I have always been pleased with bosss but last night I was very disappointed. I called in my order for husbands birthday party. I had it delivered an hour later. It arrives a little early no problem we then proceed to eat and no potato wedges. I call report what Im missing. They tell me sorry but our on line ordering is not working right with the potato orders. Say sorry again then say we will make them and send them out right away. Well another hour later we get our potato wedges. It would have been nice with some compensation of some sort. Not my fault your computer wasnt working. My order was $95 for everything so not just a small order. It was a birthday celebration.

Thankful for them during Thanksgiving! I did get a hot, delicious meal! Thank you!

Worst experience Ive ever had with this company. Ordered food at 6:29pm. Food showed up cold at 8:04pm. Called to speak with the manager and she was a nasty person. I will never do business with Bosss pizza again. I recorded the whole conversation and she argued with me about how my food couldnt be cold. Well its in my air fryer reheating. FYI she said she was the GM

UPDATE 01/30/2020 Bye bye 4 star.Guy taking the order today could barely be civil. Asked him how the pasta was, good or bad. “I don’t know, it’s pasta.” Alrighty then, no pasta for me.A few minute later while on a personal call, the phone rings once and he rudely hollers, “Can somebody get that?”Later, he’s pacing along side walls talking to himself.Also, messed up my chicken (mix got dark meat) and pizza (overcooked crust and missing tomatoes) order. Nope, never crossed my mind to complain to him about him.Was just happy to get out of there with our food. Not sure I’ll be a patron again.**********Eat it as soon as it comes out of the oven. The crust, the sauce, and the toppings... great flavor combination.Wait to eat it (delivery or take out) and it’s a whole different pizza. Less tasty but still good.Seriously, it’s worth it to eat it piping hot! A little pricey but oh so worth it.

Sad that I have to post this review. Have been a fan of Bosses for years and has always been my late night dinner go-to. Tonight I ordered my food with over an hour as my scheduled delivery time. I ordered my usual, and posted in the ‘special delivery instructions’ menu to please leave my food in the breezeway between the garage and the house. About 10 minutes after my scheduled delivery time I began to wonder where my food was, and called the store about 15 minutes after my scheduled delivery time. The man that answered the phone informed me that the food was left on the back porch - which I do not have. He put me on hold for a moment, and when he returned to the line, informed me that they would get the driver to get the food to the correct house - no big deal, I understand a simple mistake. Another 15 minutes go by and I decide to call back, this time After asking how long my food will take as I have to wake up for work, I was told “dude, the chicken alone takes 13 minutes.” I was extremely confused and asked if they were just remaking my order and sending it out again, which I was responded to with in a very rude “Yeah?” At this point, I don’t even have time to eat my dinner, so I tell the man on the phone “If I would have known that you were remaking and resending the order I would have just asked for a refund” to which he responded “one sec.” and put his manager on the phone. The man claimed “you consented to us re-making the food” and explaining what I was told, he responded “well I was right next to him when you said you did.” I should have been recording my phone call. A real shame that one of my favorite spots has descended to such a pitiful level of customer service. I would recommend if you’re searching for reviews for bosses, to sort by most recent and see for yourself how far down hill this establishment has gone. Two stars because I honestly should have left a positive review when they were good.

Now this 5 star is for the new pinball area. I love pinball and they have a great selection. So much fun. If you like Flippin paddles and having great food to boot, this is your spot!

Went and met some friends there, great selection of pinball machines for the little ones and fun for the big kids too. Pizza was great, hot fresh didnt take any time at all. I was impressed by the pizza because when Ive had pizza from here before i didnt care for it. This was a solid effort with great results, I will definitely go back and see if the results can be repeated.

I ordered online for pick up. The gentleman at the counter was friendly. The store was messy and dirty. We were excited to try the pizza but disappointed that the crust was so hard and chewy. On the positive side, the toppings were plentiful and we enjoyed the icing packets with the dessert pizza.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Took almost 2 hours to receive our order on a Monday for lunch. Everything was cold- the pizza looked like it was left over from the day before and was hard. One item was incorrect and tasted like the fry grease hadnt been changed in a month. We called back and our options were to have it remade and wait for redelivery or take a credit for the total minus the tip. Needless to say we will not be in any hurry to reoder...

There was a girl named Sara who answered the phone. she is actually the best order-taker at bosses Ive actually ever had. I usually get some uptight really angry guy who is very short and mean with me but she was actually sweet and made sure that what I was ordering was what I wanted. Sara is one of the best order-takers at bosses that I have talked to she deserves probably a raise and like all the tips to drivers get cuz she is amazing but I cant really say that cuz my driver isnt here yet so maybe half the drivers tips. Go Sara!!!!!

