Good selection for that size store. The only thing I was disappointed in was they had no light or dark cocoa melts. Did not even see a shelf label for them and had to make another stop for those.

I love that they are open on Sundays. Some of us crafters need supplies and Sunday may be our only free day to go out ....just like these cute crates I painted

Great items to choose from for crafts and hobbys its the best place to go but dont expect to be greeted by a friendly associate I was just there walked around for about an HR picked up everything I needed and i go to check only to stand there with 3 cashiers wandering behind the counter and would not even acknowledge that I was there ready to check out after they had just checked out two customers LOL finally said enough was enough I set my s*** down and left and I will not return. I will only use Hobby Lobby from now on

A great variety of supplies to choose from. Its just a shame that they use the same sku# for multiple items. It makes getting some items very difficult.

Lots of items to choose from and plenty of stock on the items. Need help? Just ask the friendly staff. Great parking and hours to fit your crafting needs. If they dont have it ask them to order it and it will be on the way. Unleash your inner creative being and make someone great today.

Love it ! They have what I want out of stock but you can find a lot of stuff!

Not a huge crowd but got more than I was looking for and the price was good and affordable.

If you have to ask about michales just stay at joanns

Love, love, love Michaels! Customer service is outstanding!

Awesome store to shop at. Staff are nice & prices are decent!

Very friendly employees, especially the cashier who rang me up. Well-stocked shelves and more new products every time I go. I love this store better than the big one on Laurens Road.

Love this place! Everyone is always nice.

Always a fun place tho shop.

I had to get some sprigs to make my Christmas wreath. They were all 50% off so I saved quite a bit. Some things in there were way overpriced though. It seems like they charge alot for stuff that looks like it would be easy to make yourself for a lot cheaper. Overall not bad..

There was a Bogo on my purchase, and was not alerted to the sale.

Stopped there to pick up UPS package

Very nice workers

I love this store because they have everything a crafter, artist, jewelry maker, cake Baker ext. Could ever want and then some. There prices are a bit high for items you can find at there competitors stores.

I love just going and looking at stuff getting ideas how to do Crafts,

If your into crafts I dont why you wouldnt like this place. I go sometimes just to look around and seem to always leave with something. Give it a try for your next craft project.

We had a family photo framed, great service, faster than told turn around.

Nice store

Meets all your needs

Staff was super helpful. Cashier went into the back to check stock and found the items we needed. Not the usual if its not on the shelf, we dont have it.

Nice, clean large layout. This is a crafter of most any types dream store to go to. So much selection. And check your Sunday ads or sign up online with them. They always are running 40-50% off coupons. Digital, printable or in their flyers. Constantly running sales in store and online. And if you need framing work for art, pictures, etc. then this is the place to go! They will even custom make the frame to fit whatever size and style you may need. Love this store! The creative projects are endless with supplies for the novices to expert. I literally can spend hours in this store just looking at what they have to offer and my creative side constantly in full gear. Love it!

Great store to find all your craft needs. Staff nice and helpful. Clean store.

The store has great parking and good yarn selection. The cashiers were super friendly ...

They didnt have what I wanted originally but I found other things I needed, and also received a discount.

Good prices and sales and the best part is they always have a 40% coupon.

Everything you need for your special occasion

Tonia ashworth is a great employee there and knows what shes doing. :)

Great customer service

Good yarns but limited. Im satisfied though...

The staff is really nice and they have everything you could possibly need for any craft. Prices are very reasonable.

Grandkids love it

Great selection on crafting products.... they price match on Amazon sold products. So you can get a great deal. Very helpful

I love Michaels. I have to have adult supervision when I enter the store because I have very little self control in craft stores.BUT.I went specifically looking for a Happy Planner day planner. The one I purchased last year was just a standard day planner that I turned into a lesson planner, using other inserts and stickers. This year, all they had were planners for teachers and students, with an extremely limited selection of other day planners. The inserts they had did not match ANY of the planners they had for sale. I know how many options are available for planner inserts, but 90% of them were just blank pages.So.... disappointed, but still love Michaels.

I havent been happy shopping at the Michaels store on Laurens Road for about the past six months or more. The store is very sloppy and always in disarray. Items that I saw misplaced in certain aisles are still in the same place when you visit the following week. There are always items thrown behind shelves and on the floor. You can never find a sales associate to assist you. I can rarely find items that Im looking for as Im a paper and mixed media crafter. It seems that Michaels is turning into a home goods store, Im always happier shopping at Hobby Lobby or online at Amazon for my craft supplies.

