I was skeptical after reading the reviews but my son insisted this was the tee he wanted. I called and spoke to a new manager who assured me that they have been rebuilding and improving processes. He promised I would not be disappointed. I took a chance and placed my order. I’m so glad I did. The tee arrived in less than a week and my son and his coach love it. I would recommend giving them a chance.
Same problem as the others listed here - ordered in April, its now October, and the tee hasnt shown up even though the charge went through right away. The voice mail box is always full, no response to multiple emails. Kid saved for this tee for a while - we are super disappointed.
I purchased a tee on June 1st 2020 and still no tee on August 1st 2020 or reply to my email. The money was taken out of my account immediately, but no product. I do not recommend this company. Go get a Tanner tee and have in a few days.
I ordered a tee on April 18, 2020 and I am still waiting for it to arrive. They will not reply back to the numerous emails I sent and when I call their voice-mail is always full. The money was taken out of my account and thats the only way I know they recieved my order. Horrible customer service. My son just want his damn tee!!!!!!!
First of all, I have two of these tees and they are simply the best, in terms of quality and performance.... Ordered one on a Black Friday promotion and it was a bit concerning if I would arrive in time for X-mas (which it did).... The company is a bit tough to deal with.... Spoke to the owner (Eli) and he hopes to have his shipping issues worked out now.... Tee is simply the best tee on the market.... Service could be better....
Fraudulent organization. They take money but don’t ship the item. I’ve order 5-weeks ago. (March 1, 2020). After three weeks I emailed and asked for an update. No response. A week later I called, no one ever picks up the phone so I left a message. No call back. I sent messages on Facebook messenger. No response. Eli should be ashamed. This is so stupidly ridiculous. Such a simple thing to take an order and ship a product.Update: April 15th. Still nothing.
I ordered a tee for my son for Christmas. We received in within a couple of weeks. On Christmas, he opened the gift and was excited, until we couldnt put it together. —The tee wont screw into the base. The threads are either not correct or something. We have been trying to get in touch with the company now for 9 weeks and no answers to emails or voicemails (vm box is now full). I am very disappointed and so is my 10 yr old son who cant use this $110 tee.
Extremely long shipping times do not return emails and when you try to call the mailbox is full I would not recommend poor service order was made 4/16/20Update: 10/20/20Still no Tee. This guy is a crook very disappointing
I ordered two tees, and the website says 5-7 business days for shipping. I ordered April 24. I called and emailed at the beginning of May and my emails bounced back and phone calls not returned. I reached someone May 13 and was promised it would be there by the end of the week - nothing. I reached someone again May 20 and was promised it would be there by the end of the week - nothing. Toward the end of May and beginning of June, there was no answer to phone calls and the mailbox was full. Since I could not reach them by phone or email, I started the dispute process through PayPal at the beginning of June as well. Instead of refunding my money or even responding, they simply ignored the request and PayPal stepped in to refund my money on June 15. I will never order from them again and hope others do the same. I spent the better part of a season waiting for tees. I finally did what I should have done and ordered the Tanner Heavy Tees and they arrived 2 days later. Order at your own risk!
I ordered some tees on May 13th, and the only way I was aware that the order was received was that the payment showed up on my bank statement. It has been 4 weeks and I have not received any type of email communication about my order. I called 8 times and was not able to reach anyone and could not leave a message because their mailbox was full. I messaged them on Facebook about my order and the response was that they must be back ordered, so that is why I have not got the tees yet. I have used the tees before and they are great quality tees, but the communication and customer service is very poor.UPDATE: I ordered my tees on MAY 13TH, and they are just now being shipped to me and it is AUGUST 29TH. I never received correspondence telling me that the tees were going to be late or what the issue was, even though I contacted them numerous times.
Wanted to get a tee for my nephew. Excellent quality, much better than the ones I had as a kid! Seriously though, very friendly, and the tee works perfectly for him!
Communication with this company is very poor. I ordered directly through the company on May 28th with a delivery date of 4-6 days. I never received an email confirmation. But the company did charge my credit card, that is the ONLY away I knew my order was received. I reached out to the company through email twice and 3 phone calls. It is June 20th and I still am waiting for my tees. The company apologized, but stated, “you need to understand that we are really busy with production”....so busy that they can not communicate with a paying customer?? Very disappointed.
