Ive used We Frame It for a handful of different framing jobs. They are all high quality and always done within the time frame quoted. They arent cheap, but you get what you pay for! The service, hands down is the best! Robert, Doris and Christine are extremely helpful picking out different frames/colors and always adding their ideas, which is really nice. Overall, I would absolutely use them again for picture/framing jobs.

Not happy at all with their service. I took a plaque to be engraved with exactly 8 numbers and letters. This was a Thursday and was told it would be ready by Friday or Saturday at the latest and they would call me. Monday I called them and asked if my plaque was ready and they said no, that it would be ready Tuesday afternoon and they would call me. The calls never came. I went to pick up the plaque ready or not. This time it was ready but they totally bungled the font size (they had a sample font) the man said for me to get a new plaque and tore up the bill in an angry manner. This was a vehicle VIN number plaque you cant get a replacement. Not a happy camper!!!!

We have been in Sierra Vista about 6 months and have used We Frame It multiple times without any problems. Prices are reasonable when compared to what else is available (actually cheaper than who we used to use) and they are very helpful and knowledgeable. Will use again without any hesitation.

I used them to frame some artwork a few years ago, they did an excellent job and its still hanging on my wall in perfect condition. I plan on using them again soon.
