So happy! Re-opening tomorrow 8/21/2020. We love that theater since day one it opened and been there once to twice a month ever since. We were afraid it would close permanently. Going on re-opening day and will make sure to keep going 3 to 4 times a month to support it.

Pretty good theater, the covid precautions seem like a good idea but the one time I went I saw people just taking off their masks during the movie and putting it back on when they were leaving. Pretty disappointing.

Came to this theater on opening day and was very impressed with the service and amenities. First time I have been to a theater where I was able to scan my Fandango QR code and walk right into the theater without a paper ticket. Large concession area, full bar, projector in the lobby for patrons to watch sporting events, and even heated recliners in the ultra screen recliners. Just keep in mind this theater has fewer screens than most (10) so you may want to reserve your seats early until the hype dies down. Happy to have this place in the area!

Marcus Southbridge did a great job on their opening welcome back day. They had all the precautions in place to keep everyone safe and the theater sanitized. Thank you!

Super sad! Usually 5 starts but tonight was tough..$50 in food, no to-go bags, no tops for the food during covid-19 and they still over fried the chcken. We cant even eat. Im sure I was probly one of a few orders tonight and the cook was on time, but way over cooked... super sad.

Wow! This place just ruined going to any other place to watch a movie for me! It is super comfortable. The seats are amazing! The food is great and it is super clean. I went with my son and he loved it so much! Now it’s our destination to watch movies all the time!

Fantastic theater. I live on the North side of the cities, but I will be driving all the way down in the future. They just do everything right. Solid bar with decent prices. Good food you can order and have delivered to your seats. And the theaters themselves have incredible sound systems etc. Would definitely recommend.

First time here, really nice check in and very nice inside the theaters! The restroom did smell really bad unfortunately. This was after an 8:45 movie ended at about 11. Was quite busy, thats the only reason for the 4 star review.

Sorry to report this, but BEWARE! I went online to purchase tickets. I spent $70.37 on 4 tickets to see Star Wars in the big, fancy theater to treat my Dad for his Birthday. We get there, and the show got cancelled minutes before because of equipment failure. We were told we could wait for 2.5 hours for the show on another screen. Not an option for us. So, I wanted a full refund. I was guaranteed a full refund, but alas, I was only refunded $63.37. They kept the $7.00 on-line charge. Absolutely the worst service I have had with a movie theater chain. I went to this theater because they were supposed to be different and better. My experience was really disappointing.

This place is great. It has tons of food options. Not just regular movie snacks, but like burgers, etc. It also has a bar you can order from and those soda machines that makes tons of different flavor combinations. It has the reclining chairs, but I couldnt get the armrests to lift up, which I like to do sometimes. We saw The Grinch, and it was great of course. I love that they are doing a classic holiday series. Its fun to rewatch movies in the theater with all of the snacks. I also saw a bunch of things in the movie that I miss when watching it at home. Definitely check this place out!

Went to Star Wars movie. Great experience! The sound was incredible and the reclining seats were awesome! Your seat actually shook when things blew up or during other strategic parts! I would definitely go there again!!

I have been using this theater my last couple outings. I signed up for their rewards program (free) and Marcus has some great offers. I appreciate some of the deals they have to offer, most of the time new ones every week. They have a bar, pretty much a full menu and a well laid out lobby. 5$ Tuesdays is the best deal out there. I havent had a single issue with the employees. They have large theater options as well. Marcus is doing something right and I plan on using this location for the foreseeable future

It used to be 5 stars IMO, but the last few times Ive gone there the employee apathy is palpable. Its unfortunate because the seats are comfortable and the sound is great. But Im finding that to be the case at many places. Perhaps its the world we live in now? Perhaps weve all been beaten down and no longer care about a job well done? Perhaps its more work for less pay? Whos to say really. Im sure Ill go back but it would be nice if the seats werent dirty when I arrived for a show. It would be even nicer if the employees would treat me as a guest in their home rather than an inconvenience.

I love this theater! All the seats are dream loungers, the food is great, and people are nice. Only complaint would be its always cold. Haha! So bring your blanket!

Ive been here several times. My 1st Time was awful. Slowest bar service and table service Ive ever had. Took over an hour to get 1 drink. Had to go up to bar to even be seen. 2nd time same service. Slow, rude, inaccurate, had to go to bar to get service. Lastnight took the cake. I understand you offer food but any chance dinner is only allowed in bar area? My lord. Be prepared to be surrounded by everyone eating their dinner of all sorts in the entire theater. If you go to movies that u truly want to hear watch and enjoy dont go to this theater where they offer dinner and allow it to be taken into the movie. Youll never have more people around you eating, scraping their bowls, plates, baskets the entire time and unwrapping their burgers etc. absurd.

Mine and my family’s go-to movie theatre. We’ve been going ever since it was constructed and have had no complaints. Love the comfortable seating. Enjoy the delicious popcorn, snacks, and meals. Can’t rave enough about the $5 Movie Tuesday and $6 Student Thursday deals. Marcus Southbridge makes movie-going an enjoyable and affordable pastime.

