Very fun And well priced center. Courteous staff and other patrons. Facility is very large and engaging.

Good fun for the kids. Would have given 5s but it was a bit unorganized. Other than that its ok.

It was really fun. Although it worked in our favor our wrist straps were called to leave the park after only about 30 minutes of jumping. Otherwise they had friendly staff and quite a decent amount of stuff to do.

My kids had a blast there 2 so they’ll have fun doing anything, but what i did notice is even though we paid full price nothing was on! We literally jumped from place to place all the different little centers was off the staff didn’t say anything to us the whole time i wouldn’t call that friendly.

UPDATE! THURSDAY, January 24, 2019My Son brought his project home today, almost in tears because he’s a little white boy that goes to a predominantly black school and the teacher had the distaste to tell him there’s not enough space on the wall (in the hallway) to hang his project with the rest of the class. I told him, “Bubba your project is amazing and you did such a good job! Remember when we called altitude and asked them questions about the business? Remember how excited the lady was to talk to us? We are going to go show her your project that way you can get the recognition you deserve!” Like every kid in your class got but you. She said she’s going to give him free jump as a token for doing a project about Altitude.UPDATE! Sunday, December 9, 2018My son recently completed a class project on local business. His project was to choose a local business and draw on poster board the main elements of the business. On the back he answered if the business provided a good or a service and what specific type of business the place is! Pictured below is my son with his finished project.Altitude trampoline park is definitely a crazy place on the weekends, birthdays galore! Our kids are having a blast jumping around and doing the obstacle courses. You have to purchase altitude socks they are two dollars a pair, but well worth the money as the facility has plenty of room for the trampoliners to bounce around! I highly recommend altitude trampoline park!

Great place for family indoor activities for 2 years old.There are different activities: trampoline, volleyball on trampoline, slide, monkeys bars and more.There is always a lot of people there for the weekend.Of course its a great place for birthday celebration.Oooh you can also enjoy massage chair while watching your little one having fun.During the week they have toddler Time. The price is really good at those time. From Monday to Friday for 10am to 1pm.

We booked a birthday party for today. Service was great! Our hostess was on top and on time with everything. It was definitely a pleasant experience all the way around! Thank you to our hostess and thank you to Altitude for making our sons birthday party a success!

They dont reinforce wearing mask upon entering the facility nor while taking your money buy will make an announcement. You try to provide services to businesses but they dont adhere to state mandate. Someone should be standing at the door.

Great trampoline park but they were so overly aggressive on the no flipping. Even if you were being safe. No flipping. They werent that way in the past but they were bad today. Still a 5/5.

Amazing fun! Great variety of equipment, and fun for all ages. Friendly staff, cheap snacks, and a handful of fun. Great for birthday parties and celebrations. Cute photo booth with a variety of filters. (a little tight) The hurricane simulator is awesome and worth every dollar. Highly recommend.

My grandkids always enjoy themselves at attitude, but yesterday, maybe around 6, the older of the lady working the counter to the left to receive payment was rude and unfriendlyThe kids even felt her attitude and mentioned it to me. They did well egnoring her body language and tone of voice, but I could tell they were hurt. We never had anyone to treat us in that manner at Attitude Trampoline and we were and are didappoimed.Rating on Feb. 29... services.. poor

My son and my husband love this park. It tires out the kids, so by the time they get home, they are ready for a bath and bed. This is a great place to let kids exert their energy.

Only trampoline park that doesnt allow back flips. Kid working has an authority complex with major attitude.We drove an hour to check out this trampoline park when we have 4 close to home.We will not be returning to any altitude Park.Update. My 5 year old that always plays in the equipment I posted can not play in it here. First park he denied. He is 5 years old

I have brought my child to this place many of times since theyve opened. Last night we went waited in line for 15 minutes got to the cashier gave her my last name she had my name my wifes name and my daughters name in the system but denied us because my phone number has changed she told me I would have to get out of line to sign another waiver which was no big deal I asked if I could skip the line being that I waited in line already for 15 minutes now the line is even longer because of teen night and the zit faced kid said no. This is not the first time with rude staff members will never be back home this place goes out of business.

They have toddler time weekdays 10am - 1pm at it was great. The staff ate friendly and nice. However theres small pieces of foam on on the jumping area and few plastic which is not safe for toddlers as they might eat them.

My granddaughter went for a birthday party here and she really enjoyed it. I cant speak to the pricing because the parents having the party paid for the kids but when I walked around the kids seemed to be enjoying themselves. There were 5 birthday parties going on at the same time. You can rent a room or a table for your party.

Great fun. The only thing I would recommend is that they have some kind of security measure so that kids cant go out the door without the person they arrived with. Other than that excellent place

My kids love this place it have a lot of different things they can get into and my twins are 3 years old and love trex and they have a game for that that they prefer to play with instead of jump.

Horrible my son broke his arm in 2 places and we were only there 20 minutes!! I had no idea it was that dangerous even though you take 10 minutes signing waivers you think nothing will ever happen!! How wrong I was he is in childrens hospital in New Orleans having surgery!

Wow this place is amazing. If you have never been to a trampoline park this is an amazing place. Get her now! Its also got so much more to do than some competitors Ive been too. Get prepared to have fun at altitude trampoline park. This is not a paid review. Though now it probably sounds like it because I said it isnt. But it isnt. Id have to tell you if it was. I think. Is that how it works? Either way. Bounce your way on over.

