Nice clean place to eat and kids to play workers constantly sanitizing the place

We love chuckecheese. The staff is always nice and understanding that my kids are.... kids.. and kids make messes. There are never more than 2 games down at a time, staff is always very attentive. We even decided to have a birthday party here, and absolutely loved it. The General Manager made it one to remember for our little guy. She made sure everything went smoothly, even though there were 3 other parties that day. The little details made the biggest difference in our business there. We will definitely return to this facility every chance we get!

You know what, this can give you less tickets, I went to different Chuck E Cheese places and it did good with tickets so, we went to the one in Tupelo, Decatur and Huntsville and all of these went very good with tickets. So go to a different one OK

The service was great. The place was clean. Our food was great. They need more games though. I have lived in Texas and Tennessee and this is by far the smallest Chuck E Cheese I have ever been to. My 9, 5, and 1.5 year olds had a good time though.

This place really buttered my biscuits. It quenched my taste buds. 10/10 would recommend again to loving parents who love their kids.

It has been remodeled since our last visit. It was very clean, there were more games and more seating mingled in with the rides and games which I liked. We went early afternoon during the week since our grandbabies are not school age. We didnt eat, so I cant comment on that. I gave 4 stars because they needed another worker. We only saw one person that appeared to be working the door and all the other departments.

Went on a field trip. The kids love it. I enjoyed playing games with my son. Im giving it a 4 because they will be remodeling soon.

This Chuck E Cheese is ok. But if you are there long enough, youll quickly see why it is about to close down for renovations. It definitely needs a new face-lift.

We had a blast taking our 2 girls here.....Our oldest ran around having such fun,and our infant had fun Just looking at all the blinking lights, and noises,and the fun atmosphere was friendly,fun,and family orientated.The staff was great and we were the only people in there since we arrived 2 hours before closing.They treated us great and not like a nuisance due to not being busy and we stayed till closing and cleaned our own table to help and show our appreciation for their hospitality.We had a great tasting pizza, and played alot of games,won to us with tickets,and had dipping dots before leaving which the staff gave us one after we bought one that my wife ended up not looking flavor.Such great people here and fun and friendly.I give them 2 thumbs up on their hospitality,and kindness.Great Venue,Great Staff,Its Chuck E Cheese,what could be wrong,lol.Also it was very clean,bathrooms were maintained,tables wiped down,floors swept,no trash..... It was smaller than other Chuck E Cheeses but that means its less sq.footage I have to hunt my kiddos down lol when there running around Having a great time..Update 2nd tripAnd fun again a little more packed but our daughter is had a blast...She loves this place.

The play area was well maintained and the pizza wasnt that bad. the young lady at the register helped my wife sign up and get a great discount on the pizza and tokens.

Needs a play area so parents want spend so much money, Pizza and Salad Bar was great and Chucky was no were to be seen

Honestly I just come here for the pizza.Chuck e cheese has stepped up their quality of pizza to a degree that for me they beat out dominoes,Pizzahut and yes godfathers in taste and freshness and this is nothing to bat a eye at. Yall should feel proud this pizza Is amazing.

They will not do play card like corporate locations which is why we will go to Huntsville location from now on

Went there for a friends childs birthday party. It was good.

They did good. They try hard and they are nice, and tolerant of all these crazy kids,lights,sounds,etc. They work with special circumstances. Didnt eat their food, they need new games, and to go with the card system. I Like them!

Brandon Ables is assistant manager at the Sheffield location is very rude and and very unprofessional.I will never patronize with this location again. There are ways to handle any situation. Get your panties out of a wad do what you are paid to do.

My daughter always had a blast!! I lied we both do... Its where a kid can be a kid!!

Its fine. I needed some special treat to send summer break out with style before my son starts fourth grade. Thus fit the bill. I watched him turn $20 into a few tootsie rolls but have a blast doing it. We didnt buy any pizza but enjoyed the arcade immensely. (Not too loud either like other stores in the chain.)

It was great we were there with my neices school and they did great!

