The pizza is so much better than it used to be. Lots of space, fewer people, and everyone was wearing masks. It seems pandemic safe.

Very friendly staff. Great environment. Also they look out for the security of your kids as well. The birthday section could be expanded. They have four tables right next to each other. No room to put presents. Otherwise great experience, will be returning again.

Taken Grandkids several times, always good time.Yesterday took us close to hour to get pizza. When we & another lady asking them why, lady wearing mask, (mgr?), said printer had been out of paper that printed orders in kitchen & they didnt realize it!!! Seriously!! I replied, it had never taken so long before. When I was walking back to table She told her helpers, If she dont like it, they can leave!We had to ask for plates, napkins, etc.Very Rude. Not a fun experience!!Will probably be going to Hey Day from now on!!

Very bad experience. Kids had fun that’s about it. The staff isn’t very organized, and they don’t know how to make a simple pizza. So the am manager had said that the pizza on my wife and I order got stuck. Then they said the same thing to mother in laws. It’s not that it got stuck they simply forgot. Then the breadsticks came out Burnt on there order as well. They didn’t even check our arms on the way out. This place is way to understaffed. GO TO ANOTHER CHUCK E CHEESE NOT THIS ONE. I am not a hard person to get a 5star from either. 1hr 30min for pizza and breadsticks are ridiculous.

When we got there @ 6:45 7:00 with 4 adults 2 children ages 2 n 11. Ordered 2 pizzas 4 drinks 100 play point on the military discount bravo package. Saved about $35 $40 I think. This was the only positive about the whole visit. We find a table got a few beers drinks for the kids and we started playing games. I kept checking for the pizzas and nothing. Oh I failed to mention when we paid the manager said theyd be closing at 9 for the foreseeable future. Most of the games were out of tickets so management had to refill them for us. Knowing we need to leave at 9. I looked at my watch at 8:20 and noticed the pizzas were not at our table. So an hour and 20 mins on an Saturday night and NO they werent busy at all. I asked the manager about our order and she said they got stuck in the over so they had to remake them. So we had to wait longer. So we did just that. And we asked again about 15 mins later and finally they were deliver to our table. COLD AS ICE!!! So we sat and ate our pizzas and cashed in our tickets got some prizes and left about 9:05. The kids had a good time and thats all that matters but WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!! WORST VISIT TO ANY CHUCK E CHEESE EVER AND Ive been to some c.e.c. in some pretty sketchy neighborhoods.

My son loves it. Clean and the pizza isnt bad. Great place to let the kiddo run loose for an hour.

The staff is nice and friendly. The game room floor was clean and no issues with the games. Had a good salad bar and the food was fresh and hot.

Great place for kids the staff was amazing with helping us out to understand the new system from tokens to play passes... The manager Nathanael was awesome with helping us trade tokens im for play passes and made my kids have an amazing day thank you guys so much for what you did....

The pizza was good but the service was horrendous. The first thing we hear walking in the front door was let me see your left arms. When customers are friendlier than staff, you know there is an issue. One staff members pants were to his knees and his underwear was hanging out, this is not what I want my kids around or exposed to.

My kids enjoyed their time playing here, Id love to give a higher rating, but this place appears to always be understaffed and dirty. There were pizza crusts in the play place, numerous tables covered in trash and the bathrooms were disgusting.

We go to this location alot. The staff are friendly and the pizza is great. It is very clean. The only thing is that sometimes a couple of games are not working. Other than that a great place to have fun.

My kids had a fun time, but it was INCREDIBLY loud, very crowded & a lot of the games & ticket taking machines werent working. The prizes all took a LOT of tickets, for anything. To me its not worth the money.

We went for an afternoon out for our daughters 4th birthday.we got a cake on the spot they even had chuck e come out and sing her Happy birthday, which was awesome! Our pizza was fresh and delicious. overall the staff, service,food and experience was amazing! We will definitely be going back!

This visit was definitely better than my last one. Machines actually worked and gave good amount of tickets as a prize! Food is always good, no complaints.

Love having and attending parties here. The staff is very helpful in prepping, taking care of things, and cleaning up. The kids also have a blast. Only complaint is how often the ticket muncher gets jammed and how long it took someone to fix it. We also waited too long to cash in our tickets. Seems as though they were not utilizing their staff in the right places.

Had my nephews 6th birthday there. He and all the other kids had a blast. Pizza was surprisingly good. Party server was great.

Way too loud. You can barely hear what people are saying to you.The games are mostly centered around earning tickets rather than just being fun.Its ridiculously expensive for a sub par experience.

Really good service. They keep the place clean & have pretty good prizes. Would rate kt 5 stars but they dont have too many games.

Far as a great place to take the kiddos for dinner yeah but service was horrible. Our order was forgotten, they said they couldnt thaw out a birthday cake even tho we got there at 830 we didnt get our pizza until almost 10 then we werent allowed to buy a gumball machine for our daughter on her birthday because they had already shut down the registers but only because they forgot about us and made my daughter cry her eyes out as she left this place. In all we paid $137 for us 5 to eat here and be treated this way.

We went on a Tuesday, it was super comfortable, not crowded, and the pizza was great! Clean and tidy.

We had a great time at the Sherman location. Everything was clean and they seem to keep upgrading games. The staff was so nice and helpful! They also serve beer now!

They have a 1 hour game pass and updated games now... perfect for weekday entertaining when your wife makes you get the kids out of the house for a while. The food is... well, you arent going for the food anyway.

