Michaels

Stopped in for some silk flowers for the family tomb. Very helpful employees. Clean bright store.

Best Michaels Ive been to in a while. A lovely lady named Megan helped me find exactly what I needed. And the sales were so good I spent Waaaaaay more than I needed. Our cashier was different and genuinely and explained things for us.

So many great products. I found everything I needed to decorate for fall.

Always awesome, so many good holiday deals

I have a deep love for all things Michaels. I love to work with my hands and this store has most everything I could need. I love their coupons. Now they can be very expensive but I watch out for their stackable coupons (which they have every couple weeks). I dont usually buy their wood, because it is of poor quality in general, with a few exceptions, but they are my go to place for high quality picture frames at a discounted price. Our local stores are extremely well maintained. they are clean and well stocked. The staff are usually knowledgeable. Even if not, they have someone on staff that is more than willing to help. They dont always have what Im looking for, but I love that I can decorate my daughters room, buy baking and decorating supplies, buy or make jewelry for my mom, get crafts Legos and dinosaurs for my son, frame my husband CD collections, learn to draw in script, and purchase all my craft supplies in the same store. It is my go to for all things DIY.

Love Michaels...too bad everything is so overpriced.

I am livid. I ordered a tie-dye kit from them, and they shipped it to the billing address instead of the shipping address. I saw the mistake and attempted to call them to correct it. An hour and a half later I went to the “service chat.” 3 more hours later, they have disconnected me 3 times and have fixed 0 problems. I have spent over 4 1/2 hours trying to correct a mistake they made.

This place is dangerous lol bc I was there 3 hours and still couldn’t decide what to get. Love it

Very helpful. Didnt have what I was looking for but pointed me several other options that worked great!

Micheals did not have the item or items I was looking for this time. Very helpful friendly personnel.

Enough to choose from, but the Specials is real awesome!

Fully stocked compared to other locations

Nice selection of art and craft supplies with good sales and coupons.

Great customer service. Great deals and finds.

Super clean store. Friendly staff

Love this store. There are a lot of deals with 80% to 30% off check it out online if unable to visit the store in person

Employees were helpful and actually helped me for the plant tags and even made.suggestions

Im crafter so I visit Michaels frequently. They always have something new and unique. Employees are fairly friendly and helpful even during the holiday season.

Great customer service! Totally enjoyed the holiday savings, online shopping and pick up at the store! Also appreciate the 15% off as a school teacher, every penny counts! Thank you!

Found exactly what I was looking for!

Nice customer oriented staff. I was window shopping in framing and the associate didnt mind helping me. I went an hour before close and she didnt seem impatient and rushy.

Framing department very knowledgeable and friendly.

Was like most Michaels, but I found the Christmas items overwhelming. Like the entire store was filled with Christmas items. I somehow felt there wasnt as extensive a variety of items that Ive found in other Michaels. Overall, still a nice store with lots to browse through and clean and well kept.

Clean and tidy. Was offered help by several employees. The employee at the online item pickup was very thorough with ID verification. Needed more registers open but it was a Sunday so I wasnt in a hurry. 4/5 and absolutely better than Hobby Lobby.

Yall dont have enough choice of gel pens its a big popular thing these days you should have multiple choice and have some gel pen set

Great place to visit for crafty person. Great deal from time to time. Like the 40% deal on the most expensive item bought

Had a great experience. Went in and 2 separate employees asked me if I was finding everything okay. Got rung up quickly and i was out the door.

Nice place! Good prices and friendly staff. Create something!

Always clean, organized and well stocked. Prices can be a bit higher than Walmart, but they run a lot of sales that help to even that out a bit. The staff always flash a smile and are happy to help when youre standing in the aisle scratching your head.

I love that we have a Michaels but I do find them the highest in prices then other craft stores. Shop sales and with a coupon is the only way to go. The staff is nice and the store is clean.

Very busy Holiday season, an associate was able to help me find the gift I was looking for.

I love shopping at Michaels! I bought some light gray paint for a painting Im working on. I bought a 6B pencil for a portrait Im doing and I bought red and white straws for a party were hosting. I found everything I needed all in one place!

Shop with a coupon or sales. And if it isnt on sale or I dont have a coupon... I dont buy. But love the store.

The store is clean and organized. Staff does more talking than assisting.

We had an English tea towel from Bath England. We had it framed, it turned out beautifully. Very pleased.

Beautiful assortment for all your creative ideas.

Good selection. Coupon always available online.

Love to get my crafts here. And thank you for your support with military discounts.

Excellent customer service! When you have not 1 but 3 employees that help you during your visit and not only help direct you to where the items are you are looking for but also help you with ideas on a project, that fantastic customer service! Prices are a tad high but well worth it when the service is great!

My favorite store! Always have just what I need.

