Not sure if they got new staff here or what the deal is... totally disappointed with how unhelpful they were. I’ve had good past experiences but apparently it’s not okay to ask for some help or assistance from your so called caseworker. They don’t really care if you’re sleeping on the streets, in your car or couch to couch.

Very poor management. They come to work for the paycheck not for the children, if you can take you kids elsewhere. Look at FB reviews too they’ll give a better insight.

This is the best daycare in Sioux Falls. I have a 4 year old and its honestly the best daycare Ive had my child in ever. Theyre high on security and maintaining a safe environment for the children. You need an access chip to get in and out of the building. They make sure to have enough staff to watch the kids so theyre not overwhelmed. My daughter went there for a year from 2-3 years old and she was well taken care of. She never had an injury, she was fed breakfast and lunch and snacks. The best thing about this daycare is that its not just a daycare where theyre watching your kids like a regular babysitter its a Learning facility there are teachers and classrooms and my daughter learned so much, and now that shes entering kindergarten shes far above average for her age due to Interlakes amazing daycare. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone searching. They also have programs for low income families as well as resources.
