We ordered nachos while waiting for the kids to play games and they were very good. The waiter, bless his heart, was a little strange. When he came to take our order he told us it was his job to get us drunk. Then said if you dont drink no judgment.

Our first time going we had fun only problem was the menu, not much to choose from,service was ok.and last but not least the token situation for the games! We got the 275play points witch was suppose to be their special! It sounds like a lot but no its not 30$ 275 play points we barely got to play much just a few games we could have taken that 30$ to a regular arcade and played for hrs. So play tokens wasnt worth it at all...great games though

First time at dave busters food was good but you would get better service at funeral. Server Scott made excuses telling us that they were out of to go lids and they would b out of ketchup next week cause corporate was going bankrupt. We were over charged for fries we didnt order. It took too long to get our check and to pay server So we could leave. It wasnt that busy to get such bad service.

I love this place every other night you will find me here playing Guitar Hero Arcade! Try to be my scores! The food is great prices and many specials on drinks! Great for absolutely anyone to have fun unless you dont like fun?!

We stopped by while in town on vacation. This was the first time we had ever been in a Dave & Busters and it was fun. The food was good but a little pricey. My teenage sons had a great time so it was worth the money.

Its always a great place to go. It wasnt super crowded which was nice. There were plenty of sanitizing stations, and I even received a free card for being a healthcare worker.

By far the best Dave and Busters location Ive been to. Very clean, recently built restaurant, with a HUGE arcade and some of the best food in the area. Highly recommend you eat here at least once while youre in town!

Great place for family fun. We watch the games on the TVs and kids play games. Good food and Brittany is the BEST waitress.

We went at 1:30 on a Tuesday and even though it was busy in town the store wasnt too crowded. Food was good. Got a fair amount for the price. Service staff was attentive. Some of the games are shut down to accommodate social distancing but not many. Store was clean and had hand sanitizer stations. Nice prize options. The amount of money spent on chips was about the same as what we would have paid for our loot. Overall a good experience.

We have a great visit every time we go here. The staff is always fantastic and willing to go above and beyond for any needs. I highly recommend eating and playing here!

Fun place to hangout. Love the pretzel dogs!! The kids always have a blast. You can load your play card to your phone and carry over yours points anywhere and the prize center is awesome (not cheesy cheap prizes). We have been to the ones in Myrtle Beach, Gatlinburg and Houston. Never been disappointed!!

I was very disappointed at your menus lack of gluten free options. Only grilled chicken tenders or a bunless burger were recommended by our server after he talked to the kitchen manager. My friends and I ended up having one drink and then left to eat elsewhere. I have eaten here before, but apparently your recipes have changed since the last time I ate here.

Were from out of town and I have to say I never review places but this experience was so poor I had to. We have been to Dave and Busters before where we live and customer service is amazing the moment you walk in the door so I know this is the exception for this organization and only in regards to this establishment.The moment we went up to the front desk the cashier had an attitude because we were asking questions about the packs and the manager behind her said just send them to the kiosk. What happened to customer service? They had plenty of table space but couldnt accommodate the requested sitting and once again had an attitude when we asked. Not to mention the food was cold. $100 food for 5 people and its cold...The waitress came to the table 1 time the total time we were there. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Beware the only reason this place received 2 stars is because the games but definitely not the people. I hope everyone working on this particular night learns to step up their customer service or finds jobs elsewhere. Customer service isnt for everyone.

The food was extremely good and the service was great. I only left a four star because I feel that there should be a bit more variety with the arcade and the prices to enjoy the arcade are a bit expensive.

Rude staff and very unorganized! Our table for 9 was given away to a group of two people. The short skinny blonde girl had an attitude. The staff at the front tried to over charge us for game credits with the super upgrade package for $29. They tried to charge is $40. The staff collecting the game cards in the prize area did not have very good math skills. We were under credited for the amount of tickets we collected. If you go hear, please make sure you pay attention to everything!

Always a fun stop, of course some changes due to COVID-19. But still a fun time. We only played, we didnt eat.

If I could give a 0 I would this is establishment is a joke. Todd Dennison treated my family horribly when asking a simple question. We came in with our 4 kids and spent $ 300 in chips alone before even ordering our food and that’s when things went sideways. Summer our server was rude and when we asked to speak to a manager is when things went downhill. I’ve never in my life felt so disrespected by “customer service for asking a question about sliders.” As a general manager myself I would never in a million years allow my employees to handle customers in such a way. I’ve been to the Dave and Busters in Nashville and they were amazing with a great experience but to not only speak to a woman the way he did but then to threaten my kids with security while I was trying to get my $300 back we spent is ridiculous no one will ever speak to my children in that way when they did nothing wrong.

We were there Sunday June 28th from out of town for a Jeep event. We decided on D&B so our son could blow off some steam in a safe environment. Our food was excellent, our waitress Kerri was top notch and very friendly and the drink she recommended for my wifes birthday was outstanding. Next time we are in town, we will definitely return!

This visit is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL This is our first time visiting a Dave and buster and we will NEVER be back. Anthony was our server and he absolutely discarded Us. Took him 20 mins to even make it to the table, THEN ANOTHER 20-25 to even stop by so we can order our food. not to mention he lied and told us he couldn’t do something we requested for witch we inturn talked to the manager and he said they could do it. We then finally got our food 45 mins after being there and he never came to check on us nor get refills I had to get up and stop him to get refills. By that time our food was cold and not even worth it. It was just devastating in all aspects.

