The Dance Project

I am a student here and I absolutely love this studio. Ms. Tara and the entire staff are so kind and I love getting to see them all through the week. Everyone is so nice and it is a studio full of nothing but love. They dont judge you if you cant do something, they just get you to never give up. This is my seventh year dancing there and I absolutely love it! I have made so many friends and my dancing has improved so much. Thank you to everyone involved for making this place such an amazing place to be.

I have been dancing at the dance project for six years now and it has been the best experience ever! i love all of the teachers and how family friendly it is. Ms. Tara Brewer has made the Dance Project my happy place and i can’t wait to go back to dance!

I love that Tara offers classes that benefit dancers as a whole. If you are looking for the perfect dance home for your lil dancer, look no more!! Your dancer will be well rounded! From stretch, hip hop, contemporary, to jazz and ballet..oh! Even musical theatre and voice! Theres something for everyone! The Dance Project is a second family for your child, for they genuinely care for your child to succeed and do their very best in life, not just dance!!! Can ya tell I love this place???

Both of my daughters attend The Dance Project and I couldnt be more happier. Each and every instructor takes the time to ensure the dancers understand the techniques taught in class. Both of my daughters leave class each week begging for more. If you want your child to learn proper technique and foster her love of dancing, The Dance Project is a perfect choice.

As someone who has danced at multiple studios in the area, including some of the larger, more popular studios, I can say that no other studio compares to The Dance Project. Starting with Mrs. Tara as an older dancer and a former competition team member, I thought I could not progress any further than the level I was at. But Mrs. Tara challenged and pushed me harder and more positively than any other teacher Ive ever had. She focuses heavily on being positive and thinking about yourself positively, accepting what is your best but still realizing that you can do better than your best. I would recommend any dancer, singer, or actor to this studio, because it is, by far, the most enriching experience for any young performer.

I love teaching at The Dance Project because there is a beautiful sense of community and support here... The students are excited to learn which makes teaching a JOY! Tara leads her studio with the perfect blend of fun/entertaining and practical/no-nonsense that supports her students in learning excellent technique while having great time... She truly cares about inspiring their hearts and it SHOWS!

Im extremely upset over what my daughter & I just experienced from the dance project instructor. My daughter was unable to stay & had to be excluded from practice due to the fact the instructor would not remove the big dog in the entrance of the studio room. I asked the the instructor nicely if she can relocate the dog while my daughter was at practice because she was afraid of the big dog & she refused stating she can attend the next practice & that was unprofessional & unacceptable. I wanted everyone to be aware of their policy & this is unacceptable. My daughter was hurt by what she experience & could not attend the practice.

Tara and the Instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. My kids look forward to classes every week!