Awesome! Kids loved it! I would reccomend going very early if you go on a Saturday. I have an Autistic son and we arrived right after they opened for 2 hour play. He didnt make it the 2 hours due to crowds rolling in for parties, but he had a blast for about a hour.

If I could give a negative amount of stars, I would. All I can do is laugh at this place, especially when comparing it to Sector 6, and Elevation Station.It looks great on the inside, and there is a bunch to do, so I will give them that.However, the staff...... The staff is very, And I mean VERY rude, and uptight. All you hear the entire time is them blowing their whistles, and literally screaming at kids. YOU SIGN A DAMN WAIVER SO YOU CAN HAVE FUN!!!! Also, phones are not allowed, hats are not allowed, etc. (Now yes, this sounds like common sense. But when you’re NOT jumping, or participating and you’re trying to take a video for someone, they don’t ask, they TELL you to take it off and put your phone away. Then as you POLITELY ask “Is it for the whole place or am I too close to the play area with it?” The 2 workers start making fun of you right in front of you, thinking you can’t hear them. Then when you say something about them being so arrogant and rude, they begin laughing, and tell you to “square up”, and begin making racial slurs.Now, I will NEVER be back here, and will make sure no one I know ever comes back either. This is ridiculous. I didn’t pay for an hour of screaming at children, constant whistles, and a staff member telling me to “square up”, and making racial slurs, then laughing about it like something was funny about him being so rude, because it wouldn’t have been so funny had it been the other way around!Stop being douchebags, and let people HAVE FUN!!!

Took our 4 year old & 1 year old, and we had a blast! Spacious and clean. A little pricey, but an hour jumping was plenty! Some of the areas have a height/age requirement, but there is plenty. Lockers are available for free as well. Had a great time!

The place looks great!! Lots of stuff for the kids.I normally go to the elevation station and from our experience today I’ll continue to go.New staff and management probably has never done this kind of work it unfortunately it shows.Lots of screaming at kids and being uptight.Everyone signs a waver but staff is still terribly afraid of a accident and hearing them constantly screaming at kids was very discouraging.The atmosphere was very tense and just not fun.Me and my son will stay away for 4-5 months to let them iron out the wrinkles.Elevation station has been around much longer and the staff are laid back and respectful with the kids.So far Altitudes gets a 1 out of 5 for screaming at kids and being douche bags lol

Great place to bring kids but...staff is horrible! No customer service skills. No one smiles. Some fat redhead kid with glasses was twirling his little whistle around nearly took my kids eye out. Rather drive to updown in Hattiesburg.

Fun place to take the kids perfect for older kids fro 7 and up but still things to do for younger kids, wouldnt take kids under 4 though.

Looking for a good place where the kids can burn all energy they have? This is it. There are several different activities to choose from. Most centered around a trampoline. There are trampoline games and ninja warrior style obstacle course. There are basket ball and dodgeball areas and a Rick climbing wall. I have been to several timeline parks and this is one of the best. Only down side is the cost. Save your socks too save some money. The staff was very friendly. One of them taught a member of our party tricks like flips and twists.

Great place for kids. Need to work on some type of security. Anyone can walk in and do harm to children. God forbid that to happen, but a place like that should have better security like Chuckey Cheese have. There is no staff at the front door making sure kids are leaving the building. Also need to figure out a better check in system.

The attendants on the floor were very good!Much better environment that the park in Covington.The cashiers could use more customer service training.Overall a positive experience. I would have given a better rating if the wipeout game had been operational and we had not had to wait so long to get refreshments.

Wayyyy too many kids in there for a Monday. Went there for my daughters birthday today and it was SO rowdy one kid broke his ankle! Poorly managed and way too expensive for what they offer, I would never choose to go again unless it was empty and they had a special.

Not my favorite. Way too crowded and not very safe. Yes I know this is a trampoline park, but The toddler area should be off on its own. Too many bigger people not paying attention and little kids are not being watched by their parents or staff. Great place during the week but weekends are way over crowded. Also great for bday parties. I doubt this place even keeps an eye on their occupancy. My boys like it because its close to home but not enough room for what they have crammed in this place. Too many little kids allowed out in the main jumping area!!

Its a clean place, kids had a good time. But extremely under staffed! There were at least 200 kids in there and maybe 6 staff members.

I took my daughter to what was supposed to be teen night. I was told the age range was eleven and up. Definitely appeared to be more like eight to twelve.Maybe they should do high school night instead and ask the kids to bring their school Id.

Use the cup for the water fountain after, why not?They do have drinks and snacks available. Lots of parties there so keep that in mind if you dont like that. People at the door are kinda weird but REALLY want to know if they can help you!! Let them!! Lol

Very clean a safe place for kids and parties

It nice to finally have one of these town finally. No need to drive to Covington or across the lake. And it has more than the others to do. Kids like the wipe out and the ninja warrior thing the most. They also run specials for teen night and a date night, even toddler time during the day. Hope this continues to do well and stays awhile

Price was decent, but we had a bad experience with staff. The employees were rude at the registers, lines were too long. It took 45 mins just to get our party checked in. I only had 5 kids attending! The party host was unprofessional and wasnt well trained. The roof was leaking all over the equipment, in walkways, on the trampolines etc.! Overall it was too packed and unorganized! Would not reccomend for any party!!!
