I was there earlier today and within 20 minutes of leaving, I already wanted to go back.1. Best Tiramisu Ive ever had. Hands down. Its made fresh daily! Un-freakin-believable. So creamy.2. Got the ravioli special, with pumpkin and ricotta. So so delicious. At first, I was a little disappointed when I saw there wasnt sauce on top, but believe me-- it has so much flavor that the sauce wouldve masked the taste of it.

We had my grandson b-day party there. Pizza and cake were yummy. The kids had a blast in the game area. The adults talked and had fun also. A great place to go.

I took 3 young grandchildren and their parents to Chuck E. Cheese in Sioux City, IA. The little ones had never been before and had a good time. Their parents, however, remembered their experiences back in the day and were disappointed. To them it was a video arcade serving pizza/wings/nuggets, plus a fellow walking around in a Chuck E. Cheese costume. The ambience had totally changed over the years, but nothing ever stays the same for 30 years! FYI, the standard crust pizza was really good; as an adult, I would go back if only for that.

My Niece had a Great time she says she cant wait until we can go back.

Have always loved this place and it has improved through the years. It now features an expanded menu with appetizers, salad bar and gluten free pizza. The kid check has improved as well and the games are still fun!

After being stuck at home for two weeks because of my sons surgery, we finally got to go out and do something fun. We decided on Chuck E Cheese and it was great. Thank you Gabrielle for the great customer service that we received as soon as we walked in to the restaurant and until we left!

It was my first time there taking my granddaughter very nice experience my daughter got out the front door and nobody noticed she was outside. I saw her crawl under the divider and walk out two doors to the front of the building. I crawled under the divider myself an joined her. I guess if they werent on their cell phones while behind the counters they would have noticed. For the hour and a half that I was there never saw anybody come out and sing.

Think quality of pizza has upgraded. Liked the crust having garlic and butter. Love they sale beer. Good variety on salad bar. Little upset they removed the free play place. Putting coins on card helps for not dropping or loosing them. Kids entertained. Great coupons online.

This place has improved, pizza is still not the best but better than it used to be. Games seemed to be working well and lots of employees wandering around to help and fill machines with tickets.

It was good cause we basically had the place to ourselves. The games were awesome for my 3 year old. There was a guy who fixed the games when they needed attention. Food was good.

Great Place For A Kids Birthday Party

Turn the heat down and air on there is 400 people in here and its hot as Africa. Pizza was ordered over half hour ago and still has not arrived and your employees keep looking at me like they wanna stretch me out

I wish they would make their pizza better

Its different now that you use play cards to play games versus coins. Wasnt very fond of that but it is more convenient. Wished my kids could of experience playing games with coins. The prices are a bit high but overall my kids had a blast.

Its fun to take kids, only bad thing is when their busy they sometimes get behind,but they try to make up for it

I brought my daughter here for her 5th birthday. She had fun playing the games. While playing games she kept her eyes on the screen in the stage area that had a monitor announcing a countdown until chuckee cheese came out. She was going to be heartbroken if she missed it. She wanted a picture with him, she was going to ask him for an autograph and she made sure her game card had plenty of time so she could let the mouse play a game with her. At 1 minute left we bought an ice cream and headed up front closer to the stage, being the only two that were in the stage area. 10, 9, 8, 3 2 1. And then, on the monitor, chuckee cheese came out from backstage and does a dance with the children in the show. The moment my daughter realized that there wasnt going to be an oversized mouse com ing out to greet her or tell her happy birthday was so hard to watch and she decided she was done for the day and wanted to go home. She gave her game card to a little boy that was walking in as we were walking out. She would have preferred to keep the impressive pile of tickets she had won instead of redeeming them for an air head candy and a sheet of tattoos. This place has one marketing demographic, children. It doesnt take much to assign someone to put on a mouse mask for five minutes and take a picture or two with a kid. I noticed 3 employees standing around doing nothing at the same time this mouse did a no call no show. So shame on you Mr. chuckee cheese, or whoever might be responsible for that. Turn that TV off if you dont have the mouse instead of showing a countdown to nothing and not to mention the empty promise of free tickets if you stick around. Wont depend on this place to be anything more than an overly priced arcade.

Its a good place to take your kids but not a good place to park your car at the lot. Some jackass hit the back bumper of my truck the guy/girl did a hit and run I had to pay almost $600 for the repairs

The pizza was awful. Took my grandson here and the person at the counter kept looking at him like he was weird. Also kept asking personal questions about him. Kinda weird.

Great workers there just not enough to check on all the machines that were down or not working properly. Clean facility and would definitely go again!

When you walk into this place they greet you with an invisible stamp on your hand which at first seems unwelcoming until you realize its so none can kidnap any kids. The times we have gone the machines have worked properly, the staff friendly and the deals for tokens great! For an adult the atmosphere is dull and boring... but who are we kidding. This place is for kids. Its a blast for them from the racing games to the ticket games and photo booth. The only downfall I saw is when I was a kid the mouse would walk around greeting people and the show they had was livelier the now. I guess but otherwise if your not there for the show I would reccomend it as a nice place for small children to enjoy.By the by. Dont yo for the food. Although filling not the best.

My 3 year old loved the games. BUT eat before you go food is Horrible!

They switched from the tokens to the cards and nobody would help us get it and then at the front desk cash register they would not get a second person to help even though it was backed up to the door. The people are pretty rude and half of the machines wouldnt produce tickets so I had to go ask for help.

This place sucks. Never again. If you get salad bar you must get a new plate well theres never anyone there to give you a new plate. During the day the managers sit in the front of the salad bar tables talking about how shes going to get surgery on her wrist. While the person at the front checking numbers is asking if she can sit. AND HER SITTING DOWN WAS DENIED.The girl at the front looks Asian with really long hair always looks miserable. You ask for a anything she rolls her eyes.Do yourself a favor and go to McDonalds instead because the customer service is horrible here.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

It was by far the worst experience Ive had and it was my sons 4th birthday.. We got there and they made us stand my the door for out hostess to come we waiting about 10 mins with people walking by us the whole time finally the front host called for our hostess again and said hello where are you! It was so uncomfortably hot everyone was on fire! I understand the there is a schedule but I would have rather not paid for the reserved birthday table because the host was down my back the whole entire time it was ridiculous! He was trying to clear our tables and I kept saying we are good you can just leave it.. When finally one of my guest told him they werent finished! It was rush rush and every time I turned around he was there!!!!!!! I couldnt say hi to all our guest bc he was trying to take our pizza order that we already did on the Internet.. And two days ago they called to confirm what we wanted as well! Then when our guest was leaving he was again right there talking about the bill couldnt politely say goodbye to our guest either.. The whole thing was so so so poorly planned and it was a rush rush party then to top it all off they said the 50 dollar deposit wasnt going to be ran on our card and we wake up this morning to it being ran plus the money they charged us for the cardboard pizza!!! Never again

Went there for my nephews 5th birthday. Slight confusion of which theme I guess we ordered but the staff fixed it quickly with no problems. Tia, lady who helped with the party, was amazing. She made sure everyone was taken care of and helped with everything. We never felt rushed like other people are complaining. Actually the party was from 10-12 and they let us keep the table till past 1. Didnt feel hot either but really with tons of kids blasting energy I wouldnt be suprised if it would be on the warm side. They do seemed a bit understaffed as when it came time for the kids to pick the prizes it was about 10mins. Manager was cool since we were a few tickets short for a prize but she let them have it. Will be having many more birthday parties as this establishment and hopefully get Tia aswell.
