It has everything Michaels should have but is a smaller store than others. Line is already wrapping around for holiday shoppers, be prepared to wait. Everyone wearing masks correctly.

Michaels is my main craft supply stop. I can always find fun things for the kids to do and for my crafting habits. I was also able to find items that I needed for photographing the merchandise I have for my jewelry business. The reason I gave four stars is because of the lack of staff. It is hard to find someone when I have a question. Look for coupons before you go shopping!

The Custom Framing team was helpful and professional. I dropped of a number of valuable and unable to be replaced autographs and prints. All were handled with the utmost care, and all pieces were returned in pristine condition and expertly framed. Would highly recommend to anyone needing framing services. Will admit I was very nervous dropping off these items, but I would drop off any items now with confidence at least to my local store in Skokie.

Very good selection for a decent price. They usually have good sales going on every week. This location was also very clean and had friendly staff.

I went to this Michaels for the first time. Very friendly team and helpful. Found some clearance items for great price and also non clearance! Im so glad I found this sponges and it was only for $1.60. You cant beat that price!

I dont come here often so maybe it was an off day for them. Not a single person asked if they could help me. And I needed it. I had to go to the register twice to ask where items were. I asked one employee, in passing and who kept walking away from me, where to locate an item. I could have really used some help with my project. Nobody there seems to be enjoying themselves.

The store is fine and has lots of great stuff but today when I was there, a cashier only had a plastic face shield on and no mask, which is totally against CDC guidelines and does not protect against Covid. Will not be back to this location.

This is one of my favorite Michaels stores! The employees are nice, considerate, honest, helpful. The managers are very helpful, also - one saw me looking a bit confused and stopped what they were doing to help me find the things I was looking for. They have very good stock of all the items I have needed. I also bought online and picked up in the store - which was such a great experience! I cant say enough good about this location!

I think her name was Joy, but her and the manager (I think) were extremely kind and helpful! I was going to multiple stores looking for a specific box and the manager helped me find the one I needed and the lady who rang me up was genuinely kind.

I cannot get over the swift check out process at Michaels today. Amazing. All the associates are so focused and friendly. There was a long line but it moved so so fast. Absolutely fantastic. Always a great shopping experience. And those xmas discounts!! Lol. Thumbs up, Michaels!!!

This is a great place to get artificial plants and flowers for home decor. My late wife loved this place and I still stop in since its got a whole lot more than faux foliage. They also carry art supplies for when a trip to Blicks just isnt feasable.

Michaels remains a solid choice for crafting and low cost gifts for children you have a slight fondness for. Off brand coloring books. Nonsensical hobby projects. And food containers filled with toxins. But there is an excellent framing team working in the back.

I came in looking for teardrop chandelier crystal replacements. If a craft store as large as Michaels doesnt have them, who would then right? They didnt have them. But the floor associate was friendly and the store looked well stocked, clean and organized.Michaels, bring some crystal chandelier replacements in will ya?

This place had more craft topic items than I have seen in ages even from the last time I was there. The Christmas decorations selection was very broad spectrum.

I love this location because I always find what I want and what I need. They have a great array of various types of products and selection. The customer service is good, my only pet peeve is the bathroom need more tending too! I have collected great crafty materials for projects at fantastic prices!

They sell boxes to put cake in!!. And I called on busiest day of the year and they answered phone and were so patient. You guys rock. But your staff is well trained to handle holiday rush with ease, and the store was well organized. Didnt have to search for anything. Cashiers had those lines down fast!

Michaels has many items that are helpful no matter what type of crafts you do. I gave 4 stars because of the comprehensive list of items and good customer service. Not 5 stars because their sewing department is almost nonexistent and thats my craft of choice these days. However if you make jewelry, scrapbook, paint, construct wreaths or other home decor this place is nirvana.

Huge store with very little staff. I made 2 laps around the store without finding anybody and I was only looking for 2 items. Do they have artist tape? Jeez I don’t know! I couldn’t find anybody to ask. Cashiers are slow too which is great fun!

Incredible amount of craft items AND the largest selection of picture frames Ive seen in my life - off the shelf or custom made. They also have a lot of seasonal decorations. Staff seems very helpful. You can become a member for free and get discounts.

This place has everything you need for Crafts & Sewing but I hate coming here because the customer service on the floor and the registers are horribly slow. You better hope you know where to find what you were looking for or that you dont need material to measure and cut because this will add 30 minutes to your trip plus an extra 5 minutes for unnecessarily slow cashiers.

Lots of help finding the right product. Be aware if youre in a hurry that the check out line is very slow. Even if the person in front of you has only 1 item, you will wait.

All crafty stuff you van think of. Would give five stars if staff was available on floor for suggestions and assistance.