Grandson had party there. Hostess gave our partys food to someone else while all other parties around us were eating pizza. Tried letting grandson open gifts to distract them. After a few gifts the hostess rushes out with pizza and starts rushing us because it already time for cake. I complained to the manager who attempted to make things right. After my complaint our hostess deserted the group. Then as we were allowing the children to play games the hostess was seen and heard on at least 3 separate occasions talking about my daughter to workers and customers calling her some stupid mom that complained because she gave her parties pizza to the wrong people. We will never use this place again.

My three children were so excited to go to Chuck E Cheese, we drove 1 hour 20 minutes to this location and was disappointed that many of the games had no tickets in them and several were broken. The entire place was dirty...needs a good sanitizing. The pizza was terrible to boot & there wasnt staff to address concerns.

They need to have more consideration for a multi party events.

Ex used to work here. Never got over it... Oh and go vegan

Really enjoyed going while most kids were in school. It was pretty empty and my 3 year old was able to run around and play without getting in bigger kids way. A few games were down, so the options for my toddler was limited. I told one of the workers about a machine being messed up and he immediately fixed that one and the one beside it. I was bored but my kid loved it and thats what counts.

Great place to celebrate a birthday for a 3 year old! There were 5 to 7 parties happening all it once while we were there. The kids loved the singing & dancing, the games & the pizza.I was told though, that the cheapest toy at the ticket counter cost 500 tickets! Which is a bit ridiculous especially considering its the little guys who enjoy that ticket exchange the most!

They allowed my son outside without an Adult. He is an 11yo with Autism. The manager assured me he had to have went out with someone because they would never have allowed that to happen, but then the very young boy working the door said He didnt allow him back in because he didnt have an Adult with him. Ok...1st shouldnt he be alarmed by a child being outdoors alone, 2nd why didnt he check to see if he had a # stamped on his hand, 3rd why (and I forgot to mention this)is the door greeter allowed to leave his station to fill game machines with tickets!?The young man told his manager he did leave his station to fill machine with tickets, but he done his job when my son wanted back in and did not allow him entrance. Im sure some are wondering how I let him slip away from me. 1st he is faster than I am in my wheelchair, 2nd this is suppose to be a very safe place, 3rd if you havent dealt with kids who are Autistic, then its a treat! 4th I just want everyone to know if one has slipped out then more can and will!I think a concern of theres should have been why this child was outside; not just that he cant come in w/o an adult!Have a Blessed Day!

Everything was ok except the stage, The animatronics are practically dieing, there on the verge of falling to pieces. There is no sound with the stage anymore, its so quite that you can hear chuckys mouth click with the words. The lights on the stage arent even working anymore either. The drummer the chef isnt even operating at all anymore, Also during break time when there not supposed to be singing they arent even moving at all half of this place is dieing. The least that can be done is the stage...

I would’ve gave it a 5 star until I realized unlike every other Chuck E Cheese I’ve ever been to...you only get a single salad bar trip not endless...so pay attention to the menus when selecting your Chuck E. Cheese location. Will go to Huntsville next time

I went to a bday party. The staff was nice and helpful but there was no ice no straws and my friend who was having the bday party did not get everything she paid for but when she complained they made it right. All in all in was a fun experience.

My family and friends spent over $200 there and we was so disappointed. The 25% of the games was out of order, they tickets kept jamming or was out, and the employees was rude with our autistic children. My one year old was on the train and tried to get down he ended up getting ran over and the emergency stop button would not work not the emergency stop of standing too close. They apologized and said they would fix it. But had my friend not caught it my son could have been majorly hurt.They need to update their toys the toys they have are so wore out and are faulty.

I remember going there as a child and it wasnt just bout the games you also had the ball pit I took my kid for the first time today and was very disappointed why would they take the funniest part of Chuckie cheese away must be a money making thing

My wife and two kids and myself love going there. We went tonight and they had so much fun!! We will keep coming back!!! Suggestion tho they need to make prizes better and cheaper so kids get something to show for their tickets the parents spend a lot for them to get something but cant because of prizes being to high and my kids won almost 2000 tickets a piece and still couldnt get a big item thats the only bad thing about it.