It took 2 hours to receive 3 items. The sampler platter was like eating elementary cafeteria food. The fried food was not crispy. The pizza had about 2 pounds of pepper on top. It made eating the za difficult. The driver blamed the 2 hour wait time on the ticket not printing. Food wasnt warm. Only good thing from this establishment was the cherry Pepsi. This is an abomination to any pizza restaurant. Do not order unless you want Prison style food an outrageous price

They recently changed the way they make their chicken strips, I unfortunately found out after I ordered it and I didn’t eat it because I don’t like it, so I called a day or so later to place an order for a different dish and asked if they made changes to the dish. Mind you the only other issue I’ve had was the guy not setting me up for delivery and my order sitting there as takeout last year some time. Food is normally good besides small portions for a higher price.The guy I spoke to wasn’t very helpful. I told him why I asked and he said, “I don’t know I’m just the driver, I don’t make it.”After a weird 7 second pause as if that’s all he had to say, I asked if he can find out, he said stammered and said he can ask the kitchen... after another awkward 5-7 second pause, I hesitated and said okay never mind and no thank you, have a nice night!Poor customer service makes it really hard to support local businesses when they act like you’re pestering them by asking them to do something so minuscule especially when it’s not outside of their job description. If you don’t know I don’t see why it’s so hard or asking too much of you to find out!I’m sure they can afford to lose my business! I’ll be ordering Dominos tonight! I don’t see me ordering from them anymore, I’m not begging anyone to take my money. I wonder what the owner would think of them losing customers over that!

Ive tried and failed to find a better pie in the area--dont even waste your time. Boss pizza is the BEST pizza in Sioux Falls.Thanks Rebecca and the crew on Minnesota!:)

Pizza and chicken and hot sides are always hot and delicious! Love the cream cole slaw. Delivery people are always very courteous and nice! Delivery always within 40 to 60 min! Love you guys! Thank You! :-)

Here is where quality meets quantity in ingredients. Top quality ingredients they make sure are present for every bite. We come here every Friday as a family or just us adults. Either way we always have a great time.Staff always friendly and my special needs son just loves the way they are personable with him. just cant beat the priceThey have 50¢ or $1 games on 15-20 pinball machines and tvs with cartoons on for the kids or something else as were all glued to the news atm praying our choice gets elected and not the other guy. Thanks to every one at Bosses for being the perfect Friday night tradition we all enjoy. So get ready cuz we are selecting the two we think can take on your pizza challange of being able to eat (2) aprox 35# pizzas in 2 hours for the cash prize shirts and getting them free. Were coming so get it all ready!

Crust was very very thick and chewy. Also ordered a pepperoni and there must have been a huge bubble in the middle of the pizza because all of the toppings were missing and only around the outside. Disappointed for the money i spent.

I ordered pizza chicken and a small Cole slaw at 4:39pm and they said see you in about an hour, at like 5:52pm I called and asked where my food was and was told it was on the road and I would give it a couple minutes then at 5:59 I called again and asked where my food was and they gave driver instructions on where my house was and finally at 6:20 I called and canceled my order and they hung up on me without even a sorry about that she is/was a new driver or what is your address and well make it right, so now my kids and I have to figure something else out for dinner.WORST SERVICE EVER

I love BOSS But I ordered a pizza yesterday It was the meats of by the way and I asked them to leave the beef off in the guy told me that was good because its not real beef true or not not a great thing didnt tell your customers but I still like the pizza

Not only is the staff rude, the place is a mess. I dont know how they pass health inspections. The owner and manager I know personally from working there briefly, treat the employees like garbage. I charged a pizza to a house account that was still open during this pandemic they Said they would call the police department if I didnt pay For it. [edit]Also, being in the food service since I got out of the military I have been all around the world. Never Have I seen such outrageous prices for such mediocre pizza. Will never recommend this place again!!

I ordered food from this place multiple times. Yet the one time I didn’t answer the phone. I called back and asked to see if my order could still be delivered. He paused and said yes. My gut feeling asked if my order could be remade he said no. I said okay than could i have my money back he said no. I’m like why not. So I asked to talk to a manger yet he said he was... in the end he lied when I drove down to the store. The manager was watching the whole argument just to budge in. And make it my fault. I know customers can be petty but when it comes to food and returns like wow. You guys are pathetic. I will never order again. All they did was say it’s my fault I know that but when it comes to wanting me to continue buying food they didn’t care to do anything. Even though I ordered countless times. In the end to not to get my garlic bread and stale chips with barley and taco meat. Like come on don’t order from this place seriously. The worst customer service in fast food

I lived in the South my whole life. So I know good fried chicken. And this is Good fried chicken. Ive been living in Sioux falls for a little over a year and have not found any good chicken at all. So I was ever so pleasantly surprised to find chicken Id stack up to South Carolina chicken any day of the week. Perfectly cooked, fantastic flavor. The potato wedges and the coleslaw are also just great! From here on out, Ill be a regular.

