Great addition to downtown silver spring. This place is spotless and very few games out of order. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Awesome place to bring a group of friends. They have a wide variety of updated games and the prizes are fully stocked. Parking and navigating around this maze is really simple

A good place for games, food and sports. Theres a large number of games, Aton of big screens and its as loud as it should be. Prices for both food and games are more than reasonable. But youll have to wait for the food. A long time. Overall well worth a visit. And make sure you test the Halo game.

Great location, a lot of fun games to play. Fun for adults and kids. The bar was very busy so the wait time outrageous. But understandable because it was fight night. Games are pricey compared to other places. If you have more than 2 kids, be ready to spend $$. We spent $160 in games only.

This passed weekend my family visited from out of state. We decided to go to Dave and Busters. From the moment we step in we were greeted by a young woman at the front. There was about nine of us total five adults four kids. We were very surprised that it did not take long for us to be seated. Once seated our server a young man was very helpful from the beginning to the end he was outstanding. We all enjoyed our food very much, some of us even ordered some extra food to take home it was so delicious. Everyone enjoyed it especially the kids. Thanks for another great experience, we will definitely be visiting again.

My friends and I went to this location last week and it was great! We used to go to the Arundel location but this location was a lot cleaner and the staff was so friendly. Its a perfect place to bring the kids, I bring my younger sisters all the time! We ate at the bar and we were served promptly and got our food and drinks pretty fast. The games were great too, always a good time. Ill definitely be making a little bit more of a drive to come to this location more often!

Fun atmosphere. Took the waiter forever and a day to bring our check. Why do they do that?Otherwise food was great. The kids had fun.Manager at the front desk was condescending to her hard working young staff. Always disheartening.

The burger was very good and the fries were not fresh. Someone from the kitchen brought my food out with the burger & basket of fries both on their sides, splayed out. The server did not allow for me to ask for ketchup before heading back, without any ketchup in sight. More than halfway through the meal, I was able to flag someone down to get ketchup. I contacted customer service and they appreciated the feedback and are making things right. I will assume this was a busy off-night for the staff, who were all pleasant and busy.

Service was very poor. I can understand that waits are longer on a Saturday night but this was crazy. I had to leave my table and go to the bar to place my order. And it was faster to go there to pay my bill too. I was there for over 2 hours and never got any service from the person assigned to my table

The food is not really good. The ice cream was good, but the cake was waay to sweet and not really good. Customer service is good tho. And I had fun playing:)

This is super bad service... I made a complaint to Ely the manager or supervisor and the bad service continued. I invited my friend from Florida here to enjoy the game. We dont drink alcohol so we asked for our burgers and 2 cokes. Wanting to make another menu selection, we could never find our waiter. Our cokes were empty and no way of getting them filled... once we complained to Ely, he mentioned he was sorry and that they were busy... they were not busy. Most of the waitresses were sitting at the bar watching the game... this is really Bad service and I wanted to impress my friend with this place...Just a heads up to all....

Good for kids, food mediocre, stick with classic bar food, which is prefoctable. Slow and poor service. Salad had old leaves and while the manager asked about the food, he didnt do anything to fix it when I told him. Kids love the place, so for a special treat its good. Next time I wont eat there. Cheaper on Weds.

There was a group of us who went to Dave and Busters after work. We were at a construction site not far away so we decided to check it out. We were able to unwind and enjoy a bite to eat an a drink. During our 2 hour stay the staff was very professional and helpful. I was so impressed that I even decided to celebrate my daughters birthday party here next year.

Super fun for the family and kids! My nieces love it! Good food as well. It‘s a little loud but once you’re playing you don’t notice it at all!

Very very bad service. Some guy named Ely was the manager and obviously he does not shower. He had terrible body Oder every time he passed. The waitress forgot to even serve my family. Our orders were over 45min late and we were told it was because the waitress was new. We asked Ely to help but he was just as clueless. All he kept offering were drinks. I have been reading other reviews and it’s seems that this place has an ongoing issue with service and management. Maybe corporate needs to be contacted. If this terrible service continues in every other review It suggest they aren’t doing anything about it. What a sham...

Usually fun vibes, but the bartender we keep getting there forgets our orders a lot so we just decided to go to other options instead. If it was just one occasion I wouldnt bother writing about it but its been 3 different times. Hopefully when we try again I can retract this

Ordered the Strawberry Watermelon Margarita for half price at Happy Hour and it is as so delicious! Went right up to the bar and the bartender was really friendly and made the drink super fast.

I went to watch a UFC fight. While others may give a 1 Star review for poor service, itll be a 3. The food and drink orders took forever. I understand that fight night is a busy night but there were not enough servers. There were constant back and forth walking for workers going into storage and other things. This was a hyped up Jon Jones fight. Surely people will come for food and drinks. Maybe schedule additional staffing. Took over an hour to get a drink. Could have walked up to the bar myself.The food came out after a long time. Maybe not enough line cooks or too many orders. It came out hot which maintains the 3 star rating instead of 1.While service was slow, the waitress was clearly overworked but was apologetic.

