Great place for kids! The place is large and they had so much for kids to play on! There are bounce houses, large play area, toddler zone, arcades, token rides, little eatery, etc. The price was great and I like that there was seating around the place to sit and watch the kids! Highly recommend!

I was more than disappointed. The lady working the counter was extremely rude and hateful from the min we got there. Made everyone,adults and children, at my grandsons 2nd Birthday uncomfortable. Half of the games we put token in didnt work. And was treated with an attitude anytime one of our guests mentioned it to the staff. Love the bounce room. A d the children enjoyed the playland. But very disappointed.

My grandson and other family members had a blast. It was our first time going and we will be making this a regular outing from now on.

Been going there for many years. Every time we go several games will either not dispense tickets, or take the token and not work, or will work and not dispense tickets. Frustrating because of the cost of the tokens and the really cheap prizes that you redeem the tickets for.Jump N Land needs to upgrade or fix their games.Basically when games are maintained like this, personally I consider it fraud or thieft..

The Older women who works at the front is very nosey and overly opinionated. She was asking everyone too many things that was none of her damnbusiness. And she will lie too you!

My 2 year old grand daughter and my 13 year old son can both have fun here... it was games for tickets and stuff for the little ones also... fun for a family thing.

Awesome huge place for my girls to run and have fun. Keep it the same just invest in modernizing the place and advertise. We came from Anna, and have been to other newer places like this. This place beats them all.

Great place even for my 1 year old we had a blast great prices and we had hrs of fun!

Used to be a nice place. Most machines dont work properly or at all. There were only a couple that had Out of Order signs. Most of the time we just wasted a token to find out they didnt work or didnt spit out tickets.

This is kind of like chucky cheese but better because there is a whole room full of bounce houses and a giant play area thats 4x the size of McDonalds. The drinks and food are reasonably priced and the staff are awesome. The only downside is the machines are old and busted but the girls working are really cool about replacing the tokens and hooking it up with extra tickets. Awesome, cheap place to go to let the kids burn off excess energy

Just had our son’s birthday party today and it went AMAZING!! Hostess and front staff were so accommodating and helpful. I was able to just enjoy the party! Didn’t even have to cut the cake. It’s very reasonably priced. Highly recommend it!!!

Will never go back I was accused of stealing because I did not pay for all 3 of the make your own stuffed animals at the sane time staff nor parents were watching kids seen 2 kids walk out on their own with no adult

Place is okay needs alot of updating. For safety of the kids. Needs to be cleaner. Some of the items that you climb on was ripped and they had duct tape to patch it up. Needed to just be replace. Its a good place for little kids to play and have fun, but it needs some serious remodeling done. Game room most of the games would not give tickets out and when some did it wasnt much. It was a waste of money not worth it. Chucky cheese was alot better when it comes to the games and tickets for the kids.

Some of the machines in the arcade part were put of order, but the token were cheap and can last a while. This is a very fun place to take younger children to play in the bounce hoses and the play area

My niece had her sons birthday party here. The owners need to invest some money in repairs and cleaning. The games are a rip off. I stopped counting how many tokens my kids lost because they put them in machines only to have nothing happen. I also gave up trying to keep track of how many tickets they didnt get because the machine wouldnt pay up when they won. At the rate their game machines were malfunctioning they need to have an employee stand there waiting to give people back their lost tokens and missing tickets. The ticket counter machine had one side out of order and the other jammed up while we were there. Its amazing that the owners make so much money with their various businesses but dont put more effort into this one.

The facility was very clean and the entire staff were amazing. Price was good. Desiree could not have been more kind and helpful. Lots of fun kid activities to do from jumping through their inflatables to playing on the arcade games, climbing through the obstacles and more. Great prizes to chose from. They also have (like build a bear animals you can have stuffed as a wonderful keep sake and memory of your stay. Lots of fun! We will go again.

