My husband and I go to Cindies very often to look out for the new products. However, one of the workers, with the blonde hair and nose piercing, have finally made our visits unbearable(receipt says Miranda. From a poor attitude at every visit to unknowledgeable about the products in stock, we had enough. Today we made a purchase for a Power Pole and we had situated our finances with the assistance of my husbands military discount. The pole was $345.99 and the total came out to be 377.30 yet the screen was in the $360s. I asked about it and she said that was the total because of tax but she applied my $10 credit and military discount so I paid and showed my husband the receipt. He went to talk to her and literally right after telling me she applied it (after asking her to check) she told him she forgot and cant do a refund. She couldnt do ANYTHING except give us a discount card! We are already supposed to get a discount so why would I want another discount when I cant use two discounts and its literally about the same amount I was already supposed to receive? Terrible.. its a shame that I loved this place so much and my husband prefers to discontinue our visits here. ️Maybe in the far future but we have had enough. Dont lie to the customers.

Purchased an item and opened it a few days after we got home and noticed it waseems messed up so my husband emailed them and got a quick response back and they allowed us to return unused item for even exchange. Will definitely continue going to them. They are very friendly, helpful, and always greet you at the door with a smile on their face.

I LOVE THEIR OUTFITS & THE KICK ASS FOOTWEAR IS TO DIE FOR. My preference is the 8 in platform high heels. I enjoy myself every time I go. I feel like a child n a candy store.

I usually love going to Cindies in Texarkana but I was in Shreveport and I needed to replace my bullet, I picked up some of my favorite arousal cream horny honey, and a average Joe for on the go which tear up the first use. I was charge for a pleaded skirt that was $20 more than the horny honey that she didnt charge me for. I went right back in the store but she was unable to give me a refund. When the manager called me back an hour later I was unable to return to the store at that time. The manager stated that it wasnt her fault that I wasnt able to return to the store and also not her fault that she was off for the next couple of days even though Im not from Shreveport Louisiana. She stated that she would send me my money in the mail that I have yet to receive a whole week later. I really didnt want to write a bad review because I love Cindies and my partner and I shop there a lot but some things are just unacceptable.

I called to Cindies for help because I had a vibrating panties for my wife for a present and the vibrator died before I gave it to her. When I called Cindies I asked if there was a replacement for the underwear and they said yes we have a remote egg and its on clearance and it is the last one so I purchased the remote egg for 52$ then when I went to put this egg in the vibrating panties it didnt even fit into the underwear. So the next day I call them and tell them what happened and they told me that all sales are final once I leave the store. So it is ok for them to give me false information on a product, sell it to me then refuse my return even though it was never used. Needless to say with the service I was given I will never return there again.

I went there just the other night a got a vibrator that cost $30 got it home to use it and the same night it wouldnt even come on called the store and the lady that answered the phone caught an attitude and said it aint nothing we cn do all sales are final ok so i go back and purchase one a little cheaper and got it home and it had a shortage in the cord no point in calling the store because u get no help and additude that comes with it im spending money u get additude n no help now i have 2 brand new vibrators that dont work n im stuck with them all i can do is try my luck n buy another one i will never go back hete neither will i tell or send anyone there the service is horrible and the toys dont work smh id rather drive to another city novelty store that sale good products than to go around the corner n get ripped off now they have they money n i have a broken vibrator. Bootleg ass store that do nothin but rip you off!!!!

Went there not even a week ago bought a 43 dollar bullet a couple of days went by I called to let them know it wouldnt charge and wasnt coming on the lady said theres nothing she can do all sales are final but the box clearly has a 5 year warranty so Im very disappointed
