We have been here for 9 months now and on our way to owning our trailer. We are so excited and love the community. The landlord gets things done, we love her. This place is very peaceful and the school bus pulls right into our neighborhood and that’s very helpful!

Place needs a better pool then the dirt pool thats there and they should lower the lot rent

Shawnee village has great management and are right on top of things that need fixed or replaced park is very clean and well maintained. Its a good place to live.

Ive enjoyed my new home, Im very pleased with the environment I live in . My lot management is awesome as well if I need something done it doesnt take to long for them to do it.

Audrey has been one of the only managers that actually cares for our community, and she is always super nice! I would highly recommend living here if you want to have a lovely park manager!

We are so grateful for the way management believed and fought for us to be able to move into this park with out credit not being good. We thought we would never find somewhere that would take us and now we own our home thanks to Shawnee Village.

The tenants are becoming lazy and collecting trash around their units beginning to become trashy

Management is super nice. Very friendly and helpful. The park itself is very clean and well maintained. Very safe place to live. My kids have already made a ton of new friends. They have a park by the office that my kids basically live at. Trailers are very nice and neighbors are friendly. Overall a great place to live and a company that really cares about their residents. Highly recommend!!!!

The rent goes up every year. They can see something in your yard as a wood table. They picked my up never notified me took it and threw it in the trash. There are no storm shelters. No where to go for safety. All new trailers in here are plastic siding. Hail hits the and puts holes in them. All so called wood fences are plastic. If you buy a trailer you have to live here five yearsSo if you move you lose every dime you paid. They can raise the rent every year. They rent for 700.00 and up . Buy land rule your own property . I would not recommend this place to anyone. Thats why people who have lived here for years are moving out because of their crazy rules. Just my warning to you in here...

A very nice trailer park and amazing trailer park manager Audrey

This is the best thing that could have happened to my little family! I couldnt be more thankful for the manager, Audrey! She is fantastic and made us feel right at home!

Been here about a month now. So far its not bad but there are a few houses here with people kind of loud off and on with drunks. The trailers get put in very weird like. You can tell where old trailers by concrete slabs still here but yet the newer trailers are put in any which way giving some trailers a big yard even fenced in yards or very small yards which is next to nothing. My wife and I are buying our trailer and are having it moved to our property as soon as we get it paid off. All in all its some what quite and neighbors are extremely nosey so kids are safe to play on the bright side of that.

The property is very nice and well maintained. Ive lived in trailer parks and this one is nice. The only problem i have with this park is the park manage. She is extremely rude and has a really bad attitude problem. My family and i came to visit my daughter who lives here. The landlord of the trailer had a maintenance man over fixing something in her trailer. The park manager came over and pounded on the front door very loudly and startled everybody there. When my daughter answered the door the manager spoke in a very disrespectful and rude tone to my daughter. My daughter didnt do anything or speak to her in a rude tone with her. I dont understand how this person came to such a position. I will be contacting the owners of the park and telling them what happened.

Audrey the new manager is so sweet

Came to visit my grandkids and there was banging on the door we thought something was wrong (cops at the door) or something worse. It was the park manager Patty, this lady was so rude to my daughter n law yelling at her in front of my grandkids. As my daughter n law proceeded to tell Patty that it was the maintenance man she still kept yelling at her. Instead of talking to her landlord about his maintenance man parking on the lawn she was loud n rude to her. This isnt the first time this has happened I guess this woman just has an issue with younger n beautiful people. As my son n his family has only been living here 4 months now.

Great park quiet

Its pretty quite. But the manager likes to be in everyones business,, the neibiors are nosey, and like to, be in everyones business also.

Management here realy looks out for its renters. Many good changes have been made and the park is getting improvements all the time.

Raise Rent dont give a rats butt about you 3 yrs there nothing was done about speeding through the park no speed bumps no signs
