The store in Shirley is the best location. Everything I needed was in stock and organized very well. After I finished my purchase I was told to leave my cart in a specific area so it could be sanitized for the next customer. They are the only Michaels location that does this and Ive been to 4 locations this weekend. The other stores didnt have everything I needed, but this location did!

Well Micheals is my favorite place to Shop for my arts and crafts. I always find what Im looking for and end up finding more than I need. I love the teacher supplies aisle they just added.Thank you

Usually has all i need. But the clerk took my phone to scan for coupons and didnt hand it back to me and I ended up leaving it behind.

Today I bought 2 grab bags that just had 2 plastic eggs in them each.... I guess I cant bring it back because the sticker on it said all sales are final but like...Ive been ripped off and the kids I gave it to werent impressed lol false advertising

The employees here arent too friendly, and the candy I had bought was expired, almost a year old. They clearly havent rotated their stock in awhile, so be cautious with candy purchases and always check the expiration date!

I enjoyed exploring the store and looking at all of the interesting products.

Unless something is half price I wont even consider buying crafts or decor here. They do have cheap jar candles and I occasionally buy canvas or paints but in general, too expensive. Staff is always nice though.

Majority of the time there are no issues. However, there is no organization for the Buy Online Pick Up in Store. And having only one register open with a long line is not fair to the cashier who has to answer phone calls and help customers for store pick up. Not the cashiers fault at all.

Customer service was outstanding. I walked in and was greeted instantly. I was help by a young lady named Erica with my defective purchase. She made everything very easy and quick. She was so kind!

I am so happy that Michaels has remained opened. They take and make any holiday extra special especially the Christmas Holidays.

I love this store. I always find things to do on my spare time. The prices are good and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone that enjoys crafts or is just looking for something to do with spare time.

I live in Shirley BUT prefer to go to Patchogue or Deerpark stores and Medford. Shirley store lack of cashiers and help.

The stock on typically standard items was very low. Although, I do like the location.

Nice store, mostly clean with a decent variety of things and crafts. I went here looking for a few items and the staff didnt seem like they wanted to be bothered. I found one associate on the other side of the store and she did her best to help. Not sure I would return unless I needed something that day that I couldnt get or wait for online.

Highly recommend shop online and pick up in store. It was easy and painless! I ordered the night before and picked up first thing in the morning!!! The email to pick up came so quickly...I kept a star because not every employee has access to the items in the back, so had to wait a little bit for the right employee.

I love Michaels! Always have coupons you can download and use right from your phone. Always great sales on Yarn too!

Crafting isnt just going in and finding what you need. Its finding inspiration. They have it all plus seasonal and holiday stuff. Also wedding and shower pieces.

The manager with the glasses is so incredibly rude to me who was not even in the store for 20 seconds I’m being followed into every isle. I was getting watched like a hawk as if I was going to steal something and when I confronted her she said I look suspicious and that I tried to open something which is 100% false. I wasn’t even in the store for more than a minute, and I believe the reason why she treated me like this was because I just came from the gym and I had a small bag on my back. She also said to me “I’m the manager I have every right to be following you around” and that for one is very rude to say to a customer because that makes me uncomfortable as a still child. I was minding my business I could see if I was doing something wrong but I wasn’t and I want to get her fired. This is not okay I’m sure I’m not the only one

This place would be great if they stocked up on their items. It took them 3 months to get chalk paint back in and when it comes to yarn they dont have such a big variety like Joannes

Store always seems to be empty.... You can never find help. I would imagine this will be an empty space once there lease is up in 5 years.

To expensive i wanted to fram a map of long island ty hat cost 21$ .they tried to charge me 550 for cheapest frame 50%off 275 not encluding mat so i baught a pre made frame for 50$ then they charged me 41$for mat whech is a flimsy piece if cardboard cut to size. Im sure if I wasnt rushing I could of found a better deal.
