Everything is very clean and new looking. Love the theme and style of the rooms. Staff was very friendly. Check -in is very easy. I could not hear any other guests while in my room. Awesome full size shower. The pool and restaurants were closed because of covid rules. I would stay here again if I am in the area.

Great hotel - super comfortable beds, plenty of outlets for todays technology. Very stylish and updated room. If you dont like white noise, then this is not the place for you. Our room sounded like there was a small engine running all the time but it wasnt a problem for me. Spacious bathroom with outlets on both sides of sinks so it accommodates multiple people getting ready away one time.One of the restaurants, Main & Abbey, was really good and quite a bit to pick from... but not so much for gluten-free unless you want steak.The casino was fun was very clean and safe for social distancing.

Im absolutely amazed with the service we received. I booked the wrong day with my points and had to pay out of pocket and Amanda at the front desk was kind enough to call and have them refund my points. Everyone we ran into, staff wise, was ready to attend us and answer any questions. Not only that but our room was just gorgeous. I can see why this is one of the top 10 Hard Rock Hotels. This experience made us want to visit all the Hard Rock Hotels, so we are now on a bucket list mission. First time visiting the Hard Rock Cafe and it was awesome!!! Staff is really friendly,great food and atmosphere. Lots of parking and easy to access from I-29. Tons of rock and roll displays and a really nice gift shop. I also hit it big ant the casino! Ill definitely be back!

One of the best Casinos in Sioux City and in the US, great service and definitely having a good time in the midst of so many problems! Make sure to go if you are in Iowa!

Clean and fun atmosphere. Not overly big, but has all the basic tables. Wasnt overly crowded for a Saturday night. Good place for great burgers too. I took $200 from their craps table, thanks Hard Rock! :)

This hotel is absolutely excellent. I stayed in a king suite and was nothing short of impressed with the rooms cleanliness and amenities. The fitness center was also very nice and service was great. Check in is a bit hard to figure out at first though

They have REAL table roulette!! and compared to other Iowa casinos it’s got good atmosphere but always trashy vibes about public but I’m from Cedar Rapids so I can’t say much.. every time whether I win or lose I always have a good time!

Worst Hard Rock I have ever been too. Couldnt bring my kid to the restaurant because you have to walk through the casino, where children are not allowed. Lots of homeless people hanging out on the property. Pool was closed and no table games.

I booked my room at the last minute for a very affordable price. The room was spacious, very clean, and well decorated—the latter definitely followed the rock and roll theme of the hotel. A coffee machine was in the room, and I also got an alcoholic drink at check in. If you are into gambling, the table minimums were also affordable.

I really like that they take very good precautions for the Covid--19. I also like that they will bring you your drinks. Makes it easier for us that have COPD and to others that cant walk along ways. The machines still dont pay out all that good but we still keep coming back.

What an Absolutely wonderful experience at Main and Abbey: Fantastic service by our waitress Paige, being checked up on by Zach the manager regarding our Wonderful night. The food was Great and affordable! The drinks Ashley made were Fantastic! I will definitely be back! We also enjoyed a drink in the non- smoking area with T.jay, but unfortunately had a slight accident and had to get assistance which was very prompt and friendly from Gladys! You Cannot go wrong at the Hard Rock and Main and Abbey!!

The Hard Rock in Sioux City is an okay Casino and Hotel, Ive been there about 5 times, never won a single thing off $500 budgets, but that could just be bad luck, Im in my 30s but apparently look much younger so security always asks me questions with things on my ID and its always a bit uncomfortable, I get they have to protect themselves but its not like they are being friendly in doing so. This casino just isnt for me, maybe its because Ive never gotten any sort of play back for my money but the security makes me feel uncomfortable as soon as I walk in on top of that.

Great food, I actually won a few times, and I went to a show that was the most awesome. The hotel is also very beautiful.

Amenities are plush, staff was helpful.It can be expensive, but if you like a little luxury and gambling, this is your place.

The Sioux City Hard Rock is built on what used to be a train station. The lobby and bedrooms still have brickwork from the station that was built over a 100 years ago. The staff are friendly and welcoming from the moment one steps into the lobby. The lobby has interesting artifacts from the music world and even has a bar right behind the check-in desk! The hotel is in excellent condition from the lobby to the bedrooms.

It’s a great hotel to stay at for a couple of days. The only thing i had a problem with was the room walls are very thin. You can hear people in the room next to you. I had to call guest services do to a disturbance in the next room. Let’s just say bring some noise canceling headphones if you have noisy neighbors. All in all it was a great stop on the way to our final destination.

Watch out for the mask police. And dont congregate with anyone to talk for a minute. You must be sitting at a machine and actively playing to take your mask off. We went to north Sioux city sd no mask required.

Hard rock casino is glorious & all but the little & simple ironhorse casino in emerson nebraska is much much better, and their food and drinks are cheap and good.

