My husband has family there I dont know why they live there. There was a huge drug bust a few months ago they are always finding new ways to charge people and the managers arent the best. Im not sure but I know in Wisconsin it is against the law to lock the doors to the mail boxes but they do here.

This mobile home park charged my brother a $45 Application fee. The maximum application fee allowed by law (per Minnesota Attorney General website) is $25.They know they are breaking the law...they don’t care.

I pick up some ladies that live there.

Seemed like a decent place, but not enough available, dont know when something comes available, No notification system that I was aware of.