This place is a great place to buy crafts for any project you may have. Every time I go in there and purchase an item, I always get a % off by using a coupon that I either have on my phone, or that the cashier will scan herself for me. It pays to be a rewards member. If you are a rewards member, you get emails with 50% off coupons sometimes. Friendly cashiers and they are always helpful. They always have a lot of people in the store, but I have never waited in line very long. The cashiers seem to get you checked out pretty quick. This store is very clean and well organized. Easy in and out access in the Fremaux Shopping Center.

Store was very clean and the staff was super nice

High prices compared to other stores.

The store was well-stocked, staff helpful. I was, however, disappointed in the amount and variety of construction paper (which was what I came to purchase). Most people dont come to Michaels for that, though.

Good selection of art supplies, price was fair.

I love Michaels. Mr Michael came and personally assisted me. I felt very honored to be assisted by the man himself; Michael. He helped me make a purchase. I couldnt have done it without him. To you, this may be a craft store. But to me, this is my family.

I went only for a cross stitch kit or pattern. They had a couple of very tiny ones and that was absolutely all.Left and went to Hobby Lobby, they had thousands of patterns and kits.

Great staff and selections! Michaels really has everything you need, and more! We just got a painting of ours framed there and its about $50 cheaper than a custom framing shop.Well definitely be going back to Michaels for more craft supplies come Mardi Gras season!

A lot of sales and discounts. Quality products as well.

Nice place

Prices and friendly cashiers

Always clean neat appearance, very polite and helpful associates. AWESOME selection with very reasonable prices! Love my Michaels!! ️️

Im always impressed with Michaels customer service, their employees dont feel inconvenienced when you ask them about a product. They stop whatever theyre doing and will walk over to the item and explain everything to you and with no grumpy faces to boot. Its truly service with a smile!

Nice place

Awesome employees, very clean store

They have everything you need for arts and crafts and more! Always a sale and cheap!

Well organized and helpful staff.

Great employees and wonderful prices!!

Great place to get arts and crafts. Flowers and decor

Supplies were limited.

Dairy Queen store. Good selection. Very friendly person named Joshua working they are.

Love the sales they have and the service was great! They knew what I needed by just explaining what I was doing.

Helpful staff, great sales, clean & organized store.

They always have great sales and offer a teacher discount everyday!

Had everything I needed the employees were nice and helpful and store was huge and well organized and clean

This is my wifes favorite.

The craft/activity girl was very nice when we went with my 2 year old daughter to make a mothers day craft.

Find a lot of fun thing

No, I sat in the car while my daughter took her kids into the pet store.

Glad to have a place to shop for yarn and things that is not imposing its owners religious beliefs on its employees.

The associates on the floor are always very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for management. Though they have a great selection and usually some great sales, any item not on sale is already 40% overpriced. Their coupons are usually just to draw you in.

I used to love going to this place and using their 40-50% off weekly coupons. Lately though theyve be classifying more and more items as every day values which automatically exempts them from any coupons offered.

Always neat and well stocked. Genuine Customer Service.

I love this place. If they dont have it, good luck finding it any where!

Always fully stocked with what Im looking for!

Really nice place to shop for crafts. Always have great sales. Love this place!

Love the crew and products they carry

Went to the Michaels in Slidell last week for some gloss varnish and picked up a few other things I wasnt expecting to. When I didnt have enough cash, the cashier gave me a coupon so I didnt have to put it on my debit card.

Great place for a hobbyist. So much selection for arts and crafts the have just about anything you want

Staff is always helpful & full of great ideas!

Michaels offers a huge assortment of items. I did have trouble finding where items were located because the numbers on the Isles are too small to find from a distance. I was in a wheelchair and had no trouble accessing the aisles they were clear.

I didnt get the young ladies name who cashed me out, but she was late teens or early 20s and was extremely polite. Very friendly and helpful people.

I dont care how bad or good the store is I love Michaels!

The team in the Framing department are very knowledgeable, and helped save me on a couple of items that did not need custom framing, but was able to give the appearance by adding matting to the posters being framed. Looks amazing!

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Sophia and Linda took time to help us find hidden treasures. Thank you, ladies.

Love going to Michaels. I love the fact that they have a large inventory of products. No matter what craft you have in mind, Michaels is the go to store to get the job done!

I could get anything I need to find at this place

Great store for arts and crafts, no matter what youre looking for! Friendly, knowledgable staff.

Nice place. Plenty of items to choice from for your house hold and garden needs.

Love the store. Need to go back when I have more time to spend and look around.

Great shopping

This my go to for the finest of arts and crafts. My candy store of creativity.

I can spend the whole day in there just looking at all the wonderful crafts that are available to do. My treat is the colored pencils and the color by number coloring books. Coloring helps me relax and with stress.

Quiet and clean, always a pleasant trip to this location!

Its Michaels, they need to make up with Joannes for the babys sake

Always helpful people and always find what I need

Great place to take kids for arts she crafts

Limited variety of Different Beads, just a lot of same. Pricey for Old Stock

Prefer Hobby Lobby. Michaels is higher priced.

Friendly associates! Good prices on most the items. Fun holiday stuff.