Great casino, we stop off every time we get a night off there.Only complaint being they need more food options although the pizza was decent.

Was sitting to get our food. Worker at the cafeteria wiping seats off than counter with the Same rag.tables than counter top with same rag.

The service was good. But you could hear the peaple above your room moving around. But there pool is still open.

My favorite place to play in Sioux City !! Vegas style casino with great restaurants and rock & roll memorabilia displayed throughout the place. They have a pair of Depends that Mic Jagger wore on their last tour and a nut cup Garth Brooks used during his high school football days !! Inconveniently located off I-29 which has been under construction for over the past 15 years...

Hard rock is always great as long as you dont lose too much at the casino. Didnt win but after 5 hours I was only down about 20 thats a good night drinking at the casino for me.

Went for the steak and shrimp buffet on a Friday night. I suggest lining up and eating early (opens at 4:30).We early birds got right in, things were well stocked, clean and hot. The chicken Alfredo was the best Ive ever had!Wonderful huge dessert brought to our table for a birthday we were celebrating.Good service.Well be back!

Fun casino with a good variety of slots and table games. Good music and good vibes. Food at this casino is the best around. From Main + Abbey on the higher end to Fuel for their excellent burgers, even the wine bar has a great little menu and World Tour Buffet is pretty decent as well. Good drink specials and lots of giveaways. Really good concerts here. Fun place to hang out and definitely my favorite place in Sioux City.

I had made a reservation, and when my husband and I got there, for our mini honeymoon, we were placed in an adjoining room with strangers. Called desk, moved rooms. New room had empty alcohol cans under the table in the sitting area. Move rooms again... we got put directly under the guitar on the roof, and with every little gust of wind it creaked and cracked to the point we thought it was going to fall off the roof. Should have stayed at the hotel across the street.

I dont hear many people winning most of the people there are locals.. and their alcohol is expensive $6.50 a shot of whiskey

It is a friendly place and the hotel rooms are magnificent and clean all the way around. Employees and all the staff members are wonderful.

There is no clear guidance on the use of masks in the casino. I walked in, grabbed a drink from the bar, went to the cashier, and gambled for around a hour with my mother (both without masks). I asked the people at the cashier and bartender and they both couldnt give me an answer. I proceeded to wait for my mother when a dealer at a craps table started yelling at me and ONLY me to put one on or leave, meanwhile my mother is next to me without one.They are either targeting people they either dont want in the casino (young, white) or they shouldnt be open as they dont really have a COVID plan....

Got there very late, unplanned stop, and wow! First, smells amazing, super clean. Got a screaming rate on a deluxe suite that was over the top! Free drink with stay, made at the lobby desk, yummy summer menu. Room was amazing-jacuzzi, shower big enough for an orgy, huge leather couch. Only negative at all is that there is pretty windows in the bath and no door to the bath, so when morning hits the room is lit. Would recommend a funky pull down blind or a fun velvet curtain from bath to bedroom for those who need sleep.The decor was perfect. Casino was ok, mostly penny slots. Had to search for $1 and higher machines and there were very few. Wasnt super lucky, but was lucky to get a room so its cool.Ate breakfast at the M&A. Mimosa was perfect and the Hawaiian break french toast was on point. All the food prices were very fair, even the in room looked reasonable (didnt try it).Keep in mind it was a non concert night. Prices go up by triple for the rooms on concert nights.

I wish I could give negative stars. The only people who wanted to help were in the gift shop and the security guards. Just dont waste your time.

Liked this place because although Im not a gambler, my buddy and I wandered around the casino area and I found two dollars on the floor. My buddy says those are lucky dollars so I put them in a machine and hit $120. Cashed out $120.50. Pretty much covered my ticket to Kiss the night before!

Easily accessible off I-29 and a good stopping point between Omaha and Sioux Falls. Buffet food is tasty and hot, with enough variety to suit all eaters. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking. The casino is adequate, but dont expect Las Vegas glitz or scale.

Usually a big fan of the Hard Rock franchise, the Corona has shut down the affordable restaurant, casino not bad,the exhibits not too mind blowing

One can wander the hallways outside the casino and hotel areas to see the memorabilia of celebrities from the 1950s to today for free. The hotel lobby features the largest wall of alcohol attraction. The buffet and The Abbey are restaurants open to the public outside the casino, but there are also restaurants and bars available inside the casino, as well. The casino features both tables and electronic games of chance. Regular entertainment from nationally recognized entertainers is also available. Although I gamble only minimally, I still find Hard Rock a great place to visit.

Not too bad. I’d say you can play all night here. You win up and down but it keeps you in. The bonus are good and worth it sometimes. I always like coming here, I say I gave it less stars is due to the food. It’s ok food and also the casino could add more slots, but it’s a good rest stop

It was good. Its a well known Casino so I didnt expect to win much and I didnt. My husband won a little bit not much to brag about.

Feels good to try luck with slot machines but feels great to have fun while trying that luck!