Silver spring location is small but they try to switch the games up every now and then. Cant complain much except for the bartenders seem to purposely ignore you when youre at the bar. Food is decent. Kids always enjoy it. I dont want a reply from the owner. They seem auto-generated/NOT genuine.

Loved this location since its opening. Drinks and food were really good. Staff was cool and helpful when there was an error on the bill. Definitely reccomend for a date or just a fun outing.

Love coming here on Wednesdays half price games only reason it didnt get 5 stars tried to order 2 different drinks one where it had a small bottle of wine in it was told by the bartender that they didnt carry it then tried to order a mule was told the same thing both drinks were displayed as a photo in the drink menu. I gave up and kept on playing

THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE.my buddy brought me here for my first time and the waiter treated us horribly. She even stated to her manager that if we wanted to be served we should find another area. We were even left waiting for refills. After confrinting the manager, he stated that he delegated the job to be done better to the servers. That did not work. Even after supervisor intervention the problem persisted. Both supervisor Ely and another one that goes by the name O they did not make a great effort to solve my discomfort. This is such a bad experience for being my first time. I am not sure if the waiters actions were personal or if this is just how she does business. I will be sending a letter to corporate offices

I have given this place more than enough chances but the food is always cold, there is never enough staff, and we always run into issues with the games. The amount of drunk people makes it unsuitable for children/families. HIRE MORE PEOPLE D&B! You have the ability to be such a great establishment.

I came here for a work function. Dave and Busters is a real blast if you just come here solely for the games. The majority of the low scoring reviews here are regarding the food and not the gaming experience itself. My suggestion for those who wish to enjoy the experience is dont come hungry.

Excellent tasty food served on time too. Cocktail mixture I havent drank it anywhere else so perfectly blended and wonderfully made.Customer service was great manager doing a great job too.

Completely ignored till we moved to the bar. Pat was very attentive once we moved. The food is blah. Probably would have been better if it were warm. Nachos were ok... but flat and nothing like the tower in the picture. Wings are SMALL and cold. The French fries that came with them, were cold and stale. Drinks (and Pat) were the highpoint. The area for food seems smaller compared to other D and Bs. You blow through a lot of money on the games... but thats normal. The prize area seems under stocked compared to other locations.

Great place for eat, play, remember your childhood, the price are good. Awesome place if you just want to drink something and spend time with friends. Also can make birthday parties for kids. The food is delicious.

I took my grandsons and we had a blast. This was our 1st time here. I drive local bus and wanted to see why the school students were going to the Silver Springs MD Ellsworth Mall in groups. It was expensive and the food on the dine and play menu was excellent! We were very impressed with the food quality and it taste delicious. We went on a Wednesday evening. The games choices look to be good and many. We couldnt play games cause of the boys had to go to school and no time. We will have to return just to play the games. We got game tickets with our dinner meal to use anytime in the future. The play was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. They have a Sports bar at this location with many TV screens on the 5th floor. I recommend visiting this location. Too many students hanging around can make a extra noisy environments but we enjoyed ourselves.

Three Stars because I bought a coffee cup with the tickets I won, mentioned I was giving the rest to a random kid and the guy at the counter said hed hold onto it for someone who doesnt have enough for something. My son went here 7/6 with a group of friends. He purchased a $35.00 card that evening. I happened to check his bank account the next day and 2 transactions had posted, $35 and $76. The second transaction caused my son to be charged bank fees. I called the location the next morning and was told several times no one could help me until Monday. I repeatedly asked for a manager and was transferred to someone who answered the phone saying DEPOSITS. I asked if he was a manager he said no but he handled all the transactions. He took all the information and said he would call me back in a few hours. This was at 11:45 am. I waited until 5 and called back and supposedly spoke to a manager who took my information again and said he would call me back. He did and there records only show one transaction was done on my sons card which was for $35. He insisted that the transaction was pending and that the bank wouldnt receive any paperwork and the money would be put back into my sons account. I explained the transaction was no longer pending. He said call back Friday if money isnt there. I did and was told by another supposed manager that I had to dispute it with my bank. At no time was an apology given. I am saying all this to say....CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WHEN YOU LEAVE THIS PLACE!!! my credit union is stating the transactions were done back to back. Something shady is going on...be careful everyone.Just spoke w/Trina @ Corporate and the situation is being handled. She was very sympathetic and helpful. Empathy goes a long way. Your staff needs training in customer service.

Honestly I wanted to give 5 stars because I love D&B but the layout was off. The staff was awesome though and they took less than 1.5 mins to get to bad machines and fix them. Ill change my rating to 5 because I cant really blame the staff for confusing layout.

Customer Service at the Bar was horrible. Myself and my wife was walked past at least 8 times before anybody said anything to us. It was also our Anniversary and we just wanted a quick drink. Just horrible service.