Love this place! $5 Tuesdays are amazing! Went here for the first time not on a Tuesday though and hoo boy is it expensive. The picture quality, sound quality, and chair quality make it worth it though.

Ive been here a couple times to sum up my review....movie experience is awesome. If you want to see a movie I highly recommend buying your ticket well before as this is a assigned seating theater. Knocked stars off because they need to really step up the bathroom cleaning. Before and after movie was very gross and this has happened many times.Restaurant experience is pretty poor and very pricy.

Clean, convenient, well staffed and managed. Grateful they are concerned with safety and have policies that ensure an enjoyable experience. Comfortable seating.

Smaller new theater; seats are great in all the auditoriums that Ive been in, with modern sound. Good concessions and express restaurant, and a decent bar. Their rewards program gives you cash equivalent that you can use for movies, concessions, or drinks - and it adds up quick. Once you sign up for rewards you can enter your reward number in Fandango and order tickets online without paying a service fee.

Great screens, comfortable seats, and professional staff. The theater was fairly clean every time weve visited. Good rewards program, discounts for vets and students(certain nights) and $5 Tuesdays that sell out quick. Their app is also very intuitive and well thought out.

I like it because the chairs can be super comfortable, but the prices when it comes to buying not even 2 tickets its expensive but still worth it.

Having a drink while watching a movie is one of the greatest combinations ever. The food is pretty good too and the large screen TV in the bar/restaurant makes it a good spot to watch a game without a crowd. The service is very good and because of its suburban location, it is not as busy as some other theaters. This theater also participates in the Fathom Events program which brings classic movies like Die Hard and Karate Kid back into theaters for a limited run. With the reclining and heated seats, grab yourself a cocktail, some popcorn (with extra butter of course) lean back and enjoy the show!

This is my favorite movie theater. The reclining seats are really comfortable, and I appreciate the reserve seating. The Marcus theater app is convenient, and the member rewards card is a nice bonus! There are plenty of food and beverage choices too. I recommend seeing a movie in their Ultrascreen theater.

I would have given this a 5 star review as weve always had great service there however recently I had asked about a drink recipe for something my wife liked. They tried extorting the for cash to tell me what was in the drink

Definitely love Marcus theaters! Honestly, I hadnt been to a movie in 4 years. My parents brought me to Marcus to see the original Beauty and the Beast, and just really had an amazing experience! The seats are awesome, the food (especially the chicken tenders) are just amazing! My husband and I are now rewards members, we love this theater so much.

This is my go-to theater for new releases. The viewing experience is top notch and the cheap tickets on Tuesdays are great.

It is a good place to watch movies (obviously) and a good place to relax. This place has some comfy chairs that you can relax on. The staff are nice and the place is clean. The theaters are a little echoey but after awhile you dont hear it as often.

Dream loungers with heat are amazing. Great staff, and clean that. Pretzel bites are a must.

I had fun with the ladies the drink special was pretty good but the entertainment was not bad at all.

This is our go to theater. The seats recline some even have sound effects and are heeted. The screens are big and the sound system is fantastic even in the smaller rooms. There is good food and a bar available. You can even bring the drinks into the theaters. They have the great soda despensing machines that have a huge selection. The popcorn is always fresh. There are bathrooms at both ends, close to all screens. The prices are fair and they even have specials.

Nice size screens and comfortable reclining seats except that the headrest seems to lean forward too much forcing your head and neck to bend forward. I have to recline my chair almost all the way to improve my posture.The customer service is a hit or miss here. Last issue is I paid over $15 for a large popcorn and soda. However, the popcorn tasted really stale and old. I didnt want to miss the movie so I just ate half the bucket and threw away the rest. Average movie experience overall.

I tried the heated seats in the DLX theater. Ooh Wala. I didnt need my blanket that I brought in. Very compfy. Good sound huge screen. Would recommend seating more towards the back some than near the front. My friends and I saw 1917 great story. There were parts where the camera was bouncing with the actors that it got intense. The bouncing became to much to stop the feeling I focused on the surroundings instead.

Great theater... love the reclining seats!Ample room in front of seats so people can get by easily and the layout makes for a excellent view.Sound systems are excellent (How I WISH I could get my home system to sound even close to this).Reserving seats online is great and if you have a Marcus card the online fee is waived.Of course, pop and popcorn are too expensive, like all the rest of the theaters, but I rarely get those anyway.

Most positive reviews here are fake. The theater is nice, they have a bar that nobody cares for cause they dont have WiFi. If you care to reach out to the Marcus theater... You cant.... Because they dont have customer service and only two employees work in the place, besides the bar. The place is a joke.

This is the first in the twin cities, two Ultrascreens with the leather recliners and heated seats. I came here on grand opening and was in awe of the environment and turn out. You a couple self service kiosk to pickup/purchase tickets and soda/icee machines. The food stand now has burgers, sandwhiches and large pizza which is new. Food taste amazing by the way. You also have the Take 5 restaurant lounge area which is unique, full bar, table seats and giant screen TV to watch a game. The neat thing is the bathroom sinks have a air dry connected next to the faucet.An area of improvement would be the bathroom, there are only 2 urinal stalls and 3 toilets.