Fun, affordable place for the kids to play... especially on a hot day outside. Equipment is old and a somewhat worn (but not unsafe and the kids dont notice the wear) and the AC is definitely busted currently on the inflatables side... you can see the thermostat on the way in, it said 78 degrees... but it was nice and cool on the playground and arcade side.Met up with some friends here and the kids had a blast running around together. Atmosphere is kinda Chuck E Cheese like... arcade games, large climbing gym area, plus lots of inflatables (cleanest Ive seen thanks to being indoors) bathrooms were acceptable as well.Cost of admission was $6.99 each kid I believe. No charge for the adults...As it should be.They dont want you to bring in outside food and drinks... but apply that policy to water too which is pretty lame. Theres a water fountain by the bathrooms but I didnt check if it tastes okay.Socks are required.

Me and my family had fun. Employees look like they want to commit suicide or just graduated high school. Regardless still a fun place to take the family and burn time(and money)Kids had fun. That is whats most important. Will visit again.

This place use to be amazing but the staff is now to worried about being rude at the door than cleaning. This place is dirty and nasty. The inflatables need repairs but it will continue to go down hill. What a shame.

I enjoy taking my kids here! Its alot for them to do and not to expensive. I took off 1 star cuz the emergency exit door at the back was being used by employees for whatever reason but not closed all the way. That is not safe when you have a bunch of kids running around!! Otherwise its a great place.

My kids enjoyed playing here. There is a good sized indoor playground plus a number of bounce houses and arcade games. The playground is fairly well worn, and there is not any staff present to manage the bounce houses. The only staff members I saw were operating the cash register in the front of the business.

Its filthy. Please do not listen to the good reviews. My child got hand foot and mouth disease here. That is a disease that makes red sores appear on the child from head to toe and they are more itchy then chicken pox or any mosquito bite you could imagine. Please, Im trying to spare you, or your child. DO. NOT. GO. HERE!

Most of the games are out of order and have no signs on them so when my babies lost coins they were just lost...no refunds. And I have never paid $40 for pizza that was not even good.

We had a blast. My nephew had is birthday party here and we loved it. It was so much fun.

Its okay for a kids birthday party but it is strange. In the mens restroom in this place for little kids everything is extra high of the ground. The toilet is large. The sink is anomaly high with no stool... My 5 year old almost couldnt pee in there without picking him up. Very odd

I went here as a child and now Ive brotten my child here. She loved it and I had alot of fun chasing her around and climbing with her.

Our 2 yr old and 8 yr old love coming here! Good prices too. Only gave 4 stars because some of the games dont work.

A lot of the arcade style games didnt work but its got a decent size indoor jungle gym and several indoor bounce houses. Its worth the price of admission.

Kids of all ages can play here. My daughter love this place. So much activities and stuff to do. I have read the reviews and I have yet to experience any problem with this place. All the staffs are friendly and the foods are good. They have a jungle gym, bouncing inflatable, games, and a party room that you can rent out. Im definitely going to bring my daughter here again. Best part they even have little play set for toddler.

The place is pretty ghetto. Some of their games didnt work. They were constantly running out of tickets and they were under staffed, so they were giving out post it notes with 10 tickets on them rather then how many you won. The play jungle was old and torn up. One of the ladies working was pretty rude as well. The only positive thing I can say is the pizza was good.

Its a nice place for kids to play. They got private rooms to ise for the party. You can also rent a private jumping room if you want your kids to play exclusively. They got some token games adult and kids can enjoy. I dont like the pizza tho.lol

Jumpn Land is horrible. Plywood is over a few holes in the play strutcure. Employees are instructed to only clean where the feet go. The blocks in the toddler area are almost never sanitized. And the manager Desiree is absolutely horrible. She is rude to customers and employees alike. They do not carry an insurance policy to cover accidents that happen on the premises either. Manager instructed to only change mop water once a week so dining room and kitchen get mopped with the bathroom mop water until its changed.

