All around- a very good experience. The concession stand wait was not amazing, but totally understandable considering how few staff was there. The theatre was clean, and the staff was amicable. Would visit again for sure.

Great cinema great seats but...... needs to get up to date as in why I am paying to do their job is mind blowing I pay upfront then print out my ticket and you charge me for that should be the other way around should be reduced price as I am doing the work for you.As for concessions I understand this is a business but come on the price of up charging is ridiculous which I would not mind so much if it was not for the above fees for doing your job for you

Went to see my first movie yesterday and Cinemark in Sherman (Let Him Go). I wanted to say that the place is very clean and you can tell with spacing and other priorities that they are taking the coronavirus seriously.

Love the reclining seats. All seats within 6 feet of your seat is blocked out - so I felt pretty safe without people all around me.

We were served quickly. Tickets were bought online so no waiting in that line. All counters were open to serve concessions. When someone wanted alcohol the person assigned to that station quickly moved over to take care of that customer. The loungers are comfortable, plenty of aisle space. The kids up and down around us in other aisles did not disturb us. The only draw back is during a full movie, if youre not early or pre-purchase the tickets, you may not be able to sit with your group in a full theater or new release. Its always a great experience. Nice people, comfortable seats.

Everything was great... Too many movie trailers before starting show. My movie ticket said show starts at 3:45 but actually did find start until after 4:00

Leather recliners are nice. Sounded like a new Soundsystem was part of the renovation. The fee for buying tickets online seemed high on top of the movie ticket price.

Manager was really helpful to us. We are both blind and they gave us headsets with audio description. Dr Sleep was awesome and the seats were comfortable.

This theater is clean and comfortable. They have the reclining lounge chairs. They offer senior and military discounts. Tuesdays is discount day all day long. They also have a rewards program through their app, to include a free small popcorn on your birthday. We have been to several movies here since we have moved here and enjoy it very much.

Newly remodeled and the seats are comfortable and large enough for tall people. Theater size is just right for great viewing.

Great experience here. Always very good. We come here alot and they are always very nice. Occasionally they seem a bit understaffed at the concessions stand. The ushers do a great job of keeping the theaters clean. They staff is also very helpful if you spill or need help getting to the theater.

Loved the movie loved the service just couldnt believe how many upper seats where available and we only sold the closest lower seating area. It was pretty close and made me lower the eye watching of the movie but other then that it was nice

I love the fact that you get to enjoy a movie in a reclining seat. Its very comfortable and spacious. The only thing that is sky high are the prices at concession, but thats pretty much the story for just about every theatre though. Overall, its a good theatre.

I love the new seats! They recline, they are roomy, and comfortable! Prices for food is outrageous! They wont let you bring in your own, either! Due to my diabetic diet, I dont drink or eat the things they serve, so I just have to do without!

Cinemark always provides a great experience. Of course, like any other theater, I would advise to eat prior to attending the movie. You are sequestered. Therefore, if you must, pay the piper the cost of theater food. Ha!

Loved the reclining seats at the movie with a wall between each row so that you could recline without someones foot over you while still having enough room to get through the walkway.

This Cinemark location is fantastic, as expected from this chain of theaters. They have $5 Tuesdays, which makes family movie night affordable and their staff is friendly and helpful. There isnt a large game area or seats in the lobby for those who are waiting for a show to begin but the place is tidy, spacious and well organized.

It is a nice place to watch a movie with comfort loungers and plenty of space if you need to get up during the movie. Our son gave us the tickets for Christmas, so we decided to go watch Glass, it was a good movie. They also offer one free refill, the same day of purchase, on a large drink and popcorn.

Recliner chairs were awesome big improvement. But it was to hot in the theater and 20 minutes of adds before the movie is way too many!

Good matinee prices, electrical recliner chairs, and no visually blocked screens. Although the popcorn and drinks are more costly than the admission tickets.

Workers are always friendly and fun to talk to. The popcorn and other snacks are fresh and tasty. The fairly new recliner seats are awesome. And a tip for couples, the arms of the chairs can lift up, making a bench seat. The seats can be loud when reclining, so I recommend getting there during commercials so that you dont disrupt the movie. :)

Every time I want to go see a movie that isnt provided by Disney or Marvel (i.e. Get Out or Once Upon a Time in Hollywood), this theater provides only a very small window to go see movies such as these before your only option is to go to somewhere in the Dallas area. They only keep movies like Hobbs and Shaw and Angry Birds 2 around for long periods. Constantly disappointed by this theaters listings when Im in the mood to go watch something like the latest Tarantino movie. Mainstream movies are shown exclusively. Disney gets to own the listings there. Sucks.

The sets are great near the front. It is cool enough in the summer. A good place to go to get out of the heat.Warm enough during the winter. The only complaint I have is, the prices at the snack bar is entirely to high. It would be nice to go and be able to afford treating friends and family with a popcorn & drink &/or candy. I wont pay their prices for myself.

I rarely go out to see movies anymore because of online streaming. I was really surprised at the seating and how comfortable and wide it was. If I go see a movie again at a theater, it will be here.

Nice theater. Comfy seats and roomy theaters. Much better than the way it was a few years ago. Now they have recliners and it really make for an enjoyable movie watching experience. The snacks drinks and popcorn are a bit pricey but then again thats where they make their profits. And find a theater with cheap snacks, not gonna happen. Had a good time and looking forward to my next movie experience there.

Just watched THE JOKER and it was great Jaquim Phoenix might just be better than Heath Ledgers Joker, but the popcorn was good the seats were really cool and comfy!!!

Enjoyed a movie with my 13 yr old son in the cushy recliners. Great time! Sons cell came out of his pocket while reclining. Staff gathered it up while cleaning and had it in lost and found when we went back for it. Thats good staff.

Love the recliner seats as you watch your movie. I always go to an early show just so I dont have to deal with a lot of people. As everyone already knows, snacks are pricey at concession. Place is clean and they keep up on the bathrooms really well.
