Its definitely changed from last time I was there but Id say for the better and not just because I want money. They walk around cleaning all the time and very informative. I just wish they would not have got rid of my game that I liked but I found another one and I won money. Happy days

First time at this casino and I was impressed. It had the log cabin feel on the outside and well in the inside. The entire casino is smoke free. Once inside, the casino split left and right, and my interaction with the staff was pleasant and friendly. The casino was clean. I liked the variety of games, new and old. It was recommended by the staff, do not come to just win but to have fun. I plan to take their advice.

I stayed at the hotel a week half ago... I happen to clean off my boots & sat them on top of the heater to dry, when I picked them up the door popped open to the unit.. This is what I found, I have did HVAC in my past and this isnt just a month or two of not cleaning... It is extremely irresponsible to have such a dirty filter when we are all required to wear mask & the whole covid 19 situation... I had forgot about it till late at night when I woke up with a slight cough & decided to turn off the heater, when I woke up, I was fine...Also one more thing to mention, the Jacuzzi only had 2 of the jets working on it & had to call front desk 3 times to find out how to turn it on at 1am in the morning.... I had a free room promotion but decided to upgrade to this nicer room..I ended up showing front desk the photos & when I returned home, called them about it to talk to the hotel director Doug (I think).. Talked to him for a couple minutes, he apologized and made excuses as to why it happened, nice guy! I said, Id wait to hear back from them and would withhold sharing this review & photos if they made it right somehow... Nothing happened so here I am...This is 110% the truth as I dont have time to waste peoples time or mine with things like this but figured Id share for future guest to check the filter...Thank you!

Offers smoking and non-smoking rooms, suites, and RV parking.Lovely grounds and cultural arts.Great variety of things to do: games, great buffet, gas station, golf course, gift shop, and a bar/dance club. Good comp system.Comfy beds. Fridge and microwave in your room. Valet parking. Large self parking garage. Lots of drawings for free give-a-ways.

We live near the casino and go quite often, since reopening they had done a really good job at making us feel safe (5 stars for that) but lately that has changed,For one they have close to doubled the the number of slot machines since reopening, where once there was one machine 6 feet apart now some of them are side by side with a glass divider, the problem is the divider does not extend out far enough so when you turn your head your almost face to face with the person next to you.With more people in there it can get a little congested in some areas.When its busy in there even as hard as they try the machine cleaners seem to be having a tough time keeping up. also with the construction they are doing there is a narrow hallway pinch point area between the two sides of the casino. (Temporary situation)If you can get in there early enough before it gets crowed I think its still fairly safe but once its start to fill up not so much...

Was real happy with precautions they were taking against virus. Plexi between machines. Constantly being wiped down and almost everyone wearing their mask and appropriately wearing it. Food was offered as sit down, tables way apart but we took it to our rv. Nice clean rv parking also within an easy walk.

Gambling and slots is not the only reason to visit this casino. From the single queue entrance the safety of every visitor seems to be important. Everyone is asked to show ID, be scanned for temperature, and maintain distance. These precautions significantly lower transmission of COVID. Noticeably, was the great lack of smoke odor! As a non-smoker this was a treat. And so too was the seafood restaurant which maintains distanced tables. Servers were exceptionally caring but service itself was top notch. Atmosphere was engaging and cheerful with the food being above board, delicious, and served in a timely manner. Worth the drive and looking forward to next opportunity to visit.

It is very spaced apart and workers continuously wiping down the slot machines after use. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. No smoking inside at the moment due to covid19.

Loved this little casino! Perfect little getaway if your wanting to sneak away with some friends or your other half...nice rooms, friendly staff & to top it off, the rooms are affordable. It doesnt get much better then that folks!

Very nice! They are the only casino that has truly gone the distance for Covid protection. Staff is on the ball to clean machines between patron use. The only place I have seen with table games having a barrier window between the table worker and the patrons. Slots have all been distanced with a space between them along the wall and the games in the center of the room are back to back in a square and each square is distanced. My mom, wife and I all had the prime rib dinner. It was delicious! There was no smoking which made it nice and all the patrons and staff were friendly. It also made it a great night that we all came out ahead when we left.