Friendly staff and good service. The games are really nothing better than any other arcade, but you can drink (alcohol) and the food is good. Service was great by the waitress. Lots of parking.

Me and my two grown daughters stopped by on our way home to have lunch. We had no idea what the food would be like. To our surprise the menu was fantastic with so many healthy choices. The fact that they have zucchini noodles as a choice to replace pasta was amazing. The salmon was the best I have had in a long time. Everything was so affordable and we ended up playing games for an hour and having fun . We live in Knoxville and plan on making Dave and Busters our new favorite place to eat in Pigeon Forge! This was our first visit to this Dave and Busters location. It was very clean and the staff were nice. Our food was hot and very tasty. We visited on a Wednesday at around noon and it was not crowded at all. This location varies a bit from some of the other locations that weve visited, in that, the restaurant area isnt in a separate room. Not a problem, just an observation. Overall, a nice experience.

Dave and Busters is always a blast. Location was clean and well ran. Server was great while we dined and my order was correct and fresh. All the games worked and everything was clean. Great experience.

It would be a 4.5 but not a option. Food is really really good. Staff is really friendly. But the only probably is the wait. It was about a 2 hour wait. But other than that It was great.

Very pleased with my first visit to a D&B, welcoming staff was great, place was very clean including the restrooms but most of all .. Marisa, our server did a excellent job at guiding us through my son and I first experience here and was very pleased and comfortable with her. Great time at Dave and Busters today.Last visit we had Summer as our food server, she wasnt quite on her game that day.Today she was working redemption and was awesome to deal with.Nobody is perfect we arent always 100 percent.Dave and Busters Pigeon Forge has a great team.I enjoy visiting here.

Dave and Busters is always fun. Employees are following mandate. There are sanitizer stations everywhere. Food was yummy, and I loved my Frose.

This place is amazing. The games are so much fun and the staff is so friendly. The food is also so delicious. I had the lobster Alfredo and it was to die for. It was so good I even ask for the kitchen manager to come out so I could tell him. That meeting was the icing on the cake he was just so wonderful and even made our whole table laugh. Thank you Greg and thank you to everyone at Dave and busters that made our vacation the best we have had.

Prizes are extremely cheap. Got home and realized there was a hole in our avocado pillow. They had no more and wouldnt replace it or tickets

It was, yet again, not a good dining experience. During this Covid epidemic we have been promised sanitary conditions, yet ALL our dishes were disgusting with left over food and grease stains, and our server refused to wear her mask the ENTIRE time she “served” us. She also towered over us while not wearing a mask and maintained zero distance. I had my toddler with me. When we spoke to the manager, NOTHING was done to correct the situation. DO NOT EAT HERE DURING THIS TIME.

What an amazing place to have a birthday. I wish every birthday locale offered so many extras. Our server was great and kept everyone happy for the three hours we had her. I would do it all over again!

This was our first visit to a Dave & Busters, and it was excellent. The staff were very helpful in explaining all the different options. Our waitress, Kourtnee, was amazing. She was excellent at telling us the most popular things to chose, excellent on keeping us in refills, finding us when food was at the table while we played games. She always had a smile on her face and was a joy to have serving us! The gaming area was great, many options to choose from, very clean & well kept. All the attendants were very gracious and outgoing. Very nice all the way around! Definitely stop in and see them at this location.

I was so pleased with my visit to Dave and Busters, I just had to leave a review! What an amazing experience. I was seated very quickly, the menu was great and the environment was very welcoming. The staff was professional and courteous and my server was incredible! The food came out in a timely manner and after that I just lost track of time with all the games to enjoy! I highly recommend this place.

Had a lot of fun here. It was really crowded so we sat at the bar and very glad we did. The service was excellent! Even with a full bar the bartender took the time to explain menu items and beer choices. Will definitely return on our next visit.

Wow! I am completely impressed with this new Dave and Busters! First impression when I walked in was how clean and inviting it was. There are big screens everywhere with many different games on for you to sit and enjoy. The hostess was welcoming and promptly seated us. Our server, Kelli, was timely and knowledgeable about the menu and game cards as we planned out our gaming strategy for after lunch. A manager even came to our table to talk with us and check on our meal. He was very professional and courteous, I think his name was Michael. Once we finished, we headed to the game floor. We had a wonderful time playing all of the games. There truly are different games for everyone. We spent hours there enjoying the unlimited play. Dave and Busters is a must do when in the Sevierville Area!

Love their wide variety of exciting games and it was actually more exciting than your everyday arcade and we ate some of their food. I think I ordered a burger of some kind and French fries and their food was pretty good, better than what I was expecting it to be. Seems like a great place for parties and family gatherings.

The boys really enjoyed it here, because they didnt pay fir it. I paid $18 for a small house salad. Id eat before you go.

Our server (Jacob) was great and the restaurant was very clean. The games were good too. This location is a little smaller than the myrtle beach one game wise but I like the seating in this one better.

My vegan burger was so good and big!

This is a great place for playing arcade games and hanging out with friends. Although they use a token on card system to make their games rather expensive without you being able to notice. So make sure and do some calculations before hand so you know what youre spending. The food isnt the best but its bar food, so its about what you should expect.
