Great time, cabins are amazing and views are beautiful. Totally worth it to fall off the grid at this resort. Lots of amenities, grounds are awesome! Definitely make the trip!! Will be returning!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Friendly and courteous staff. Clean cabin. Already had DVDs there which was so handy.Tip: if you have a low vehicle, take the north entrance through Mimbres, a 3 mile drive on a decent dirt road. The south entrance is 5 miles on a moderately rocky dirt road.

Great secluded peaceful... just what we needed! Host was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Great details about the cabins and area. Cabin was amazing, view was amazing, history of the area very interesting, not what we expected to find. If you need the shake the world off, this is the place to do it. I HIGHLY recommend this place. We will be back for sure!

What a fabulous get away. Susie is very responsive and was able to accommodate us for an early arrival. The cabin was immaculate, cozy and comfortable. Susie provided great info with regard to attractions and local history on Georgetown. We explored the Gila Cliff Dwellings and enjoyed a gorgeous hike on the Catwalk Trail. We will definitely be making a return trip to Georgetown Cabins.

We sought out the Georgetown Cabins for their seclusion, and we were not disappointed. Exactly what we were looking for. But still close enough to nearby towns to access restaurants and other amenities. We really appreciated the WEALTH of well-organized resources in our cabin about the local area – the history, points of interest, local characters. It became clear that we would need to return to check out the many fascinating nooks and crannies to be found in the surrounding area. I sincerely hope our first visit will be the first of many. Thank you for your hospitality and professionalism – a combination that not all are skilled at delivering simultaneously. You do it well.

We love Georgetown Cabins. My wife and I go there often. We have stayed at everyone of the cabins there and they are all super clean, comfortable and modern. The area is breathtaking with lots of interesting spots to explore. If you want a peaceful, relaxing getaway, this is where you need to go.

We just returned from one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations that Ive had. The Georgetown Cabins are a perfect retreat from the southern Arizona heat, as it is nestled in the Gila National Forest, with amazing views of the forests, and the peace and quiet of camping in the woods. The cabin was fully stocked with everything you could need, including a fully stocked kitchen. Book shelves contained interesting books and other reading materials, including information on the cultural and historical areas around Silver City, as well as the best places to eat in the area. Thank you Susie and Jon. We cant wait to return for another retreat!

What a fantastic way to enjoy the Gila National Forest! Endless amounts of beautiful scenery, history, and adventure. This is any couples dream destination.

Mountain air and tranquility

The cabin my spouse and I stayed at this weekend was amazing! It had beautiful views, felt secluded (but not THAT secluded), was very clean, and all the creature comforts one could want. The cabin itself is only part of the reason I am giving this 5 stars.We got into an accident on our first day here that left our car undriveable. Because all the rental car agencies in town were closed on weekends, we were stranded. Jon and Susie came to town, stopped at the store so we could get some food for the extra time we thought we would be there, and even put us in touch with some great folks who tried to arrange a ride back to Arizona for us. They went above and beyond to help us make the best of a bad situation. Thank you, and we hope to return and have a more disaster-free stay next time!

We love Georgetown Cabins. This is our favorite place to spend our anniversaries.