The room was good. Getting breakfast and coffee was difficult and expensive. Nothing opened until 7:30 and the mocha was probably the worse ld ever had. The staff were very friendly.

This is my first stay here. It was ok. Staff not particularly friendly or helpful. I left an item in the hotel room when I checked out. I called back later that day and they said they would check on it and call back. I left 2 more messages, no call back. I know exactly where I left it, I assume someone may have taken it. I will not be going back.

A friendly place to come play, its not the big-league its comfortable. Staff is always friendly, helpful. Mike from the grill is always fun to talk to and make sure youre enjoying yourself. You will feel comfortable and not taken advantage of, keep in mind you are visiting a sovereign native Nation, not a money trap. They are slowly building a nice recreational vehicle park.

5 stars for the seafood bar!! Didnt care for the selection of games but I LOVE THE SEAFOOD BAR! Its been a favorite of mine for years! And our server was GREAT!

Buffet was one of the shining lights of this casino. I went there for the early breakfast and for some of the seafood nights. Now really no reason to go to the casino anymore. Never should have closed your buffet. Wouldnt recommend this casino anymore.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, and they have a jetted jacuzzi tub.Very nice! Unfortunately room service is temporarily suspended due to covid-19, and for some inexplicable reason they disabled the HDMI ports on the TV so it cannot be used as a monitor for your laptop! I checked with the front desk and they confirmed my findings and were unable to explain why.

Smaller casino with mostly penny machine options. There are some dollar slots with playing. Currently have a spread out format to address Covid. You will be required to provide your drivers license for a scan and go through temperature checks etc. Cocktail waitresses seem to be around frequently and machines seemed lose enough to provide a balanced playing experience.

The service is great and clean but the food is horrible. We got buffalo wings that looked charred so we asked to change it. Then the 2nd one was dripping in vinegar. We also got the southwest burger and the patty was a little burnt. Then we got tacos and the were okay but their pico sauce made it only a little better . Would not reccomend to eat here.

Staying at rv park. Noise, noise and more noise. This has got to be one of the noisiest campgrounds I have stayed at. HWY 108 had constant traffic and lots of logging trucks using their jake brakes. A lot of the smaller sites are not level, we have a large back-in site with a large back-to-front slope. How you can build an rv site with a concrete pad and not be level is to me amazing. Water pressure/flow is also not very good. Sites have average separation with patchy grass in between. No picnic table. The people at the front desk don’t have a clue on how to use the reservation system. When asked to change sites their response was that the computer wouldn’t let them. Bathrooms are some of the nicest I have seen. Cable and WiFi are very good. Because of C19, buffet is closed and there is no more 5.99 breakfast. When checking in, if in a large MH, I would recommend that you park in the boon-docking area next to the RV park and then walk or drive to the hotel check-in. I would not stay here again because of the noise.

We had a great time what a neat Casino our experience was excellent staff was friendly the casino was clean and classy and inviting I would definitely come back again and I would recommend anybody whos ever in the area if they havent stopped in they should stop in and try their luck its worth the trip and I will be back again thanks again for a great experience

Hey little creek was right on. The gambling was Great, win some, lose some. The hotel accommodations were Excellent. Im impressed with all of all of the accommodations. This place rocks.

Great staff, everyone very helpful and eager to help. Food and staff at cafe is outstanding. Hotel rooms are amazing, better than any other casino I have been to.

We stayed at the resort after having to cancel our honeymoon. We reserved a jacuzzi room, the room was gorgeous however the tub was disgusting! There was a pink slime in the jets. I called a let them know and was offered a return upgrade. Later I called to book and use my upgrade credit....what a nightmare! The manager called me back at 10pm and still couldnt even help me book a room. They added stipulations to the credit and said we could only use it on a weekday ( we absolutely werent told this). I had to call multiple times in which I did not receive return calls after leaving a message.

