Me and my dog love walking to hear in the mornings. We love running in the big open areas, walking around the trees, and interacting with all the friendly people and pets.Even when we arent going to the center, hell constantly pull in that direction insisting that we go. I think he likes this place more than I do, he enjoys watching everyone play soccer.

We like to take our two year old there M-F from 10-12. They have a toddler/preschool playtime I guess youd call it. Its open to the community. It costs us 2$ usually but many times weve shown up at 11:30 and staff let us in free. The gym is clean and the parents do a good job watching the children. Friendly/safe environment.

Lots of great programs here. My son took a toddler music class and he enjoyed it immensely. They have a drop in gym in there for days you want to get some good exercise in. Spartan is a great community gathering place.

Great place. Took one of the trips to the treehouses. Great driver Renee. Very fun experience!

Spartan rec center is a great place for a party rental or to go work out. Its well staffed and well run. There are good exercise classes and good equipment available.

Had a blast shooting hoops with my girlfriend here! They also have a ping pong room I didnt try out yet.

Our son took a hip hop class there. Nice place for community events. Shoreline pool is located on the North end. There are tennis courts and a stadium which I believe are owned by the school district.

Great place for kids to find entertainment

Good facilities for what they have. The site is older but the city is in the process of remodeling so I am sure it will be top notch when the city is done. Parking can be tight when picking up kids from camps in the evening but other than that lots of spots.

No stars - rented this venue for a birthday party and no one showed up to unlock the doors. I definitely would not recommend scheduling an event here.

Dont misunderstand my four stars. This is a community gym with limited resources but it works super good for me cuz it only costs a buck for Shoreline resident. Plenty of equipment to use and never crowded. Only drawback is no Olympic Bar.

Nice side-by-side basketball courts. Great for men’s league. A little north of Seattle but not bad after work hours.

Ballet class for a 4 yr old. Play Gym for the 2 year old.

Quiet easy to use rooms. Free parking and well maintained for an old set of buildings. Good location and easy access.

Very nice place to have in the community. It host many events and activities. Its does need some updating, and I believe its in the works.

Rent your big event in DINING ROOM or sign up for a BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT in the SPARTAN GYM............ Its behind the SHORELINE SENIOR CENTER at NE 185th and 1st Ave NE in Shoreline, Wa........ Plenty of parking available in huge lot by SOCCER FIELD.

Cute community recreation center. Went there for a birthday party. Seems like a great asset to the community.

The 2nd hand store has some neat stuff.

We have been playing basketball once a week at this gym for a few years now. Spartan always refinish their basketball court floor once a year. Great basketball court.

Indoor soccer, exercise classes, lots of other activities, for young and old.

Best place ever! Park, colering, acrade, food, games, and sports, water balloon fights and dodge ball were my favorite. When my mother went to work, she sometimes left me and my brother at our house, mansion actully. 300 bedrooms. Really! M om dropped, me off there. We could be the rec center employee for a day! I can not believe they let US take charge of all the colors, and stuff I mentioned! Even schedule plans!

Fields could use some tlc, but clean and safe.
