Talented, gifted, what else can I say? Both Tim and Travis were just incredible with a piece that I needed to have restored a bit and framed. It came back beyond my expectations. The frame work was superb. Seriously, thank you to you both!

I went in here because I wanted to take hundreds of photos of a weird bird I saw in their window so I could use it as photogrammetry practice and make a 3d model of it. The woman running the place was surprisingly on board with this and even moved the piece so I would have better access to it. Full of strange and beautiful things!

Took a painting here approximately 4 years ago. It took them 5 months from the initial start date to call us up and say it was finished. When we got there and looked at the painting, literally nothing was done to it and they wanted approximately 400 dollars. We told them they needed to actually do the work. Their excuse was some dude who was doing it quit. So about 3 years, now we live in Detroit, we receive an e-mail from them saying our painting is finished and we can pick it up. We wrote it off as a loss, and I don’t trust it will actually be done as promised if we pay the exorbitant amount for their trash service and have it shipped here. These people are either con artists, or are taking more work than they can handle... either way their acting anti-consumer and expecting us to make up for their deficiencies as a business. What a joke.The painting is something like 24” x 18,” telling you the size to illustrate just how ridiculous it is they think we should be paying them for anything at this point.

Huge selection of frames as well as a variety of restoration services. I had a broken ladle holder that had sentimental value. I brought it to Phoenix Art Restoration and they told me the different options. They gave me a price and time estimate and exceeded both. The end product was 3 broken parts into 1 wonderful piece. Their showroom had some amazing work they have done as well. Great job! Go here!

I purchased an antique Delft Charger on Ebay. When I received it, there was a chip in the glazing on the top front of the charger, about the size of a quarter. Samantha was able to match the pattern perfectly! You cant even see where she repaired the chip! My only issue is the repair took longer than originally promised, but it was worth the wait! I am very grateful, as the piece was worthless because the chip was in such a prominent place. Thanks, Samantha!

The work took longer than originally stated, but the wait was worth the excellent workmanship and quality received. Very happy with the end result of the project, bringing years of happiness from the art in my home. Friendly staff as well.

I dropped my painting off August, its now almost Match. Every time I email...its...We havent started, or we started, then we havent started. I wouldnt be surprised if they lost my Painting! I will NEVER go back again, the last painting the touch up was none, just a revarnish although the invoice states touch up, I shouldnt see bare canvas in multiple places if a correct touch up was done. Its unfortunate as I had many more paintings to be done, they wont get my business!! Going on 8 months????

Don’t waste your time & money at this place. Took 7 months instead of quoted 3 months. Four times over the last 4 months they said it would only be 2 more weeks. Excuses included a sick employee twice and a family emergency. Framing was ok, touch up work was poor quality.They did nothing to meet any dissatisfaction with their work or customer service. Save yourself misery and go elsewhere (anywhere else).

I am updating my previous review from a 1-Star to a 3-Star since Dan, the owner, called me shortly after I posted it. (He is a REALLY NICE MAN, btw. In fact, the first time I spoke with him he could sense how overwhelmed I felt and even offered to pick up my furniture for me!) Unfortunately, due to health complications, I am now the one who has taken a couple months to set something up with him.Next week I am scheduled to approve the restoration work before he seals it with lacquer, and am really impressed--not to mention highly relieved--that he offered me the opportunity to do this (he said he only wants to do things once no matter how long it takes, i.e., he wants to get it right the first time :`)I now feel reassured and hopeful that I will be happy with the end result, and anticipate updating my final review to a 5-Star by the time this process is completed. Because, one, I hate being critical and, two, I would really like him to restore the matching side table.___________________________________________________________________They have had 2 hand-painted tole tables for nearly TWO AND A HALF YEARS--and STILL arent finished! Also, one ceramic piece they restored beautifully, but another one was an amateurish mess--looked worse than if I had done it myself (at least they were nice enough to not charge me for that one). Dont know when Ill EVER get my tables back--or what condition they will be in when I finally DO (much less how much they plan to charge me!). I am very unhappy . . . and have spent hours trying to find tables like the ones they said would be repaired four months after I dropped them off--because if I could replace them I would . . . and let them just keep the ones they have now!