The room that I stayed in last weekend had bugs on the floor and around the coffee maker. Mold in the bathroom and the bath tub has a slow drain clog. I reported the room to management and they did not care. They said upper management would call me and they never did. I would recommend to never stay at this hotel.

Did not actually get to go inside went to the gas station,filled up asked to use the restroom and it is out of service and has been for some time and the portapoty is in really bad condition enough for me to want to walk 75 yards to pee in the bushes. You would probably be able to go in the casino, if you jump through all the hoops (scan you masks answer medical questions)

Me and my man go here for date night every saturday night to play free play and have fun let loose after the tiring work week. Love the location only casino besides emerald Queen thats right off the freeway. Convenient easy drive.

This is a first. We really like this resort but this trip was bad. In the room we found garbage that was not removed and a syringe. Coffee pot did not work and got an additional one that did not work. No compensation because we used our free stay for the month. Oh well! Try somewhere else next trip. Always looking for new favorite spots.

I routinely go with my mom and dad its a great family fun destination!

Just went through 1k here with not one single bonus. Drove 2 hours to have a good time, the machines are super tight!

Staff was really polite in their efforts to make sure everyone recognized the social distancing and face mask obeyance so all could enjoy their tme out in the community.allthough temporarily removing the complimentary self service dispensers,for soft drinks and coffee, you were still able to order beverages, hard or soft through the extra waitpersons they had brought on shift to make for a good time out

Wifi does not work in our room. 35 minute wait for a reservation for the pool. they tell you the casino is open from 8am until 12am when they take your money for a stay and play package but the casino does not open at 8am it opens at 10am. there was never a manager on duty in the hotel only a supervisor that does not offer to correct anything just apologizes and walks away. they front desk could not even produce and phone number or card for a manager she just kept looking through the same box of cards for over 10 minutes. I left without a way to complain to management. save your money, or better yet go to any of the other 20 or so casino resorts in Western Washington. THEY ARE ALL SOO MUCH BETTER THAN THIS ONE!

The rooms are nice and the whole place is really nice looking. beautiful native American art. BUT as for the casino, they changed it all around and alot of the games I love to play they dont have anymore. Its alot of new games.

The rooms are nice, the structure is awesome, the casino is well stocked with a selection of slots and table games, didnt try the food, but the customer service along with the security and management personnel was unacceptable. We were charged for an additional room that was previously paid for, and told 1 thing about room charges but charged differently and unauthorized. Additionally, security demanded we leave part of the casino floor near the entry while there were still many people playing in the back part of the casino and they were rude & unprofessional about it.

This is our go to place for there bacon cheeseburger and onion rings and cheese sticks and drinks a fun time out there

We decided to book a golf stay and play package. The check in was a nightmare. Stephanie was unprofessional and inattentive. Every aspect of the stay was downhill from there. We asked 3 different people about our package and none could answer. Our credits were never issued or explained. The room was below average and the bed lumpy. Our key card worked one out of every four attempts. The tv remote didn’t work. The list could go on and on. During this unprecedented time we took a chance for travel and fun. A lot of money was spent. The hotel made it a negative experience. We have choices and options. This plac will not be one again. So disappointed.

Check-in/out fast. Auto from Canada had old lock on steering wheel. Security advised they do walk lot. Machines overall old, paid off early & about broke even 6+ hours. Room clean/fresh but could hear highway, wife asked for Rm 222. Food 3 of 5. Been to 20 Casino in area, best food by far Am I on 90. People overall friendly.

We stayed in the new tower. The room was very nice. Maids and Front Desk folks very nice. The food and drinks were pretty good. We had to send one meal back because it was severely over cooked. Most of the food was good just not great. Drinks were Ok too. We did have a couple of drinks sent back because they werent made right. The casino did a great job cleaning all of the time. It was clean and everything friendly. Hand sanitizer was everywhere. Great job! The machines were really tight none of us won but we had a good time.

Well staffed with scanning ID and taking your temperature to enter. You get some free play when you sign up for a card. The reason I stopped is because you can park overnight on a gravel lot with an RV. Thanks to them for that!

