Showed up after racing to get a bite before my long drive home. Hostess told me they couldnt take my order because it was shift change. I waited on the side for approx 10 minutes and then approached again. Hostess took my order, even gave me a discount with my MVP Rewards Card and I paid up front adding in a 30% tip. They gave me a buzzer to let me know when my food would be ready. I waited approx 25-30 minutes. No new customers ordered during this time. Finally, I approached again advising I really needed to go and I couldnt wait any longer. The Hostess just said fine. Never bothered to check on the status of my order, or offer a refund. She seemed like she didnt want to be there. Who knows, maybe the cook didnt show up at shift change. I walked out and went to get a bite at the Muddy Cow.

The restaurant is amazing and broad, the food was delicious and the rates were very inexpensive. fast, productive service and very amiable staff members. Recommended.

The food is super great! So nice that its is right in the racetrack. Service was friendly but on the slower side It isnt clear that its in Cantebury online, while they do allow children it isnt very child friendly because they are in the casino, children are not allowed on the casino floor, so you will need to call before you walk in and have an escort bring you to the restaurant. If not it seems to be very difficult for the information desk to help you, and the supervisor of the casino has no knowledge of the restuarant or its hours. When we asked to walk back to the restaurant the casino staff almost turned us away because the supervisor said they are not open sundays (which they are all day) until I said how do I have a reservation if they are closed. So my advice would be to call the restuarant directly and ask for an escort for they do serve children. So I would rate the restuarant 4.5 stars and the casino staff 1.

What a night, what a night....soft opening of the new Little Chicago Chophouse last night went very well. There were many guests enjoying the 1st menu created by chefs Seth Teiken,Eric Mena, Xin Lee. Everyone The event started with a glass of Moët champagne and very tasty appetizer - the trio: crab cake, jumbo shrimp, beef tips. Soup was a lobster chowder absolutely phenomenal dish, delicious than we had salad wedge salad with blue cheese, personally don’t care for it but it was tasty. The main dish was a filet mignon and ahi tuna with asparagus, very nicely presented and cooked for perfection. They also offered family sides like: macaroni cheese, Brussels sprouts and hash browns. For dessert we had absolutely delicious bananas foster flambė and chocolate martini- really,really good . It was very interesting to hear about the beef program and fish program from Chris DeFelice and Matt Pronschinke from the Braveheart Black Angus Beef Performance company, the place where all meat and fish is coming from to Little Chicago Chophouse .Restaurant Director Shanti Jensen andJake Johnson F&B assistant manager were there too helping everyone to keep everything smooth and easy for all the guests.Clayton and Shana were serving all dishes for us. They were very attentive and pleasant.I would say :Bravo,bravo, bravo to the entire team. We had a lot of fun. This new restaurant concept is very nice, decor is upscale, with black tablecloths on each table, very elegant.I know this restaurant will be very successful, they have the best people working there.