Great place but overpriced, made several mistakes with our party reservations but quickly fixed them and were super friendly about it! Several broken games. Food not so great but I mean, its chuck e cheese and you dont go there for the food.

Went to Chuck E. Cheese today very disappointing. Kids that worked there standing around talking while tables were dirty, machines didn’t work, ticket machines two said error, seemed like no one cared. Maybe they need some adult supervision. Not sure I want to come back again.

Went for our sons bday. Bought 2 of the chocolate chip pizza, but they ended up being out of them. So they replaced it with a cake and a visit from Chuck e Cheese. Great service and we will be back.

Went today as a Spring Break treat for my 5 yr. old. This is a fun place. The drawback is that they are understaffed. One woman was taking care of most of the work, taking orders, handing out the ticket prizes, fixing machines-handling anything that came up. She handled it with grace and patience. So any area that was lacking attention was due to the lack of employees. Other than ramping up the number of employees, this is a great place to take a 5 yr. old.

My experience was very mixed here, the Internet was down when we got there, so in the process of buying credits I spent $30 with no credits to show for it. Then we waited for around 10-15 minutes not playing games while the staff didn’t know what to do or didn’t care. Finally one of them gave me a Staff key card which turned on any machine and that salvaged the experience. We had a great time. But I think they should have offered to give us a refund. Anyway it’s complicated.

Terrible and hostile experience for my daughters first job. Though she worked hard, she was fired due to her religious beliefs even though she gave management the proper documents.

Reason for this one star is the website says 10 am open there phone systems says 10 am open but when you get there the door says 11 am and when u drive 45 mins toget There and don’t have enough time to wait another hour it ruins the trip

Place could use an update/renovation/cleaning, but kids always have fun and the staff is always very nice.

We only come here when some kid we like has a birthday party. The food really isnt great and to throw a party for a kid isnt cheap. They have done great marketing though as kids seem to love it.

The staff took care of us for my sons birthday party. But they could get better business if they added a better play area.

I brought my grandson here at 11am for his birthday lunch. To say the least it was very dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting! Dried pee on the toilet & floor in the womens restroom. Remember they havent been open all that long today. Then the salad bar has my favorite...diced beets. When I put them on my salad there was a thick stream of SLIME attached. Made me afraid to eat anything on there. Very few kids at this time so there is no excuse for the condition at this time of day. YUCK! That is,all.

The kids had fun. Chuck E. didnt show his face for the hour and a half we were there.

A kid cant be a kid here. We got our tickets which were not easy to come by. Ones or two . I mean these are kids, make their day not show them real life.Approached the counter and the old man at the desk reached for the ticket while my two year old was still looking. Very impatient considering hes working with toddlers.My little girl is awesome and wanted a spider from the display. He grabbed a dang cricket and grasshopper and absolutely refused to give her the one she saw.I walked out. With my grasshopper and an upset kid who didnt want a grasshopper.Piss poor attitude and customer service.We wont be back.

Wasnt the best. I thought thered be more games for toddlers or at least a ball pit and there wasnt. It was a bit disappointing.

Forgot just how pricey it is. They do have new games but save your money get pizza elsewhere and just but a toy from target. It would be cheaper.

Everyone got the flu/ plague. Vomiting and diarrhea about 3 hours later. Manager overcharged then said everyone makes mistakes. Never going there again.

This location is right off the US 75 which is nice, but I had no problem with this location, even though it was a bit outdated... but I love how much nostalgia is still inside the store.

I will not be coming back to this place. Went few weeks ago more than half of the games were broken and the rest, no tickets. The staff was very rude except for one he was one that did the ticket blaster good with kids. For example being rude girl that was working by the prizes we asked her since we couldnt find anyone else if she could let someone know none of the ticket counters were working. She replied i had to go find someone and rolled her eyes. I saw guy that did the blaster told him he found someone to help. We were the first ones there that morning there was cake all over the floors from night before. Bathrooms nasty and broken cigarettes by the sink. They need a new crew for that place. Before I go back.

Kids have fun every time here.

Its good to take the kids when the weather is not favorable. Missing the jungle gym play area just not the same. And the tokens on the cards seams like your money goes faster. But staff are always nice, pizza is good and its out of the weather . I recommend this place in bad weather, rain, cold, extreme heat.

Worst Chuck E. Cheese I’ve ever been to. Disgusting bathrooms, half the games out of order, half of the working ones gave no tickets and half the games that do, give one or two tickets. I’ll never punish my kids by bringing them to this place again. Oh yeah..... and 3 of 4 ticket counters out of order. We waited 30 minutes to count our tickets. And another 20 in line so the kids could get their “prizes”. They need new management in this place.

The kids had fun but the games dont put out very many tickets even if you hit the jackpot you get 4 tickets :(

My son is 2 and a half, the staff was very sweet and everything is done very smoothly and safely it seems a lot different from when I was a kid

The new timed format for the game cards is a big improvement. This spot also has a small climbing gym for young children.

For what they charge for birthday parties, youd think theyd keep everything working. Several games and even the Chuck E. Cheese animatronic was broken.

The kids had fun but dont waste your money on the food.

Not a fan of this venue, but it is clean and the little ones seem to enjoy the various activities. You can spend a bundle here depending on how many and how active the kids are. Food is OK. Lots of won tickets do not translate into meaningful prices. But like I said the kids enjoy it.