A friend of mine was visiting me from out of town. We decided to get a Jacuzzi suite at the hotel for the wkend. After we checked in we went up to the room to check it out and visit before going to the casino. While we were checking out the room we noticed the water glasses had lipstick on one of them, the microwave was dirty, the curtains were ripped and stained, and while one of the bathrobes were new the other bathrobe was very worn. My friend paid almost $600 for 2 nights just to be let down. The room definitely want up to par for the amount they charged.

I rented room #511 on Friday evening and was hoping to have a fun night of gambling. I’m a frequent player at little creek and have been here multiple times during the past year. After paying $300 for a room I went and played in the casino for about an hour. Bought dinner, brought it back to my room, ate, and took a nap. Upon returning to the gaming floor I was told my Washington state driver license was a invalid form of identification because it has a bend through a small portion of one of the photos on it. Not a rip, not a tear, not damaged in a way to disturb the picture, and surely not through both pictures. Yes, I have an older driver license that has 2 photos of me on it. I was told this information from a security officer/guard who identified himself only as “josh” and stated he is the supervisor of security. I explained to him that I didn’t agree with his evaluation of my identification and that hadn’t been an issue in the past and that I had used that same identification to rent my room, gain entry to the casino floor earlier, and receive pay from a jackpot I won. He then said his officers are trained differently than the other ones. He then handed my identification to a female security officer/guard and asked her what they’re supposed to check for, looking at her face, her expression clearly showed she didn’t see any problems with it until this “supervisor” said “what do we look for as far as damage”? Then she said the identification was invalid because the seal was cracked. Which is not true, the “supervisor” said it was invalid because it had a “crease” through the picture area (which would be, at least more accurate than saying the seal was cracked). Ultimately I am completely disappointed with little creek, as a customer I would expect every security officer/guard to have the exact same training, this so called “supervisor” could not even provide me with ANY documentation to prove what he was saying is in fact true. It’s obviously not a gaming committee or liquor control board law because I also frequent red wind casino, lucky eagle, and ilani to which NONE of them have ever even hinted at there being a problem with my driver license. I wasted time, $300 on a room at a place I don’t even want to be at now because the only reason I’m here was taken away from me just because of some power hungry “supervisor” who thinks his little $16 per hour job gives him the right to make up false rules, or misinterpret them and essentially make the entire security department at little creek look very unprofessional. I have filed my complaint with the front desk at the motel and will be filing a complaint with “Russell” (Russell is apparently the real supervisor). I drove here from Longview to have fun, instead I realized that unfortunately, I will no longer make this trip, as I do not ever anticipate returning.*** little creek went above and beyond my expectations in correcting this issue. Not only did they promptly release my deposit but issued a full refund for my room. Now that’s customer service at its finest!! Thank you little creek hotel staff for understanding the situation.

The slot machines are very tight, the mega never respins, bonuses are nonexistent and the products used for disinfecting leave the machines sticky. Very limited food choices. The two stars are for the attention the security pay to the use of masks and the distances between game tables and machines.

This is by far my favorite casino. All of the food is delicious and the staff is so helpful and kind. I have to say my favorite thing to get is the fry bread in the casino. Its so sweet and fluffy!!!!! The pool and hot tub are wonderful and there also is a gym there too!!

Little-Creek is one of the cleanest casinos in western Washington, other casinos dont enforce the mask rule & in ours, someone is usually right behind me or another customer & sterilizing the machines & that shows me your concern for our safety!

Island Grille has the best crab, spinach and artichoke dip and their prime rib is to die for.

This place is great! Wish I could have stayed longer and gotten to use all the amenities available to me! Staff was friendly and the room and casino was clean! Definitely going to visit again

Horrible experience. Wouldnt recommend anyone to go here, one of the female pit-bosses was snooty, and questioned whether I could afford to play at the $25.00 tables. Maybe because of me being a younger person and gambling I honestly dont know why. All I do know is she doesnt make enough to act snooty towards anyone especially me. She probably was having a bad day or whatever the excuse, she still should not act like towards anyone. Especially since she works with the public. I wish her nothing but the worst.

