Always a great place to take my kiddos. I feel that they added so many extra cleaning procedures to make us feel safe during this covid time. Friendly staff, fun times, great food!!

Fun place, but it’s VERY understaffed; there’s like two or three girls doing everything, so you don’t see them at the counters of certain services at times.

Fun place to go! Games are fun, the trampoline part is great, and the laser tag is the best around! The biggest downside is how much the food and drinks cost. They’re fairly expensive from what I do remember. I still do recommend going here for a fun day.

Always a fun time. I enjoy feeling like a kid again jumping all around the trampolines. This last visit was for a party where the party room was booked...it seemed a bit chaotic and we didnt actually get full time in the room because they were running a little behind from the party before but the party attendant was very friendly. Pizza always good and the smiles on the kids faces were what made the day.

Great place to have a birthday party. The staff was great. Had 20 some kids there, all had a great time.

Made reservations New years Eve online and drove an hour to get there only to find out that it was closed. We got ahold of someone in the jump park and they made things right. They let my kids jump and they had the whole place to themselves. They even got the laser tag up and running and let us all play. So impressed with their customer service!!

I have 3 toddlers and they all had a good time with the Little toddler spot. Not very happy that me and my husband bought socks to help our toddlers play in the toddler area and then other adults are walking around in there with their shoes on and little kids in there with no socks on. Nobody regulates anything. Feel like we could have just walked in and and not even paid for anything and went and jumped.

Planned to take my family to this place for the first time today 2/1/2020. Went there signed all waivers for me and my family. There is no line system there but I’m waiting patiently to be help all while others trying to wiggle there way to the front of what ever bs line they have going on this this place. So I finally got a upset about others being helped that I know I was ahead of so I asked the customer at the counter about to be help for her time stamp on the waver and sure as day 15 minute time difference. So I explained that I was here first waiting and I’m not try to cause any problems I’m just trying to be fair that I should go next. Unhappy he agrees. Counter help scanned my waivers for my family then proceeds to tell me there is an error and can’t do anything for me! I’m extremely upset that not even a attempt of getting management to resolve the situation. thumbs down

I dont know if anyone else has this issue but the employee, Tiana has terrible customer service and very little work ethic compared to the other employees. Teagan looked like she was doing way more work and looked very stressed and still provided great service. The others were good as well!

I stopped into the Sioux City Drop Zone today and let me tell you. I was extremely impressed with not only the facility but also with the workers. Yes, they have a lot of rules and regulations but I agree with all of them. The facility was fairly clean and well taken care of, but it was the staff that really wowed me. Right away the cashier was very friendly and walked me through all the prices and packages that were available to me. The snack bar staff member answered all my questions without making me feel as if I was asking to many and for trampoline park food it was actually pretty good. I had some questions about the reasoning behind the rules and regulation the park had and the manager on duty answered them and explain them very well. With all that being said, me and my kids will definitely be returning to the Sioux City Drop Zone!

First time here and will NEVER go back again! 4 teenagers working, no food available in the concession stand...had to go to the front desk and ask for works to come to the concession stand and the prize room, had to ask 3 times for someone to go to the prize room and when they finally did....didn’t seem to happy to have to go back there. Don’t waste your time or money!

Not impressed. Went there for a birthday party and had to wait for an hour to get checked in. They need to have more cashiers.

Paid for a party package here today and was told to show up 15 minutes early for my party time (11:30-12:30 jump and 12:30-1:15 party room). The person assigned to my party was supposed to be there early to take our desserts and items to the room. I showed up and the person that was supposed to help us didn’t help us til 11:35, then we had to ask if we could put stuff in the room and for information on where our guests that weren’t jumping could sit. My kids didn’t get to enjoy the full hour of jump time that I paid for because the staff was late and unorganized, and the reservation was clear that the jump time would not carry over since the room had to be set up for another party. Then afterwards I asked about the tumbler and gift that my reservation included and they didn’t know what I was talking about. They argued that the cup he used was the tumbler and that also worked as the gift. I argued with them because the reservation email was very clear so they ended up giving me the cup and a bag but this was way after the party and they had to be asked for it. Just unorganized all around and very hectic trying to figure it all out on my own.

So much fun... Would do it again

Best place in town for kids any age im 27 and i love to come here on my own sometimes...great for indoor activities during winter!!! Definetly recommend if you havent been yet, ive even been to skyzone in omaha jumpzone is still#1

The staff was incredible! They walked me through the process with my sons birthday party. They were easy-going and very curteous. The kids left happy. Will come back!

Worst tramp Park I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your money. I have traveled all over the US with my son and we stop in at tramp parks here and there... this one has cheep padding, it’s dirty, over priced and has rediculous restrictions. If your not 5, your not allowed to go on any of the trampolines. Am I back in California? I mean I thought this area was supposed to be about deregulation???

Its like Lord of the Flies, the place is run by kids who spend more time looking at their phones than helping customers. It is not especially suprising being that it is in Sewer City.

A wonderful place to take the family or have a birthday party! You can book a party or do what we did... Bring your own cake and have a free party in the upper mezzanine and just pay for whoever to jump.Note - you have to use their socks. You cannot bring socks from other jump parks.Drop Zone socks are $2.

Great place to get your jump on with 20+ trampolines. My kids rocked an incredible American Ninja Warrior course while I was able to watch everything from an overlooking balcony with crucial finger foods. This place is a very affordable must for energetic families. Planning my teens birthday with their Laser tag, arcade games, and maybe my adult b-day party in their 1 golf simulator with multiple TVs for game options. Loved my experience!!!