Came in on Christmas Eve. Made an order to go and the place was just absolutely slammed being the only place in the city open. They managed to get my order right the first time and got me everything I needed. I’m so very grateful and I will eat here again. Keep up the good work guys.

The most horrible experience. We had a large order and it arrived with items missing. Then our pizza had sour cream smeared in about seven places on top. We called when we noticed the sour cream and the guy at the restaurant actually accused us of putting the sour cream on the pizza. Why would we do that! I asked him if thats how he treats customers and he said it is now. Wow! Strange! That came directly from the manager named Eric. Clean up your act Boss Pizza!

Yes we called last night and had ordered a special with pizza potatoe salad and wedges and we recieved only wedges Chicken and coleslaw. I tried calling back right after to fix the order but did not get an answer. So my husband said hed call when he got off work. We called back to see if the order could be fixed. The manager was disrespectful and didnt want to hear what he had to say and just hung up on him in the middle of talking. We arder alot from boss pizza and will not be ordering from there again. We are loyal customers and didnt deserve the disrespect.

It took 2 hours for them to deliver my order and when it did get here, it was ice cold! I ordered 2 orders of wings, one with bones and one without. They brought 2 orders with bones. I also ordered 3 extra marinara sauce so everyone had their own, they only brought the one! I ordered a 2 liter of grape soda and they brought mountain dew! The GM said next time I order from there he will give me some free marinara sauce! Oh how nice of you since I already paid for it! This was the first time I have ordered from here and it will definitely be the last!

Now I want it to be know that Ive ordered from them plenty of times. Drivers are always great and food has always been delicious. I love their pizza. Im willing to wait the hour they give to receive food that is amazing. However the last 3 times Ive ordered things have been terrible. I had one order with things I asked to not have in the calzone but there they were. The last order was not only wrong but the dough inside was uncooked. I had never had this before. I was polite and called. Another hour wait for delivery or a credit. Fine I get it. I worked fast food. Now I order my replacement and look and behold the dough inside is raw again. I called to complain the manager didnt seem to care and offered another credit or replacement. If it had only been the one time Id have written it off as a bad night but no this has happened twice and the fact that they didnt care just made me furious. Monitor your staff better and make sure youre sending out cooked food otherwise youre only going to make people sick or lose all your business.

I ordered a pizza and the pizza was delivered. They never gave me a call to let me know the pizza was outside and it was so much bad customer service and the pizza is not the best. They managers tell you that you can’t get a refund and you have to come get the same pizza they made you from the night before. I recommend not coming to this pizza place.

This was the first time I ordered from them and had low expectations. After reading reviews I was skeptical. I ordered a pizza and garlic bread for delivery, neither were anything special. I ordered at 6PM and didnt get my food until 7:50PM after they said it would be 40-60 mins. I called about an hour after I placed my order just to see where things were at, and was told my order was going to be the next one out the door. 45 mins later my pizza showed up, not very warm, and not the tastiest. I will be spending my money elsewhere.If youre ordering from their website, good luck because it wasnt all up to date.

Ordered 2 pizzas we were told it would be 76 minutes. We called after 80 minutes only to be told it would be another 30 minutes. Less than impressed!

My family ordered 2 large pizzas from here last night after delivered the food was all smashed up to one side of the box. While I had my bf call them to tell them they offered to send out 2 new pizzas . Ok perfect!! Only it was pure and total disappointment and absolute disgust. When these 2 new pizzas were delivered the cheese pizza was crunched up to one side of the box (again!) And the pepperoni one was where it got disgustingly interesting. Definitely was random pieces of pizza to make it look like a new one but trust me it didnt and totally grossed me out. Idk whos pizza that was or where it came from or what happened so needless to say 4 pizzas down the drain and alot of money down the drain. Still waiting to hear from a manager about it

I called in to order a pizza on Christmas day and attempted to use a coupon. I was told were not honoring coupons today. I appreciate that they were open on Christmas day, but im pretty sure I wont be ordering from Boss for quite some time. If they have to capitalize on a few bucks per order and change policy when theyre super busy, then no thanks.

I order from Boss on a regular basis, both pizza and chicken, and am never disappointed. Quality and quantity are always consistent, and the flavor is unbeatable in Sioux Falls. Founding Father for the WIN!!

Ordered delivery. Came 15 minutes late and with half of our order missing. Called and talked to an employee who didn’t really care. Was offered replacement food or a refund. Chose to have the food replaced. After another hour wait, we received half of the the reordered food. So disappointed. Food was good but the service was terrible and will be a return customer.

