We hired Free Spirit to perform at our wedding, and in so doing, entrusted them with the vibe at our reception. We could not have been happier with that decision! They set a festive mood with lively music and ignited the reception hall with passion. Free Spirit was amazing. Mike was easy to work with and great. I am extremely happy we hired them. I would highly recommend them for any event. Working with Entertainment Exchange was fantastic! Peter made amazing suggestions for what band would fit mine and my husbands wedding, provided constant communication and answers to ALLLLLLL of my questions! In the end we chose Free Spirit, and holy cow were they AMAZING! Somehow they are a band of infinitely talented human beings who can make a dance party that you never want to end. They had our dance floor packed from the start of the wedding until the end. Everyone commented on how fabulous they were and that we had the best band at a wedding they’d ever been to! The running joke is we need to renew our vows to bring them back for another epic night!

As an event planner, it is extremely important to book entertainment relative to each individual event. At times there is disappointment. That certainly was not the case when I booked musical artists through Entertainment Exchange for three separate events during our stay in St. Michaels. Each one was perfect. Erik Sharer, Attila Molnar and Keynote All different genres and styles and all were very professional and extremely talented. Erik played acoustic guitar during an intimate dinner -- beautiful and soothing. Attila was at the keyboard with his incredible jazz group and Keynote brought everyone to the dance floor until the final note that was played. It was nothing short of a complete success. I would not hesitate to use the services of Entertainment Exchange in the future.

Pat Richitt is rude and very pushy!I emailed to find a band for my wedding and told him three bands that I was interested in. He responded with three different(more expensive) bands rather than what I requested a quote on. THEN, when I asked for cheaper options, he responded with Don’t get me wrong I’d love to help you with the band but you have to tell me what you are willing to spend. I can’t help you unless I know. Every interaction with him upset me. He needs to learn the basics of customer service. TODAY, I get a phone call from him to follow up on my contract. I told him we decided to go with someone else and he said to me Weve been holding your date, I wish you would have told me and HUNG UP on me! Remind me why I should have gone out of my way to help you? In the contract there is a deadline of a week for me to sign, its been 3 months. Maybe you should have done your job from the start and followed up on the contract that we started back in Feb. I never write reviews, but Im so disappointed in my experience and want others to be warned. No Bride, or anyone for that matter should be treated like this. Due to my experience with Pat I chose to go with another band.

I would not consider working with any other agency, but Entertainment Exchange! What a great company!

I worked with Peter for my lighting and music needs for my wedding and he was so professional and accessible. He was super responsive to all my questions and he helped me pick the right DJ for what I was looking for. DJ Brandon was so fantastic and he has us all dancing the night away. Entertainment Exchange is an incredible company to work with. As a wedding planner, I cant express enough how wonderful it is when vendors can handle their own! EE not only provided exemplary service and exquisite music from their bands but they handled each situation with ease and experience. The 8 piece Keynote band was the best wed ever seen! The string quartet for the ceremony was like no other and we cannot forget how wonderful the mariachi band was! It was the perfect blend of entertainment for this Jewish/Mexican fusion wedding. The sound was perfect the entire evening. Patrick was responsive and attentive to every detail throughout the entire planning processs. Truly, this company is a pleasure and a joy to work with.
