Absolute trash casino. Do not waste ur time or $ there. Only good thing there is their Chinese food, which is actually fire.

This gets a 5 star for a reason you would not expect; there are two hidden features at this location a great restaurant with world class chefs, not cooks. And a film memorabilia, museum.The film memorabilia is worth the trip alone. It is in the upper level of the building. I think it is only open during the day. There are movie pesters from the golden age of film. The curators of this collection play this element very low key as if it were an afterthought. Very much worth checking out. This is a 21 and older only place. Leave the kids at home.There is so much more to say.

This casino has bad employees, the Floor lady watches you if you win, as well as follow you when you change tables, like youre going to steal something. Many times I have been overpaid on a win and I quickly correct the amount and return to the dealer. But, a couple of times when I won, the dealer paid me less than they should have, and didnt correct this. I have found customer cell phones, as well as casino chips and I have always returned these items to the manager. I dont understand why they have security, but dont allow them to actually secure the casino. They always allow what appear to be homeless people inside to gamble, they even removed all the condiments from the tables because they were constantly being stolen. Also, they allow customers inside that are already intoxicated or high, that cause problems when they should allow security to simply screen, and not allow them in that evening, to simply ask them to come another time, just as a bar would refuse to serve a customer who has already consumed too much. This place is definitely not a welcoming environment to its customers. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Ate some raw chicken here. They didnt charge me for the meal, but I became very sick, not only did I miss work but required medical attention. Avoid we eating the food at all costs.

It a great place to chill in the weekend

This place has been taking my money with a smile that makes me come back for years and years now. I can lose my money anywhere but I choose to lose it here because of the people who work there like Joe Michael, Rick, Kimmy, Michelle, and really all of them with the exception of one or two.

Nice staff that is attentive to guests. Good food, although it is not quick. We make sure to order early while we play one of the table games. Several big screen televisions that always have a good game going.

Decent food and gambling on either horses or cars games. Lot of fun. If that is your thing

I have had to change my 5 star review to only 3 stars after my most recent visit. This is mostly due to what I believe is a change in ownership and some policy changes at the casino which I feel have significantly reduced my enjoyment and my overall playing experience. I have also heard complaints from other players and comments from dealers as well.The problem is that many of the betting minimums have been raised on some of my favorite games, making it considerably more difficult to make my Money last longer. Gone are the $3 dollar Players Edge 21 and High Card Flush games. The Face Up Pai Gow minimum bet has TRIPLED to $15. I understand the lower limit games are available early in the day, but I work during those hours.These betting limit changes make me feel like they dont care about players who arent coming in with a LOT of money. I like to play 2 hands. This means on Blackjack that costs me $20 where prior to these changes it was $12. That is a 75 percent increase. On Face Up Pai Gow its $30 instead of $20, a 50 percent increase. That is too much.I have been a loyal customer for many years. Feel free to look my up. Im sure your managers will know who I am.On a positive note, for people who arent worried about the betting limits, Club Hollywood has some good games, friendly dealers, friendly pit bosses, Mac and Lyle being among the best. Anything you need, they will try to accommodate. Also the food is simply amazing. Just about the best food at any casino Ive been to in Washington.Will I continue to patronize Club Hollywood? Probably. The food is too good to pass up. But will I be there as often? Not likely. Thank you and have a nice day.

Fun place, and pretty good food. They have pool tables, horse races upstairs, and live music sometimes. The staff is always hoping you win, and rooting for ya. The area is a little sketchy. Huge parking lot, easy access.

My favorite casino in the area. Small, big menu, good food, good service. I like this one the most because I like the people and the dealers. They put up with me :p

Not only is this a good place for a drink and ice cold beer or food but its a good place to go gambling 2 and if you love movie memorabilia Stars autographs its an excellent place youll be busy all day looking at memorabilia and autographs pictures posters you name it its there also a fun place to take a date

Fantastic drinks. The staff were super knowledgeable and helpful. I didnt know much about pai gow poker, but they helped me lose gracefully. Definitely coming back on a future trip.

The best part of this place is the food. I don’t gamble but the food is totally worth it.

Can not say enough about how fun this place can be! The auto graphed pictures of movie stars make it exciting to say the least. And then when you get downstairs the room is bright and welcoming smiles greet you at every table.

Heads up Holdem I can only bet 3x with good cards, where ultimate Texas Holdem I can get 4x before the flop. Lame.

Service lousy, food was cold, I found a hair in my food and was still expected to pay, even tho I hardly ate any of my food. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I left feeling sick to my stomach and ripped off. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

A great place to relax and enjoy yourself. Pool tables are friendly and the staff is attentive and welcoming. I fully recommend this as a go-to for any recreational or nightly-vacation retreat.

Steve from the Restaurant of Hollywood Casino in Shoreline does a great job I really recommend this place because their food is great. And is a great place to chill and relax.

Payouts are weak and the regulars are rude and not a lot of fun to be around. The food is adequate but the gambling addicts in there appear to be losing there rent money. Dealers are nice however.

This place is garbage. My buddy and I were visiting Seattle for few days and so we decided to try the casinos. I was told that I cant continue to play because I looked intoxicated. I only had one draft blue moon. I think the real reason they didnt want me there was because I was winning money on blackjack. This place discriminates and I will never step foot there, recommend the same for you.

Extremely poor customer service on the 2nd floor the is a wonderful assortment of pictures of past and present celebrties a classic well maintained Cadillac purchased from the late Marlon Monroe collection, also on that level they offer horse racing miserable cliental no youthful energy the tellers are all lazy and not attentive .they are either on cell phones or in personal conversation with each other the waitresses in the morning and at night spend lots of time in personal conversation the service that stands out the most on the 2nd floor would be the food servers in the morning and evening . Now on the 1st floor the security guards are always pleasant, The dealers are very professional and lots of fun all the pit bosses are extremely helpful and nice for the exception of a man named Lyle also avoid a young Hispanic women by the name of Andrea she is always in personal conversation on the 1st and 2nd floor the bathrooms are very clean the music selection is great I would not recommend this place spent over a year evaluating this club.

I was there with my friends Tuesday night at 7pm, the manager is very rude and disrespectful for the customers at least to me. Please Do Not go there at all tell your friends and families do stay away especially when this rude manager is working.

This casino one of The employee her name is Courtney she is rude to the customer and terrible customer service. She Need to release of her work because she treat to customer terrible. If she is work somewhere else in casino industry, Watch out for her, she would treat you like Nightmare

Lost my ass as usual but its still my favorite casino downtown Seattle area. They had closed the table I wanted to play on before I arrived but opened it right up when I asked them to.

HORRIBLE! No atmosphere. No smiles. No welcomes from security, servers, dealers... NOTHING! Bought in $100 at the blackjack table and not a single win. Literally, lost 7 hands in a row and at one point the dealer hit 21, 20, 4 card 20, and blackjack. First and last time ever coming to Club Hollywood. STAY AWAY!

Management is bad. I have been treated badly by some players literally shoved out of a spot on a bac table and management allowed this because this player spends ten of thousands of dallors there she can do what ever she wants thats just how casinos operate even if it does not seem fare or right I was told better to not complain.Yet yesterday I was not allowed to play a match play because the pit boss saw my brother in laws friend give me $15 he loaned me the money but what I think he was making a big deal over was when I gave him 8 coins for two one dallor bills.I told him it was none of his buisness and he kicked me out I use to like this place but Im finding it not much fun anymore to many pit bosses that abuse their power.