When you go to play on the trampolines there are no water fountains so its not that great on that part but other then that its good.

We had a lot of fun with our family here. However, a couple girl employees were very snotty and rude. Also, they turned off their fryer an hour before closing so we couldn’t order anything. She said their fryer was off cause it was almost closing time. It was 6 and they closed at 7.

Laser tag arena is small, but still awesome

Very nice place to jump for all ages! Staff is nice but have very strict rules. Not complaining about that, food and drinks a little on the high side but better than most places

Well, we are pretty disappointed in the Sioux City Drop Zone.We had plans to go as a family for our sons bday, but I saw on their website that there was a Family Night Thursday night from 6 to 8. And it was listed at $32 for a family of four and $7 each additional person. I was excited to have the ability to take our kids to the drop zone because thats what the bday boy requested specifically, but its not cheap.We get there and are told they now longer offer Family Night and would not honor what they have posted on their site.

Trampoline area was alot of fun, but the laser tag was a total joke the group was split into 2 teams teenagers vs elementary age kids and no explanation of how the equipment worked . Strongly suggest if you have smaller children you avoid the laser tag.Poorly staffed with noone working concession area when we wanted to purchase drinks and again a long wait to redeem prize tokens. Management when the situation was brought to their attention did nothing to rectify the issues over all a less then excellent experiance and I would be hard pressed to return.

Drop Zone is a lot of fun and really afordable compared to other parks. People say its expensive but its 12 dollars for an hour and there are parks in Nashville, Colorado, and Utah that charge $16 to $20 for an hour. Great facility and great addition to Sioux City!

It is a fun environment for kids of all ages. My 5 year old and 3 year old love jumping and climbing the obstacle course.

My friend broke her leg and my niece broke her arm socks don’t have a good grip !!! Nobody offered to help us !

Lots to do for older kids. The small kids area isnt very big so they get bored of that pretty quickly. You have to buy their socks if you dont already have them. You cant use your own socks

It was a great experience overall. A couple of us friends had went to drop zone to have a fun time before my Boyfriend went back to his next command. The trampolines and the dodgeball was fun. Reason why Im rating as a 3 star is because when it came time to the connsessions stand, one friend has ordered a slushy and had kindly asked where the straws were. She then points and says rudely theyre over there afterwards we had went to play laser tag. Would totally go back there to play just that again. As we were waiting to go (because some had tickets to redeem), there has been a group of kids that came in. They must have waited for at least 10-15 minutes already. We had helped them look for a staff to help them out. No one was at the consession. And there was a little boy waiting for whoever knows how long. Went to the trampolines and none was there also. Then after the rest of our friends came back from getting some stuff from their tickets, to find out there was only one person throughout the whole place. Thats some poorly customer service. But overall its a good place to go and have fun.

Awesome place. The staff are extremely kind and understanding. It is very fun here with many activities. There is later tag, golf simulator, dodgeball, an arcade, a obstacle course, places for birthday parties, lots of trampalines, and even more. There is also a place for parents to hang out while the kids are playing. They have very impressive technology for games, systems, and more. At birthday parties you can get liter sized bottles of pop and pizzas. Also the birthday boy or girl gets a really cool cup and a shirt. Then, everyone attending the party receives a free wrist band. Whether you live in Sioux City or you a just visiting, this is a great place to go if you ANY free time and want your kids to get some exercise and burn some energy.

Was so much fun for our family! I thought it was bigger, but still enough room for everyone there. Environment was exactly what we needed here. Price was extremely reasonable! I highly recommend this place!

My daughter and I just finished two rounds of laser tag...by far the most fun, amazing and best setup Ive ever played. Soooo many things to do on your own or as a family at the Drop Zone. Highly recommended.

Everything is pretty good. You can see some wear and tear on the toddler area and the games that needs some attention, but is otherwise good.

This is a great place to take the family for some fun times. They even have an area for younger kids to play that is separate from the bigger kids.

This place will wear you out, but youll never get tired of it! They have a ninja course to build up overall agility, a basketball hoop to practice your jumpshot, a dodgeball arena for working on your skills, and a wide trampoline floor for general jumping and flips, ect.Price is charged by the time you decide to spend there, but you can also bundle packages like laser tag or the arcade. If you want to do a wide range of physical activities this place is for you, just dont forget to do some stretching!

Super fun and friendly staff. U can set up jump times and pay ahead online so the kids wont be dissappointed when they get there and the trampoline is full and they have to wait. Separate area for dodgeball, a basket ball slam dunk spot and a jungle gym ropes course. Trampoline and play area for little kids also. Laser tag, golf simulator, arcade, snacks and area to sit with tables and where u can also sit and watch kids jump...any kid can be happy here for hours!

When you enter doesnt really smell good, 30 minutes for 8 dollars, really just 30 minutes. You also have to buy the socks. Theres only 1 area for toddlers 2-5.The 3 areas for the older kids gets really boring. Basically Drop Zone is just a waste of MONEY!

Highly disappointed in the customer service, and the rudeness of the employees.The pizza for our party was burnt, and the worker delayed our party because they were calling for the wrong name.Games, and laser tag were fun, but save your money on the party room or be prepared to be treated unworthy!

Kids had fun but the employees were very rude and not helpful. I was there for a party and they had me pay and then I wasnt suppose too and they wouldnt refund me or even give me a credit or something for over paying. Said it was my fault. Havent been back.