I go here for my soap making base. Wish they had a bigger supply of items for soap making though!

It was well stocked. really fair prices. Great cashier

Got some great buys here! Very friendly people and great selection

Very nice store. It was well organised and had a great selection of merchandise.

Excellent store. Clean. Great stock. At checkout the staff is friendly. If it were a little easier to get assistance with any questions this would easily be a 5 star store

Very nice staff always helpful. Store is clean and organized. Good coupons for extra savings.

Got my cricut! Honored the sales price that was shown and expired. Appreciate that!

Easy to locate items in this store. Coupons are usually available. Nice selections.

Staff is very friendly, good selection and you can find good sales

Great craft store! They have some great gift ideas and great for framing pix!

Variety of crafts at comfortable pricing

I buy most my crafting supplies foin Michaels. Wish the staff was more friendly here but prices are good

Great staff and good prices. Search for specials and download the app.

Always use coupons online! I love this store, it has great picture frames, seasonal to for the kids, lots of very affordable craft items. They also have slime making Fridays and other crafts for kids during the summer. The kids love the crafts!

Awesome selection

I cant seem to visit this store without spending at least $100 but I suppose I cant fault them for my weakness. The staff is always helpful with questions. Checking out the clearance areas is an absolute must. Now to start on my new project....

This is one of my favorite art stores not so much for what they carry in house but for their great people who are both curtious and helpful. They have the coupon to scan even if u dont, they are open on Sunday and theyre just so darn nice. Love this place!

Very clean. Nice helpful staff. Great overall experience.

All of the employees are amazing. Cashiers are friendly and motivated. Awesome deals and coupons. I love this store!

Michaels is a very good shopping experience for this disabled shopper. Michaels is the only craft store I know of that has a electronic shopping cart for use by their handicapped shoppers. Isles are wide enough to maneuver down most. Employees are more than happy to not only direct you to what your looking for but escort you to what you need. Coupons are easily accessible on my phone for my discounts and Im not very computer wavy but their site is easily found. Thank you Michaels. Vivian Winford

I like this store and the location is super convenient.

Always good!!!

Recovery poor, freight on floor every where, staff ????

Sarah framed an old print and did a great job!

My FAVORITE store. Great selection and always amazing prices. Could do some work on staff but I still give 5 stars cause the inventory is AWESOME.

Just a friendly place to be.

This store is packed with goodies. The Christmas selection is fantastic. Tons of great ideas & decorations.

Love this place from models to picture frames it had it all

They dont have the biggest selection od halloween stuff. I ended up driving to the store in greenville tp get what i wanted. But the staff is always super nice!!

Love the coupons usually has what i need

Good service the cashier even gave me a $2.00 off coupon

I greatly prefer Michaels to their competitor Hobby Lobby. The best thing is finding good stuff on clearance though. Cant beat that!

I personally love Michaels and their prices are not bad. As a young artist, I always find what I need at a fair price!

I love crafting, prices are too high

Clean and friendly. One of my favorite craft stores.

Really good store to find all kinds of crafts.

Love me some Michaels, always get or need something when I shouldnt & dont! Lol

Little over priced but have everything you need

Good for craft supplies

I love Michaels for craft supplies and ideas. They have a great selection of florals and fairy garden items.

I found what I was looking for on sale 50% off great day

Very helpful workers

Great place for all your craft needs.

Helped to get supplies needed for our daughter.

Nice staff. Expensive products.

Excellent craft store, great coupons and have most of the supplies I need.

Best craft store

Dont bother, sales coupons have to much restrictions to use and even when you can use them items are horrible quality and the staff is just terrible I would recommend hobby lobby.

I believe this store is perfect for Crafters, or close, ( am not a Crafters).

Should really stock more scale model kits. But the 40% off coupon is nice

Very poor customer service here. I didnt have signal in the store and was having a hard time getting the 50% off coupon to load and the manager Jan made a comment one of you need to just get the app i thought it was very rude. I always shop here and the customer service is always bad.

I love the coupons they save you so much

People were helpful and pleasant.

Always find what I need.

Lot of fun going here Im a artist I was in heaven

They have everything you need for arts and crafts. They carry professional painting sipplies. The only thing they do not carry is fabric.

Terrible

Its a storm my wife likes to go to and get items for crafts and and she enjoys getting good coupons to use at the store

It was a fantastic adventure they have everything I will ever need to be creative...

This Michaels has a much better yarn selection than other Michaels Ive gone to.

Best craft store ever! They have a wide variety of exactly what you might need. People were friendly to help as well.

Great store, friendly staff. Coupon offered when asked.
