Gorgeous Queen Ann home in the lovely, peaceful, historic district of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The main floor has a spacious commons area, large kitchen and dining room. If you want to do your own cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. However, its an easy 10 minute walk to downtown Sioux Falls where youll find numerous restaurants with a variety of cuisines. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the decor was quite charming. Quiet hours are 9pm to 9am.
The Inn is a grand Victorian lady, filled with antiques. The bed was extra comfortable and room darkening drapes allowed us to sleep in, undisturbed. A new rug is needed in the guest suite bathroom, and a more thorough dusting, but overall the whole place was quite fine. Steve wasnt present much, but made sure we could text him if we had questions.
Beautiful bed and breakfast in the heart of downtown. Very close to Falls park and lots of great attractions. Owner is very nice!
It was a very quaint, lovely home. Steve the owner was very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable.
Needs to be renovated. The structure is good but pictures are misleading
Great location to downtown. Beautifully decorated, and homey amenities. Privacy if wanted, but also nice gathering areas. Would be great for a small event.
When visiting the Victorian B&B in Sioux Falls, Nicole will make you feel welcome and at home. Every detail and amenity was thought of and provided. The Victorian is a beautifully-finished house from 1888 with a wrap-around porch, patio with fireplace, childrens play set, and more. I found my room to be spacious and very comfortable – I didnt want to leave. Breakfast was spot on and delicious, and the staff was lovely and fun with good cheer. Put simply: The Victorian does it right.
A beautiful historic home. Located right next to the Petigrew Museum.
Absolutely beautiful and fun to stay in. Bed was not comfortable for me.
Beautiful!!!! I was in love with the place and the rooms were so beautiful and elegant!! Nicole is super kind and friendly person! She makes you feel right at home. It was like I was staying at a friends house, someone who loves you and cares for you and not like a hotel where your just another person with money.
The Victorian was a fantastic place to stay! The accommodations are welcoming and felt authentic. Breakfast was delicious. The owner was welcoming and able to answer all of our questions about the area. Also, it was walking distance from downtown, which meant we could walk to many local attractions and great restaurants. I recommend this B & B to anyone.
It is such a great experience. The rooms are spacious and everything is very accommodating. Its within walking distance of downtown.
What a wonderful change of pace to the boxy chain lodging! The place is charming, unusual, located in a historic area downtown. So many interesting touches: front porch swing, park-like yard, the decorations in each room. We loved it -- sorry we could only stay one night. The hosts were accommodating, even though off-site -- no problem at all. Would do it again if were ever back through here. Sioux Falls seems like a town worth exploring over and over.
We found this B&B quite by luck and were treated not only to a very comfortable room (queen size bed) and a tasty breakfast but to the inviting smile and welcoming demeanor of Nicole, the owner. Tanya was also there to be of assistance and between the two of them we learned fun and interesting facts about Sioux Falls (like the French restaurant in Sioux Falls that changed peoples dining habits). The rate was very reasonable and I would highly recommend staying at the Victorian Bed & Breakfast--it will enrich your vacation more than you can imagine.
We had a great and relaxing time. Breakfast was fabulous! A very nice place to stay.
My sister & I really enjoyed staying in this very relaxing & very friendly atmosphere. Nicole was a very gracious hostess. We highly recommend this wonderful Victorian home.
Beautiful historic home within easy walking distance of downtown. Great. Service and lovely rooms.
Must visit!
Awesome place
Cool place.
Wedding reception
Great place!!
It’s a beautiful property and convenient location to access downtown Sioux Falls. Wife and I have stayed at servers historic mansions, and this one lacked the personal touches and pampering you’d expect from a hotel or B and B — so just beware that you’ll be taking out your own garbage and loading dishes (should you choose to use them.) Still, I’d rather help support a historical home than a goliath corporate hotel chain any day. 7/10.