I cant say enough good about this theater. I accidentally booked tickets for a Marcus theater in Illinois through the new Marcus app. The problem with that is I live in Minnesota. I went to the theater to check me and my family in for the show and thats when I realized my mistake. I chose a favorite location on the app so I didnt think twice about looking closely at location. Anyway, the team at this theater allowed us to go in and see the movie at this location without charging us. That is great customer service. On top of that I got a message to rate my experience at the Marcus Theater in Illinois. I rated them poorly (apologetically because the app was the actual cause of the frustration) and I got an email from the General Manager of that location expressing they were sorry and showing concern. Very pleased overall with my experience with Marcus Theater.

I really enjoy $5 Tuesday (now apparently $5.35 or something). The only issue are the prices in concessions. 2 icees and a soda should not cost $20, especially when I can go to Holiday and pay $3 for the same 3 items. Its obviously why everyone is sneaking food in under their blankets. Otherwise its a great location to watch a movie and the staff is very friendly.

Always had a good experience here... except for today. Cash only at the snack bar and the movie was supposed to start 20 minutes ago. Cmon guys

GREAT THEATER! Space is wonderful, lots of snacks/food options, comfortable reclining seats, always able to get seated for a movie. Go on a weeknight, less busy except for Tuesday which is $5 ticket night.

This theater is great! There are many individual theaters to watch movies in. So that means lots of choices of movies. They have alot of dreamloungers where many of my family have fallen asleep watching different movies! Those seats are comfortable, they recline all the way, and even the aisle seats have 2 cupholders!! The theaters are always clean! There is a very nice Bar/Grill there with a huge screen for sports. They - the theater and bar serve popcorn and mozzarella cheese sticks as well as pizza and normal theater food. As soon as you walk in the door there are machines right away in front of you where you print your online order/purchased tickets. Very easy to get in. They also have slurpees!! Overall very nice theater!

In some ways this is our favorite theater to go to - great seats, prices better than neighboring Eden Prairie most of the time. I just wish the people who work here were nicer and more professional. There are a few who are very good. But, 8 times out of 10 we have someone who is rude in concessions or the cleanup crew. I wont go into examples. But, its the thing that stops this from being our fav theater as there is outstanding customer service at other theaters we frequent. I wrote into customer service 2x with examples and they never responded. So, we dont go here quite as much as we used to.

Good spot to go see a show or two. Service at the snack stations was a little slow and the employees at the time seemed distracted. Once you get passed that the experience only gets better.

I use to only go to AMC theatres but this theatre is pretty sweet. Plus they have Mountain dew Haha. They have a pretty decent food selection and a cool bar to get an adult beverage and a meal before your movie with a giant projector TV screen. Great reward program and spectacular seats!

The guy at the ticket booth is super rude. He wouldn’t give me my tickets and kept questioning weather we were students or not. We were almost late for the movie. I will keep going to the other Marcus theater where the staff is respectful and helpful!

You guys need to improve on cleaning a lil more, other than that I love it, one of the best mt in the area. Dont take me wrong tho, Ill highly recommend this theater a 100%

Took my kids to see Frozen ll on Black Friday at the 1:00 showing. The screen wasn’t working but could hear sound, I went to notify someone (he looked like the manager) and he had the worse attitude and was very short with me. It was very unnecessary and if someone is treating their customers in that manner, then I will go back to AMC theaters. It was very much uncalled for and all I said was 7 words to him and had no clue he already knew. Not happy at all and have never been treated like that. Worse customer service I have ever experienced.

Movie prices are good and the Dream Lounger chairs are comfortable.

Comfortable seats! I really like the auditorium set up. Gives everyone a great view of the screen. Even if you are in the first row. The theater was fairly clean. Only thing bad I can say is that the bathrooms were in terrible condition. I went on the opening of the Avengers Endgame.

Its the closest theater to my house. Very comfortable and has all the amenities, for a price.

This has become our home theater. We go at least once a month. Theaters, entry, and bathrooms are always clean. We love the $3 (or free with coupon) movie series and $6 early bird tickets. Sometimes they seem exceptionally understaffed though. Concessions are good. The reclining seats are fantastic!

Reclining heated seats, a bar with pub food and people that know how to scoop popcorn correctly.

The theater is nice but the heated seats NEVER work.

Visit the Kwik Trip across the street for affordable snacks and beverages. The theater is nice too with good food and beverages, nice theaters and clean bathrooms.

Love going to see movies here. Theater is always clean. Prices are on par with most theaters of similar size and amenities. I like being able to grab a drink if I show up early for a show.

Love the chairs! Also like the idea of picking your seats...unless you get there at the last minute and cant get 2 seats together. Also the FREE popcorn is a plus!!!

It is always well kept and they had morning showings which helped keep the cost down and made it easier to get the kids there.

Two large and the water was over $20. The concession stand is not for the faint of heart. Great seats and it was very clean.
