I got finger printed when I used my card. Was assured that it was for fraud purposes.

I bought a product and realized there were very harsh jagged edges and deep groves. So I brought the product back to see if it could be replaced and the woman at the front desk got an attitude with me and said they are all supposed to be like that. She then said “if you’re afraid of it” and made me feel stupid for being concerned for my safety. Horrible staff. And it appears to be just a costume shop. Do not waist your money here there are much better places to visit

Was not impressed with rude male employee on 12/10/17. I admit my friends and I were somewhat rambunctious but that does not constitute being told to leave in an overly rude and somewhat threatening manner. I was planning on purchasing a few items but after the employee interaction I decided to spend my money at Romantix. Negativity like that does not make a business look good. Also, when leaving the store, I told the male staff member to have a nice day and was glared at in silence. Terrible customer service, but a great selection of items. If you dont mind being watched and treated with disrespect, then this is the place to go.

Good selection, although extremely overpriced. Convenient location, I suppose. What ruined this place for me was the staff.The clerk running it the day I visited with my boyfriend (white, gauged ears, long hair tied into a bun at the top, pinged strongly on my gaydar) was very bitchy for no apparent reason. As we quietly perused the open areas, minding our own business, it was like we were being watched and followed like a hawk.Behind one panel I saw one particularly funny item, and discreetly took a snap of it to send to a friend. He mustve been watching me on the camera, because he came from across the store to reprimand me and asked us to leave. He referred me to the obscurely printed no photos crudely printed on the front door somewhere (which I missed because I dont scan door signs on sex shops like a book while Im walking in- sue me). At that point I didnt even want to buy anything there because his attitude was such a turn off to what was nothing but two polite customers.Also, if you want poppers, make sure you call it RUSH. Or he wont sell it to you. God forbid people call the products what theyre actually used for. And go to Romantix instead. Theyre much nicer.

I felt the staff was racist towards me and my girlfriend they followed us everywhere we went. We were looking at the adult cards and a pack was ALREADY OPEN so of course we looked at them. Then they said if you open it you buy it. I didn’t open it because I did not buy it but I said some strong words to that man and woman.PSWhoever gives them 4 stars probably works for them.

They have wide selection and staff were knowledgeable about products.