Too small and my waiter didnt come to us for 20 minutes do the manager stepped in place. He didnt seem to know what he was doing either. Ribs were rough I just my throat swallowing them and my sliders too forever to reach me and by that time my fries were cold

Dave & Busters is a fun place for adults and kids to go to. There are lots of fun games to play and if you end up earning a lot of points, you can pick out cool prizes to take with you. Dave & Busters is more fun when you go with someone or as a family. Theres never a time where Im not in the mood to go there. Also the place has food so any one can sit down and enjoy a meal!

I attended on a Saturday night where there was a fight showing and had to pay a $5 mandatory cover charge, which I wasnt happy about. Even though it was after 9 pm, it was still super crowded with people of all ages. They have a pretty decent menu and their drinks are good too. I ordered the Bang Bang Chicken just to compare it to other places version. It was quite savory.

The bartender was friendly. Gave us our food and drinks fast. Food was good and the atmosphere was even better.

Very disappointing experience. It was our first time at D&B and was really disappointing than to see a decent amount of the games were not even running the day we visited. We played a game of skee ball after waiting nearly half an hour for the table only for the table to shut off mid game and take our money. Food was meh, although our waiter was friendly. Hopefully if we ever come back our next experience will be better.

It was fine. I w a s there for my granddaughter birthday. We was thete for her. It would have been real if we was there for us to have fun.

Weak game selection compared to the other Dave & Busters I have been to on the East Coast. Some of the games barely worked.The only saving grace is the bar and greasy food to tie over the night.

I took my son there for a birthday party. We had a great time. The venue was clean. Im only rating it a four because we kept having problems with his card to play games. We keep getting an error message and had to swipe the card too many times to play a game.

Fantastic bar, coat check, friendly staff and some off the best food Ive had. The games are great and they have a VR machine.

Its a fun place for kids and adults alike, dependant on the time of day. All too often though games are out of order or have trouble reading the token cards. The great news is that there are plenty of games to play so the out of order games wont affect your experience too significantly. Party rooms also look really nice and staff has all been friendly.

Well I had previously written a review last night, I do love the place, the atmosphere, the games as well as the food and happy hour drink specials Patrick mentioned when I arrived which was great. Only thing that was a tad off was the lack of frequency from being served at the bar. I had just gotten back from VA from work and was thirsty and hungry. Patrick was attentive about what he would recommend for a late night snack and was so on point.

Sports and Game bar & restaurant combination in the Elsworth place downtown Silver Spring. While its jammed with people especially over weekend, management doing good job to keep place clean and suitable for kids.Toilets are cleaned every 40- 45 minutes, there is staff to help.The only complain is that some of games been out of order.Direct entrance is on Collesville road, and its open untill 2AM - past closing time for shopping center itself.

A very nice place to bring adults or kids and people with special needs. The staff is friendly and the food is very good. The drinks are off the charts! They have elevator for the handicap across from Burlington Coat Factory, and some cool games to play. This location is not as big as the other but still cool and popular!

I took my family there for dinner. The food was good, they had a large assortment of games for all ages, so there was something for all of us to do. The prices were a little above average for the food, but for a once in a while family treat, they were acceptable. The only thing that made this a 4 instead of a 5 is our server failed to mention the eat and play deal, which would have saved us some money since that is what we were doing (eating and then playing). And when I read about it at the bottom of my receipt, I asked the game card staff about getting the deal, since I had my receipt from the meal I had just paid for, but she informed me that I couldnt get the deal because it had to be at the time of purchase with my server. That seemed a bit unfair given I had my receipt with the time/date stamp from 5 minutes prior to the conversation I was having at that moment.Otherwise, its a good place to take the family for a treat. My kids are all under 8, and they had a blast.

Went here to hang out with some friends. Not only are the games amazing to play, but while we were there we ate. Our food came out nice and hot, had a great waitress and our food was very delicious. While eating there looks like its a great place to watch a football game with your friends because the sports bar and most of the tables were taken by huge fans and there are a lot of TV screens so you can be there to watch the game. Cant wait to come back and hang out here again.

The food was a surprising hit, super tasty and a great way to wind down after fun rounds of pac man to basketball. Not for those on a diet lol, at least not the chicken and waffles or burger sliders we ordered, but soo worth it. Be prepared to spend a good amount of money to recharge your game cards though.

Capital Heights me and my family was told to sit and wait for a server which we did and sat for 45 minutes till a waitress showed up and said that we had to move to another table...we sat at another table and the manager (Light skinned guy with dreads) on 08/02/2019 said that he didn’t have a server for that side and that we had to find another place to sit...I told him all of these are empty and he said we have to sit any where near the bar...there were no seats available near the bar because they were either occupied or filled with dishes...the manager stated that a server will clean a table...so we stood and waited 45 more minutes and a table was cleaned but a family was in it...the manager during the whole time of us standing just walked by us not saying anything or making sure we get our table...I then approached the manager about our table and he stated someone is in our seats and that we need to tell them to move...we left and went to the Colesville location where we had the best service and time!

Had a problem with one of the recharge token machines and managers resolved it quickly and with no issue. Fun time, clean and safe place.

We enjoyed the 1/2 price games but were disappointed with the food. We had to send back our wings because they were not made to order. Next time will eat somewhere else before we go to the arcade.
