This place is really fun. I love going almost every Friday to skate with my friends. But the tickets price range change everyday but its no that bad. I recommend not buying meals here just buy snacks. A small bucket of 3 chicken strips (they were kinda burnt) and slot of fries was 8 dollars. But there funnel cake and bang drinks are really good.

Brings back so many memories while Im making new ones. The staff is really great. Very friendly, always smiling and eager to help. The music and lighting is always perfect. Its a well used establishment, but Ive never seen it dirty. At 6 bucks a skater on Sundays, I dont know how they manage to keep the doors open...I sure am glad they do.

My family and I just had the absolute worst experience here with the owner Robert Barnes! Having only been there for 20 minutes, we were drenched in sweat due to the fact that the ac was out. The owner comes over (inserts himself in my conversation asking “what’s your problem?”) and tells me to stop making a scene (talking with my husband) and first denied that they were out and that he can’t help it if they were. We weren’t asking for anything in return but maybe some empathy and his response was to place blame on us. He claims that we were only sweaty because we had been here for an hour already (which was incorrect and we have the receipt to prove that). All in all, the experience was awful, not because of the ac but the pure unprofessionalism shown by the owner. We decided to leave at that point and in stead of offering a solution, he has his teenage cashier to offer free skate passes. We have frequented this business before but will not be redeeming the free passes. I have been in the management business for 20 years and handled customer issues and you always lead with the solution, let the customer feel heard and validated and NEVER blame them when they paid to be there. We will be taking our daughters bday party elsewhere. No one likes to be treated that way and maybe Mr. Barnes should read up on how to deal with people and grow a business. All I know is that if one of my business leaders EVER acted that way, they would be unemployed.

Super fun! I come here with my friends just about every weekend, sometimes more if possible. It’s the perfect place to hangout. Definitely recommend! I’ve been many many times and I’ve never had any issues with the place.

Its a cute little spot BUT there are a couple cracks and uneven slopes in the floor. My wheel got caught a couple times and threw me a little off balance but overall I had fun. If you go just be extremely careful!

A little boy that knew my granddaughter got into a fight and was put out the door he was 12 and from the big city, however my granddaughter whos 11 is not a big city kid shes been pretty much homebound her whole life she checked on her friend to make sure he was safe in 30 minutes later she checked on him again to make sure he was safe so the people that work there kicked her out of the skate man and made her stand outside in the city and she has never ever done anything like that before she was terrified! She had done nothing wrong unless checking on a friends well-being is wrong and they had no right to kick her out I had to drive 20 miles to get her there got home had to turn around 10 minutes later drive 20 miles to get her dont trust those people with your children because they could care less whether they get hurt or not or whether they get kidnapped or not I personally will never trust them again and dare I say if shes ever there they better not put her up that door what day is Grandma from Texas its going to teach them how to do a Texas 2 step

Like most skating rinks, its hot & loud. But the skating floor doesnt look bad; Ive never gotten to go on it though, the only roller blades in my size dont lock. But my boys seemed to have fun at the two birthday parties theyve been to there.

Very fun to skate at but food is expensive

The place is pretty nice but the songs they play are terrible. Most of them I dont know and my friends and I have to request the songs we want to hear. Theres a lot of weird people in there but its a great place to be on a Friday night. The lights are awesome and flashy.

It is a good option for some family fun! The skates are old, but the facility has been somewhat upgraded... They have some games throughout the evening, races and limbo, that the kids enjoy!

Great atmosphere and amazing interaction with staff and skaters! The birthday parties thrown here all look so amazing! My only problem is that I nearly died from the heat in there. If you are bad with hot weather, reconsider coming when its busy. If youre fine with the heat, this is a great spot!

This place is tucked away and fantastic. The staff is super friendly and fun. We ha damn daughters birthday here and are most likely coming back for my sons. The only reason they dont get 5 stars is they ran out of pepperoni and there bathrooms need a little work. This place is amazing otherwise.

Fun as it has always been for the last 20+ years Ive been going!Its not the same as the previous owner, sadly-but its still a place I recommend for children all the way up to adults☆☆☆☆☆Check it out!

This place is wonderful. The owner is great. Its a really comfortable environment. Most of the staff is great. The only reason Im not giving it 5 stars is, parts of the floor are rough (not really an issue), there are two skate attendants that are pretty annoying (but they are kids so its understandable) and its just too packed (this is a great issue for the business but Im not huge on crowds).Tuesday nights and Sunday afternoons are by far the most laxed days to go.

Best skating rink north of McKinney! LOL... seriously, nice clean well kept and fun! They just got in new skates, go rent a pair! Fun themed days, family days, adult only skate nights and active in their community - go support this skating rink! Youll be glad you did!

The floors are uneven. Three pairs of skates were broken. Ran out of the kids adjusting skates for beginners and the skate buddies. We had paid extra for the skate buddy. The staff was nice. Everything worked out fine. We did have fun.

My daughter attended a birthday party there. They had so much fun and my kids have been begging to go back, like, daily. The only negatives were the terrible bathrooms and some of the place shows age but it kind of gives it that old school charm. Lol The staff was nice and the price is fair.Bring your own skates if you can, theirs clearly get lots of use and SOME arent in the best shape- roller blades are an extra $3.

Managers advice: do your homework before having a party there. It is cheaper to pay individual prices and have cake at home. Go for the skating and have a great time. Definitely will skate there again. Will NEVER have a party there again. Oh dont forget the gratuity you must pay in addition to the party package.

Anyone looking to have a private party expect to be disappointed!! Paperwork says you pay $300 and get a hostess to help. Well what they dont tell you is they automatically add gratuity. Even if no hostess is provided. I paid $362, and when i asked about gratuity why it was $40. They said it was for dj and skate counter. A dj that was not in the box most of the time. And what was the $300 for. I was very disappointed and didnt even get to enjoy the party as i had absolutely no host. So i paid 362 to not even get a second to enjoy my childs birthday party!!!!! Ill never get the chance to redo that day, nor get the mom and son skate.When i tried to talk to the owner about the gratuity for no party host he walked away while i was talk, and left a child there to tell me he couldnt do anything about it. I suggest if you have a private party here except hidden fees!!All skate is fine, but the value of your money for party isnt worth it.

Never ever will I go back here! Just for the simple fact the parking lot messed up my car... The people were on there phones and didnt know I was standing waiting to get advice... Its not the place I want to take my family! Fix your parking lot please! Its not far to the customer that they come to have a good time and scratch or damage there car...

New ownership has went South fast. Owner cowers to uphold even the minamal of safety standards for any skating rink. Kids are going to seriously get hurt here.

This place is out of control I will never take any child here its not safe ur child will end up hurt pregnant or dead and Robert the so called manager will let happen and dont care ........ I went tonight a Friday night the frist I noticed was there was not enough adults there to keep control of the kids and staff is all teenagers the only adult as staff was Robert you had kids in the back by the skate fighting making out and the male kids walking around with there pants around there ankles u had girls getting in adults faces trying to fight them the environment in this place was out of control when we brought it to Robert attision he seemed not to care and told us to do what we have to do which was his job WHAT A MANAGER!!!!and staff was no help ether when asked for owners number we were given the front desk and how we know this cuz manager Robert answered the phone andall said and done we were told that we are the problem and we needed to leave like I said I will never take kids here again but I will be back when they open Saturday because this not over I want my money back and Robert firedin the spot because he has no experience to be a manager or having safety for our children