Were given instructions no smoking, yet the non-smoking room we got had a very strong smoke odor. Gambling was ok.

After going to Vegas. This place is too small. Has a few tables going and dealers move at a reasonable speed. Overall a great place to kill some time. Didnt get offended a drink till I was at the table for an hour. I wouldnt expect free drinks.

Im happy to that we are open for gami g at 10am daily, and moving right along. We pride ourselves on clean friendly and safe operations. Love my job at little creek.

I lose interest real fast.However, i must say the hotel stay was pretty rockin, swell customer service - very friendly and kempt as well as they keep the whole place.Oh, and LOVED four card there. Would play again.

Very nice suite. Jacuzzi tub (only jets worked. None of the other options worked). Safe, iron, ironing board, 2 robes, k cup coffee maker, fridge, 2 TVs, 2 fireplaces, table and chairs, L shaped sectional couch with hide a bed, closets and 2 bath. But No Microwave (?).

I have been to quite a few casinos and this one is by far the worst. I had numerous interactions with staff and most of them seem to hate life and hate their jobs. Its a sad, sad casino. (P. S. Before Covid-19, this was my favorite casino. All my favorite games are gone. The seafood restaurant is good, though.

A decent all around casino. Staff is friendly and eager to assistant patrons. Doing a good job at cleaning machines once patrons leave them. They are doing well while not compromising gaming experience amid this covid virus crisses.

You will have a good time gaming and its not too crowded at this one either. Its right off the highway. Easy access. Too tired too from the drive and the gaming... stay the night in their resort. And eat their food its delicious. Its just a nice casino with great staff. Enjoy the time spent win or lose. You wont have any complaints winning a jackpot.

We only had dinner at the Buffet Restaurant. Most of the food I tried was pretty good. I really enjoyed the oysters. There was plenty of crab and other seafood available if you like. The whole casino is a very nice and well maintained facility and I even enjoyed the landscaping. Also it was a pleasure seeing all the Northwest Coastal Indian Artwork. An enjoyable meal with my wife. Id give it 4.5 stars but not 5 just because some of the food wasnt that good.

People are not personable enough for me, this place needs more laughter in their work place.People,!its a suppose to be a fun and relaxing place, show the people who come in that you want them their., laughter, more smiles, quit being uptight. Two people showed true smiles out of all the workers so show more love people.

Awesome staff.Was there the 25th of June. Loved our room 331.Was sad I couldnt go to their opening of the restaurant as they closed around 8pm.First time there with no complaints. Wait one complaint was security not being friendly or helpful. Ive been in security over 13 years. Other than that looking forward to going there next trip to Washington.

What a lame weekend. I wish employees would have said that the pool is available by appointment only when my mom called and got us a room. Really disappointed that you have to find out in person to get a straight answer.

They have a variety of things to entertain a person, for instance, I seen a well known comedian there besides gambling. . . most excellent food, & lots of friendly staff there ready to assist a person. . .

Best ever valentine event great lamb chop with sauce so good. Salad already chopped to perfection. Asparagus steamed perfect and then the colorful dessert all in unison to a wonderful valentines event. Best of all I got to take home the red roses on the table and chocolates.

Good place to get fuel

Used to enjoy coming here, now it seems the atmosphere has changed. People seem not as friendly or happy, but our biggest issue is we saw a lot of peoples name tags working places that they ought shouldnt. For instance food and beverage and housekeepers working places where security should be, and by their lack of knowledge from questions we had, not properly trained. If the decision to put public safety relies on that fact alone speaks volumes on the company.

The food and drinks are incredibly over priced. $8 for a sausage $60 for 1 lb of crab legs! Many of the card dealers were not very nice.

Very accommodating and have a get er done attitude. So great customer service. Actually go by the customer is right here.

It was a little disappointing as there wasnt much food . Mostly sandwiches and sports bar food. The casino was open. Its was so nice walking on the hotel and casino without being overwhelmed by smoke. Little Creek was very clean and smoke free.
