Great place, great landlord, and great neighborhood. Ive never had an issue here. Theresa is a great landlord, seems to be always available. Not sure if they are 30 amp setup, but i know they are 50 amp, so that covers all of the below.

I love the atmosphere here. Wether your short term or long term your made to feel at home. Great location, near shopping and the freeway. The manager is hands on with the property and goes above expectations to accommodate. The price is affordable and the tenants all are very nice.

This is a great place to live near little rock. We moved here one year ago to be close to childrens hospital for our daughter, and Theresa has taken good care of us. Always clean and peaceful neighborhood.

Ouiet and safe

Been living here for 5 years now and most of our neighbors are very nice and polite. The MGR takes her job serious and works hard to up keep this establishment. Mobile home arent allowed here any more due to abandonment. RVS are more then welcomed. We just finished building a tiny house and we had open arms when we talked to the MGR. This is the first Tiny House on the lot. Hopefully we can see more in the future.

Brookwood Village is a great place to live. It is safe, clean, and conveniently positioned to shopping, restaurants, and the interstate. The manager, Theresa, is second to none.

Quite friendly

Ive lived in Brookwood Village for 16 years. I have nice neighbors that look out for each other, and I look forward to many more years here. The park is maintained well and is quiet.We moved out of our mobile home and moved our tiny house next door to Ron Cooper. Ive never in my whole life lived next door to neighbors who were as LOUD as this family, and had the police in their yard dragging one out in cuffs and kicking the police officers. Not a single day went by that this guy wasnt screaming and throwing chairs and other items around outside in his yard. The manager runs around with her teenage sons keeping the place clean. There are NO drugs in our nice neighborhood, and I love our new neighbors that moved in Rons spot!

Huge lots, excellent electric and sewer connections, and helpful neighbors. Very close too highway

As two-year mobile home resident of Brookwood Village I have found the park to be an affordable, safe, quiet Sherwood location just minutes to Jacksonville, North Little Rock and Little Rock.

It is...what it is...good location, large RV lots and a common area for fitnesswalks, picnics and other activities. A friendly, caring and interactive on site property mgr.

Been here since 1999 and convenient to allot of areas both jacksonville/cabot and nlr/lr from this location. our manager Theresa is our best person have had to date. really pleasant and nice to everyone.
