I was highly impressed with how clean this bedroom was. The breakfast was really impressive considering every other hotel that has stopped doing breakfast because of Covid. Looking forward to coming back.

Could not rate higher...they were fantastic...rooms beat some of the bigger named...the personal touch was awesome. Staff is very knowledgeable about the area. Enjoyed the room service and Continental breakfast.. they even offer snack bags for your day trips. Close to Tombstone...best beds around.

I will NEVER and I mean NEVER stay here again. I come to Sierra Vista regularly to see my sister. Our room had roaches. I call the front desk and the gentleman was nice and apologetic and moved us to another room. It was 1 am before we were settled and our second room smelled like smoke. I cancelled our second night and booked a room at the Marriott. I have never been so grossed out by a hotel room in my life. Highly DO NOT Recommend.

Good breakfast, rooms were nice, pool is good, hot tub is not very warm.

It is a very nice hotel, with courtyard style buildings. Mine had a nice fountain and landscaping. The room was very clean and comfortable. The lobby building has lots of amenities, and the pool looked inviting. And at $70 for a king room, it wasnt too expensive.

Its not the Hilton but its inexpensive and clean and SO easy to book same day.

Loved this place. Very private, nice pool, great breakfast and clean rooms. But then they wouldnt re-rent to us for no legitimate reason. All the staff said they didnt know why, it was just written down in the book. Very disappointed.

This is by far my new favorite hotel! The time the owners and staff have put into making this hotel stand out shows. Very beautiful Spanish decor inside and out, you will never want to leave. And the staff is amazing! Best customer service I have ever seen.

Supposedly they wouldnt let me change my date for reservation and when called the booking agency they said that they had opening for the date that I wanted changed. So they stole my money and wouldnt let me change my reservation. They are a bunch of crooks. They are no good. Would never stay here and hope to God others dont

Plus: Front desk was welcoming and helpful. The free breakfasts were very good and varied each day. Common areas clean. Living room a great place to mingle. Plenty of free parking.Minus:The housekeeping in our room was inconsistent. Two days out of six the bed was not made. Toiletries and drinking glasses not restocked each day. Shower not cleaned on several days. The front desk does not have a price list for having laundry done nor does the laundry give you an itemized receipt...we had laundry done on two days and I think I was taken advantage of on one day.

Family had a decent experience about 5 years ago during a vacation, but not this time. When we went into the room assigned to us, it had a strong urine odor. Desk clerk reassigned us to a different room which was acceptable. But as we realized the entire facility had become very dated since we last stayed there, we decided to cancel the remaining 5 days on our reservation and stay just one night instead. However, whatever desk clerk we spoke to did not change the reservation and cancel the remaining 5 nights, and Sierra Suites later billed us for the entire 6-day period. Billing staff later reduced charges for two nights, however staff members never responded to efforts to reduce the charge to just one night even after we cancelled our reservation. So credit card company is now working the issue. My suggestion: AVOID THIS BUSINESS....

Really great accomodations for small town.

They have totally updated this motel, and I am VERY IMPRESSSED!!!!! Prices are GREAT, and includes free hot breakfast, with alot of free options, heated pool, outdoor dining or inside, a munchie menu of items brought to your room, items are prices VERY reasonable! They have a bagged breakfast to go at no charge if you are rushed, including bottle water, fruit or Honey Bun, and a granola bar. Oh, and a big comfy bathrobe hanging in the closet!!!! To many upgrades to mention. Try it, you will LOVE it!!

Great place to stay with a family. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast area was clean and had an island atmosphere, plus the food was good. All the interior space was secured by locking gates so you feel more secure while staying here.

Wonderful place to stay. Pool, hot tub, clean large room ( fridge, microwave and coffeemaker) and amazing service. The breakfast is lovely. Recommend this as a place to sleep for a night or longer

I stayed at this hotel in November I made friends with all of the front desk ladies the housekeepers and the maintenance crew I made some jewelry for them. This last stay was horrible. Beverly at the front desk is a ride old woman who gives this nice hotel a bad impression. Not only is she rude and mean she told me that I had to leave the property and was not allowed on the property ever again. They put me in the room right next door to this lady and she screamed at me in the middle of the night because she wasnt getting any sleep apparently shes overworked. she also screamed at me for opening my door and chatting with my neighbors who I was friends with during the day I didnt know that that was unacceptable. Im not sure who the owner is but do yourself a favor Im get rid of this woman she has no business in the hospitality industry

Really nice hotel. Friendly service and clean rooms. The rooms are small and cozy and good for a couple of nights. Lighting in the room is amazing compared to a lot of other hotels with really Dom lights. Would recommend this hotel to anyone

We were so pleased with our overnight stay. Friendly, clean, and well appointed although built in 1985. It has some charm, rooms have excellent bedding and laps bright enough you can read, plenty of electric outlets, good breakfast

This is a fantastic hotel! We could hardly believe how nice it was, considering how much we paid. The rooms were very clean and very roomy. The breakfast was excellent! We would definitely stay here again.

It was quiet but with the coronavirus, things were strange, no fault of this hotel. It was clean and breakfast had a nice variety.

I stayed here with my girlfriend from California about a year ago and I enjoyed it. I just completed a one night solo stay, and had some issues. I now use a cane because an old knee injury has flared up, and I didnt ask for a ground floor room, so going upstairs and downstairs was tough. My bad. Just beware they have no elevators. It took a while to find my room, the front desk gave me a guide with two different rooms marked. The room was great, bed very comfortable, room was quite, bathroom fine, breakfast was very good. I decided I wanted to stay one more night, and asked to stay one more day, but they wanted more than double what I had paid for the first night, so I moved to a comparable hotel .25 miles away for less than I paid for the first night at Sierra Suites. I checked one of the multi-hotel sites and was quoted $50 less than the front desk at Sierra Suites...

