizza didn’t come for another 20 minutes. All the birthday activities were done at the same time so each of the 5 tables and all the guests were in the same place at the same exact time which was just nuts. You can barely get a glance at your own child having fun cause it’s elbow to elbow with everyone else. When singing happy birthday your child will barely be able to hear their own name over the crowd of people shouting other children’s names. Also make sure you only bring a small sheet cake because they do not allow or have any time of cake cutting utensils, just a plastic butter knife. Pretty much had to mutilate my homemade 9 inch round cake.Okay, now for the staff, I truly believe they did the best they could with everything going on. My party host apologized multiple times for everything, my kids pizza was actually late because he put them in and someone else took them to a different party. The reason my play passes took so long was cause was cause they had to do passes for all 5 parties. The manager compensated me for everything that happened, they took off a pizza, they gave me 1000 extra tickets. I believe that the Chuck E. Cheese cooperation is to blame and they allow too many parties at once, trying to make even more money than they already are. Well, they lost ours cause I will never throw a party at Chuck E. Cheese again just for fear of this happening again.

Had birthday party for my 3 yr old turning 4 everything was great besides me reminding the staff of the present for sports party to give to him other than that every thing was on time, all kids had a blast and a birthday we wont forget

So old school you know where you need to go for some fun sector 6 trampoline park in New Orleans or even better the new trampoline park in Slidell its called Altitude its the best

Never ever again, the prices are ridiculous both for the food and the play pass, and the choice of prizes for the few tickets you do manage to get. They were understaffed, therefore very slow. Food substandard at best. They also took a bunch of the games out. I think well take the trip to margaritaville next time.

To expensive, $22 for one large pizza, and over $3 for a small drink. What a shame, we had 3 Lil girls with us 4,6 and 8, spent over $73 for pizza, 4 drinks, and 30 minutes of play time.

Not a big Fan of Chuck E. Theres but the kids love this place. Seriously need a make over! Looks the same from when I use to go here as a kid an pizza is still the same!!

Its a great place to bring ur 5 through 12 year old here but not toddlers. Not much for them to do.

We arrived at 12 and the place was very dirty. Tables not clean benches were sticky and I never saw anyone cleaning the tables or benches. One kid walked around filling the napkin dispensers. This place needs to have a deep clean!!! Gross!

It is what it is pretty much a casino for children the only reason I go here is that my daughter loves it so much and for that I give it 4 stars

It was pretty rediculous and noone even tried to make it better... It was just well do you want a refund not impressed with the service at all. Maybe next time they will surprise us

We.visited Chuck E Cheeses for the first time and it was fun! I would.suggest eating before or after though- the food was pricey for the quantity you get, (we got a family meal that said feeds 4 and it was barely even enough for our 1 kid... About 10 French fries, 4 teeny breadsticks, and 4 boneless wings). But the games were really fun, and the entrance is also the exit... We were stamped when we came in, so that when we left the staff made sure we were leaving with the child we walked in with. So that was great. And they do serve beer, so thats good too! We got a card that used points instead of time, which the casheir recommended. Friendly helpful staff and all of the games worked, so we will go back again.

Salad was decent, pizza not so good.

Absolutely horrible. They told us it takes 40 minutes to cook a single pizza. They started cooking our food 30 minutes AFTER we ordered. Games dont work, only take your money. When asked for assistance, the employees say theyll help, disappear only to come back a few minutes later to tell you they cant help you. Nothing but attitudes. Will not be coming here again.

The games were fun for the kids but the place was disgusting. No toilet paper in the bathroom. No soap. It stunk. Dont want to go back there. EVER!