Had a great family time. We even got to see Chuck E. The kids had a blast got a lot of tickets and some prizes. The pizza was good. The staff was friendly and understanding with our family. You can get as many refills as u want just buy the cup. Some of the games did not work but that is to be expected being in the area that it is in. We will definitely go back.

Staff was great! Salad bar is a one time trip-no seconds. Fairly small. Clean.

Very nice to have parties but not that clean. Need to have more employees working register and on the floor helping guest. Also needs to make sure stuff is stocked, messes are cleaned up(water was spilt on floor. I cleaned it up) and trash needs to be checked more than they have been checking it.

Its a very good arcade for all ages.

Love that u can pay 30 an play all u want for 2 hrs.

Amazing pizza and great service

If you have children then its a great place to spend some time together. If your looking for inexpensive then this is not the place a pizza, 3 drinks, 2 salads and 30 tokens was almost $60.00. Be sure to check online for coupons before you go.

If you pay for the salad, you better keep your WHITE PLATE because they have a salad cop! So if you want ranch with pizza you will be paying for a salad again.

I really wish they would make it a rule that if you did not book a party you cannot have one at the smaller tables. It was too crowded in that small place. People were trying to have huge bday parties at a table for two. It was ridiculous!!! Thats also not fair to the parents that pay 200+ for their childs party, for it to be over crowded by a non paying party.

My kids love Chuck E Cheeses. We normally go to the one in Huntsville, but we moved to the Shoals area. I was really disappointed. Half the games didnt work or they didnt give you all the tickets you won!!! The employees didnt even try to fix the machines!!! I wont go there anymore. Its a waste of time and money!!!

Good food. But need more workers and more disciplinary on adults. I was there with my two grandchildren and a woman came to me and tried taking coins out of my hands claiming they was hers. She didnt get my coins but I noticed her trying to do the same to someone else. So they really need to watch people like that. It is for children not for adults.

Its always a great time at a Chuck E. Cheese. However, the staff were all very young and werent exactly very nice or caring about providing good customer service. There was also quite a few machines out of order or not working properly.

Small location & dated game selection compared to other cities’; the game selection hasn’t changed in a decade. The pizza: burnt and extremely greasy. 2 stars because the staff is outstanding.

Friendly staff, even if abit understaffed at times. Pizza is served fairly quickly and is always hot. Place is always busy. Family friendly even if not wallet friendly. Great place to bring your kids for a day out or a birthday party.Building is well kept and clean

Management and employees are not friendlyNo smiles, no greeting, no hello. They avoid eye contact as they pass by you in order to avoid you. DONT RECOMMEND!

I looked at the menu on line but they didnt have all that was on it. The 40 item salad bar wasnt even close. It was a huge building but not enough seating for people that just walk in. Dont waste your money or time.

Creepy animatronics, out dated and broken games, overpriced food, dirty floors, and apathetic employees.It wasnt the worst Ive been disappointed, but yeah.. It was pretty bad.

Basically just pizza and arcades. Nothing like the one that I grew up going to with a full play place and ball pit. Miss those days and wish my kids could experience what it used to be like.

Salad bar was not worth $7.00. Dressing was spoiled.

Expensive advertising all you can play dont have it 3 tokens for $1.00 games take 2 or more tokens. Food is nasty.

The pizza was cold and tasted like card board. The managers were RUDE! The people working on the floor were not helpful. More than half the games were broken. Overall, this place sucks. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Trust me. And for the love of god do not waste your money on a birthday party here. MADE THAT MISTAKE!

We were the only ones there. So we ordered some bread sticks, about 30 minutes later i asked about them. I could see in the kitchen that they had not even started them. No big deal but no one says anything to me. I go ask for my money back and still silence. No apology or anything. I understand mistakes but zero customer service.

The manager Friday night, the,29th was absolutely wonderful. So nice and helpful.Made the night so much better.