Can’t say how much I do NOT recommend using JumpNLand for a birthday party:We paid for a private party and from the moment we stepped foot into this business we were treated horribly. Before the date of this party, we already had underlining issues with this business. Within the package i purchased, we were to be provided invitations which we never received, and when I called to ask a week before they THEN decided to tell me it was my job to come pick them up. (I wouldn’t have minded but when i originally asked they asked for my address so i was under the assumption they’d be mailed to me, or that I’d get a phone call to confirm) On December 9th at 1:45PM we arrived to this business to begin setting up for the private room we had rented for a birthday party. The manager wouldnt allow us into the facility to decorate UNTIL 2 (when our guests were supposed to arrive, fine). She said we could only be in the private room for the last 30 minutes of our party. So we would have had no time to decorate, people couldnt take their gifts in there, nothing. So as I was confused on this policy I asked her to further explain because I wasnt understanding how we were supposed to do all the things we needed to in the last 30 minutes of the party. She then began to get extremely frustrated, raising her voice, throwing her hands in the air, walking away. She said just go ahead it doesnt matter and let us into the private room. During the party, we asked for cutlery to cut the cake at 2:58 and the party worker said you cannot have it until 3:00”, just TRYING to be ugly to us, or rudely prove a point. As I was leaving I asked the manager for the owners telephone number, and she wrote down a man named mickeys number. I walked right outside their gate to call the number only to hear that same manager gossiping and mouthing about me to another worker, so I walked back in and told her I would be filing a complaint. When I got out, I called the number she provided. I asked Mickey if he was the owner and he said no, the manager. I told him I wanted to speak with the owners and he told me they were out of the country and I could take it up with him. He was cordial, assured me he would speak to her. However, how she treated my family (in front of our children, and our birthday girl), and our guests, was absolutely ridiculous. I spent $200+ on a horrible birthday party. I understand every company has rules and time limitations; however, the “manager” was incredibly rude and made the entire experience awkward and not fun.

We drove from a couple hours north in Oklahoma to bring our son here to celebrate his birthday since theres not much to do where we live. The kids had a blast.The jungle gym is bigger than I was expecting. Has a really long slide and a couple others. A zip line and more. Others note in their reviews that its dated. It is but it doesnt affect play and with hundreds of kids on it over time itll happen. (Would hate for it to be closed down to reconstruct as its a big part of why we went and would also hate to see it downsized) An impressive note, you can walk under and around about the whole thing to help keep track of your kids. Which comes in handy to help keep counts when you have four like me doing their own things)Theres a separate room where theres 5 big bounce houses including a slide, obstacle course and some smaller slides and obstacles. In that room is an area for babies thats baracaded all around (theres also a toddler area in the jungle gym)The arcade games are all around with one main area, another area in front with mostly ride ons and a few here and there. Theres a lot of ski ball type games. A lot of nostalgic games for us adults. There wasnt too many brand new machines but that Didnt affect our gaming experience. They were doing a $25 for $20 special on tokens so that was nice and went a ways as #e£machines were only 1-2 tokens a play whichwas nice. Even the deal or no deal which is normally a higher token machine. Which Ill note they still do tokens and tickets, not game cards. One machine took my tokens and they replaced them and the gentleman went to look at the machine. They have a well stocked prize desk with a big variety of prizes, which is something weve seen lacking in other places.Theres a build a bear like station with a good variety of animals and clothing. The animals are $18 plus any clothing you wish to buy.We didnt eat while there but they did have cheap drink options even including like 50 cent Capri sun. The prices of the different things I seen was reasonable.We will probably go back. They offer a punch card and you get one punch per paid child. Oh and we didnt have to pay for us parents to get in thankfully.

The kids had a great and there cheap if you dont have a lot of money to spend.

Employees were not very friendly. A lot of the machines were broken or not working right. Dirty environment. The play equipment was cool though.

The worst place we have ever taken the kids. It is filthy and in 100 degree heat there is barely any air conditioning. We were sweating sitting down. I saw food debris on the carpet. There were little children crawling on a carpet that was filthy. Time to shut this place down.

Needs an update.... And lower prices ...But other than that my son loved it.

Gone downhill. Have gone numerous times and now you can tell the money isnt coming in. Their inflatables are all torn up, the playhouse is ripped in parks and the arcade games might as well be taken out because none work right. Sad.

Front desk lady is not polite

Your not allowed to bring anything other than your birthday cake. So no special things you make for your kids party is allowed. Not having my kids birthday here!Not to mention if theres THIS many BAD reviews then you guys should think about how you do business. This is beyond rediclous.

My son fell out of a bounce house and landed on his head.After seeing an actual dent into his skull, we rushed him to the ER.There should be larger pillow mats next to the opening. This could have easily been avoided.After speaking with the owner, no apologies or anything.WE WILL NOT BE BACK
