The statue is at Fawick Park which hosts Moonlight Movies during the summer. The movies are family friendly and free. You can buy snacks:candy, popcorn etc from a food truck vendor or bring your own. A great affordable family night out!

What is there to say the statue of David one of Michelangelos most well-known and the great thing about Sioux Falls is they also had another Michelangelo statue over by the August and Community College if you can get past the fact that yes the statue is nude you can truly appreciate the art time and amazing love that went into this seeing the statue in a picture doesnt cut actually seen it in life and yes this is one of three replicas but its still inspiring

Saw the real David in Florence a few months prior to this one. It may have been copied several times and through many generations, but it clearly has origins from the original. Its need to see a relative of the original in Sioux Falls. Ive been through Sioux Falls hundreds of times, but didnt know this existed until I happened upon it by accident.