Its a great hotel! Upgrade from the previous years! Friendly staffBreakfast tho should be carefully prepared in a upgrade service. Ive been a customer renter for years and the first experience as you wake from your sleep is a hot cup off coffee in this case it wasnt. If I can make a suggestion to the purchasing dept to invest in those individual cup creamer! For the 7 days 6 nights I have probably ate 3 days no coffee, the cold half and half container was so cold my coffee was lukewarm. Janitorial service is so great! Front desk staff members are also great! I will reccomend your hospitality service and room service! Breakfast dept from staff to cleanliness needs more attention. Great overall! Thank you for all your service!

This hotel is wonderful. Easy check in. Breakfast is better than most other hotels. They had fresh baked chocolate cookies in the lobby to help yourself too any time. Also water and water with lemon available at all times too. If you cant stay for breakfast they have a brown bag of several times that you can take with you.

Wonderful hotel, gracious persons at desk, nice facilities people assisting with directions. Great rate.And, among other restaurants the concierge shared, I went to the lovely Mexican restaurant next door. Blue Moon and In the Mood on the accordion, kind of a Mariachi Cole P. Pictures say it. Very nice, thank you.

We were very disappointed during our stay here and would not recommend. The hotel is older and had some charm however it is in need of general upkeep. The grounds and stairs had cigarette butts that were there when we checked in and had not been picked up when we left 2 days later. The room was similar to a low priced chain. The hot breakfast they claim to serve is subpar with scrambled eggs in a crockpot, no meats served and various store bought pastries. Our keys had to be fixed as they were done right initially and front desk staff was rude . I would recommend one of the newer chains rather than this hotel.

There was nothing not to like, everything surpassed my expectations, the staff, the hotel itself, the room, the pool, the different areas with the Spanish look, the fountains the flowers, what a beautiful place, I will definitely book again..let’s not forget the full breakfast. The staff at this hotel were usually very kind and helpful. They give out free cookies in the afternoon! The breakfast was average and the selection could have been better. The room was fairly clean. Overall, good quality for the price and for it being a motel.

My boyfriend and I were both thrilled to see the property and our room; this hotel went above and beyond expectations. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and our room was spotless. Also, you enter the building courtyard through a gate, which makes you feel very safe (although probably unnecessary as the neighborhood is not bad at all).

Upon arrival I loved the beautiful display of rocks and as I walked in the setting was welcoming. We met Nancy, a wonderful experience! She took the time to show us a map and list of things to do. A true delight!We were very happy with a clean room and several very relaxing areas to lounge. The hot tub was amazing. Breakfast was great.The locked gates was a security measure we truly appreciated. (When the gate slammed shut it scared the begeezes out of us)We really enjoyed this place and the staff. I highly recommend you try it out.

Great service, really improved from previous visits. Clean rooms, microwave, coffee pot, swimming pool, jacuzzi, continental breakfast, cable, gym. Really loved the gym and swimming pool/jacuzzi. Reasonable prices. The only negative is that I was given a smokers room and I dont smoke. The attendee was suffering from painful stone she was trying to pass. We stayed at this location about a month ago. We used Booking like we always do to make the reservation. We paid in the office for two nights and were charged a second time for two nights through Booking. The lady in the office noticed the mistake and said she would refund the double charge. Here we are a month later and were only refunded for one night, after being told the manger would contact us and also being lied to about a full refund that would take up to seven days. Definitely monitor your accounts.

Even though it is right on Fry Blvd (main street in Sierra Vista) it is amazingly quiet and a really nice place to stay at a good price. Room was very nice, clean and large. Staff was great.

Love this place! Stayed many times over the last 3 years. Cant be beat for the price. Looks older on outside, but rooms are modern and bedding is top notch. They also provide a great hot breakfast in the price. Cant say enough about them, I will continue to stay here indefinitely!

The Sierra Suites are probably one of the best values in hotels Ive had in a while. The hotel was very convenient, the prices were low and the quality was high. The staff are very accommodating. Big shout out to Nancy who helped get us checked in and told our group everything we needed to know, then offered us breakfast bags and fresh baked cookies. Cherry the Breakfast cook did a wonderful job ensuring everything was perfect.

I have many years of staying at this place since 2012. Lots of good times here. Cheap stuff for some pretty good rooms. Staff has always seen super friendly to me.

The room I had was big, well decorated, clean and quiet. The king bed was very comfortable. The complementary breakfast was good with warm dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, various coffees and all you can eat.

This is a nice place. The people were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, well remodeled and well kept. The rates were very reasonable. There was nightly snacks and breakfast. (I wasnt able to indulge in the breakfast. ) I will say they could spend a little more time on the outside. Just a few leaves, weeds and trash. That would make it look a little better. That being said . I will be back. You should to.

Simple buffet better then the normal continental breakfast you usually get at other places. A little soar on the eyes on the outside but inside rooms look really luxurious and are clean. Sierra suites will be our new go to.

Nancy at the front desk was so welcoming and answered all of our questions as to where to go for dinner. The grounds at the Suites were nicely landscaped with native plants, fountains, bird feeders and beautiful tile work. Our room was so comfortable and quiet. A breakfast buffet was served every morning and was well worth it.

We stayed only one night and changed our plans after driving by the Sierra Suites. The Sierra Suites was much cleaner. The room was spotless and very roomy. There was a separate sink with the microwave and a table with chairs. This made the room much more comfortable.

Service was good, room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Absolutely no complaints. Its an amazing hotel for the $. Ive stayed at more expensive hotels that were not nearly as nice or comfortable. Best deal is through their website!
