Didnt win

Horrible customer service. My husband put a 10 dollar bet in for the super bowl and surprisingly he won and the manager who doesnt even know how the bet is played told him he didnt win in a really nasty way. I believe they kept his winnings because he wasnt there to collect. They couldnt even show us the board. They were rude. They didnt want you to cuss but they were allowed to cus... boy when you bring the race card out you really see peoples true colors. I hope they burn in hell. She kept telling him you had to have had a team and that he was on the 20 dollar board... didnt even once ask him what board he was on.