Great pizza, great variety of options, great chicken and great people. I always get the Meatza or the Founding Father and Chicken. Every time its great.

We had an order for delivery that was quoted a certain time. Called the store 20 minutes after supposed arrival time. The gal said its on its way and was quick to hang up. We are now 40 minutes past the time it was supposed to get here and still hasnt shown up. We dont live that far from the business. Never again for delivery!Food itself when not ice cold/soggy...is pretty good.

Ordered the Boss pizza and added green olives. This was the best pizza Ive had in a while. Delivered to me at Loves Truck Stop. A little bit greasy but not bad. Thanks

Great place! Food is fantastic. The comedy shows are one of Sioux Falls best kept secret. I would highly recommend Boss food and COMEDY.

Expensive and didnt like the taste of the pizza... Only order it because its my only option at 3 AM.

Ordered for the first (and last) time. Paid $35 for an XL pizza an order of cheese curds, a 2 liter and a 20oz. Food arrived 20 minutes late, cold, the pizza was the smallest XL Ive ever seen, $9 cheese curds were barely enough for 1 person. And the soda were switched. I did call and complain and they did offer me 25% off. Even at that price its still overpriced for what I received.

They have the ultimate best pizza around. Love the sauce, crust and toppings, especially the Canadian bacon. I get my pizza from there almost every time. Love It

My family and I have been a Bosss Pizza customer for ten years and their service and food quality is exceptional. The new Bosss Pizza and Sports Bar is as good.

I like this place. If its late they are not a scared to make you food. They might even bring it to your door, If you are in their town. Good pizza and chicken. Local beer in a bottle. The spaghetti i tried was not as good but was really late. Ive only eaten in as im from far away. If your local you probably know. But if you have never been there, try it.

Putting cheddar on a pizza thats not a breakfast pizza or taco pizza is worse than putting pineapple on a pizza. If you make it three cheese pizza and one of those cheeses as cheddar how are you still in business... oh I forgot Im in South Dakota.

Try to support local businesses and had the absolute worst service. Ordered on line and they forgot to process our order. Said they were going to move us to the front and 20 mins later never put it in the Oven.

Great pizza! The place is lacking at best. Pop machine did not work, there were no forks or knives and we had to ask for toppings. Step it up!

When we pulled up and the front parking was empty we started to drive away. We decided to stay and WOW AMAZING. We ordered 2 pizzas. They were the best pizzas i have had in a long time. Ordered delivery and was missing items, called and was told it would be delivered right out.. over two hours later and closing time, still a no show.

Tried this place for the first time. Ordered my BBQ pulled pork pizza online, very easy and straight forward. The pizza arrived earlier than scheduled and it was awesome! I would have never thought to put pulled pork on a pizza, but I am glad that they did. I will be ordering from them again.

The chicken isnt bad, good quick meal, but their service isnt the best. I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I understand that you have to get deliveries going, but if youre behind the counter at least tell the customer that someone will be right with them and get someone that will take an order.

Ordinarily we do not receive bad service, delivery is timely and the food is always delicious- HOWEVER, I cannot believe the service and condition our food arrived in today. After ordering, we did get a call saying the delivery is taking a little longer than originally estimated and they offered 50% off, which is appreciated. When delivered, the pizza boxes were covered in some sort of sauce.... COVERED. The delivery kid said his bag must have been dirty. Really, bro? I understand you must have been having a hot mess of an evening considering how disastrous the delivery was, but really? I recommend Bosses to anyone who says they like pizza, so I am very disappointed to have received this service and that I had to wipe my pizza boxes off before I even put them on my counter.

Had a great experience both times we have ordered, food arrived hot and delicious. The kids love getting a circle pizza with square slices, it just amazes them. Funnel fries are just like getting them from the fair. Definitely ordering again.

Seats inside the restaurant were peeling and cracked, there were sticky tables aswell. We waited to order for about 5 minutes and then when we finally got somebody to talk to us at the counter, they were a bit rude and condescending. Food was good but they didnt like that we had a gift card, that we ended up getting from school that they gave to the school. Also, food went right though you and there was diarrhea from it...wouldnt go back again...sorry! But our meal was free so it was fine in the end

My Favorite pizza place in Sioux Falls. So many great pizza choices. Staff is great. Comedy nights on Fridays. Open mic night on Wednesdays. Good time. Good food.

Great local chain with a huge menu and good food. They also host comedy events which is a lot of fun!

Best pizza in town. Go for the Founding Father or be bold and create your own pie with their garlic infused red sauce, so good. Dont forget to add a Chislic and Queso Sticks to your order.
