Awesome theater. Very reasonably priced and immaculate as well. Staff was fantastic. Staff member states “It looks like you’ll be having a private showing” He says to let them know if I happen to move seats so they can get everything sanitized. This is one of the few that I’ve noticed that actually does this. Fantastic!

Very nice theater. Every seat in our theater had a recliner style seat. Clean comfortable and decent prices . $5 matinee before 1pm $6.50 after 1. Friendly staff. I like that you can refill your drinks and buckets of popcorn. Family of 6 here, we eat a lot of popcorn. Overall good experience.

Our experience was excellent. There were only 6 people in the theatre. Masks are required. They only sell tickets for every other seat. An employee was waiting to disinfect the seats used as we were leaving. The movie we saw was Honest Thief. Safest place we have been other than home.

Nice and affordable theater. Matinee pricing very reasonable. The large reclining seats, which you get to select when purchasing tickets, are very comfortable. The theater and restrooms were clean. We went on two different days. One day we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The next day it was slammed. It had a very long ticket purchasing line out there door. Other than the long wait to purchase tickets, the rest of the experience was great.

Everything was good but the reason I am giving a 1 star is for the fact of how expensive the snacks are. 1 small m&m = $4.19 plus tax. Seriously the same size box is sold at 5&below for $1.00 plus tax. So everyone please remember to bring your candy from somewhere else. And the popcorn most definitely is not fresh. Sorry about the 1 star, Id be glad to change it to a better rating when the prices can be affordable to everyone.

It was awesome we had the theater to ourselves, because of Covid-19 I assume. Everyone is staying home. We went here instead of going to the fair this year. Everyone must have been there actually.

Rude, rude, rude. Stay away. Support and spend your money somewhere else that’s appreciates that you walked through their doors. You will be doing these people a great favor if they have to close down and go gets jobs elsewhere and hopefully have no interaction with the public.

Ive been susceptible as to whether the mandated mask are a form of control and public submission... tonight my sisters took me here for my 18th birthday and Ive never been in a more communistic building. My first time to a movie theater was the worst... take from my expirance what you will

For those that are upset about the mask mandate. We all have to follow them. If you don’t want to wear them then don’t come out but calling the employees not just here but other places of business “rude” and “mean” and other remarks because they are doing thier job then stay home 5 star for all of the sevier and. Gatlinburg workers. Here and everywhere.

We could not believe that we found a place that was showing movies in theater! The customer service was exceptional, the cleanliness of the place was top-notch, and the prices were the best I have ever seen! We decided to go here since our plans had to change due to inclement weather. They were only selling every other seat to comply with covid 19 restrictions. However, our family of six still sat altogether without any problems. When we visit the area again next summer we will definitely come back here again. I would recommend this to anyone who is traveling in the Gatlinburg and pigeon forge area. If its raining and you need something for you, your husband or wife, or a family on a budget I would recommend this place and activity.

I had been here before but was reading some of the reviews again before going . One issue was I saw a few people saying that the lights stay on . After my previews finished I thought the lights are they going down or not, the lights did lower to were they didnt interfere with the movie . Also my popcorn was fresh not old and hard or stale like some of the reviews said. The drink machines had one out of service but there was no waiting for drinks . We had a very nice time with no complaints, issues to mention. We will continue to visit when in the area.

The Governors Crossing Stadium in Sevierville is the only movie theater in Tennessee that has the xtreme experience.My two sons’ was able to see a movie with the xtreme movie seats and theater screen.Thanks Kevin for going above customer service for me and my two sons’.We look forward to visiting this amazing movie theater real soon, the next time we are in Sevierville, Tennessee.

Great movie theater! We love getting to select our seats before we go in. Recliners are awesome and lots of room. The staff is wonderful, especially the General Manager Brian Wilson.

Our first time last week and were very pleasantly surprised. The theater was clean, comfy reclining seats, great screen, and sound was perfect not too loud. The bathrooms were very clean. Will definitely be going back again !

The only reason we went to this theater was because I had purchased a Groupon thinking that I would be a good savings as it turned out it was only slightly less than $5 a saving which was more than made up for by the gas that it cost to drive there from Knoxville. The staff was pleasant enough the restrooms are very spacious but I had to look into four stalls before I found a toilet that Ive actually been flushed says something about the people who use those facilities. Apparently the theater is not cleaned very well included pictures of the trash underneath our seats. I talked with the manager who seem to be aware of it. He said that they did have a clean up crew that came during the night and cleaned under the seats. But maybe the truth but just take a look at what youre sitting over when you watch the movie. The seats are recliners and were comfortable enough but if youre too tall or Too Short the kick out part for your feet hits the back of your legs in the wrong place. You cant control how far back the seat reclines if you have the foot rest raised they do not work independently. We saw Shazam and the movie was a lot of fun we enjoyed it very much

Theatre was cool but the recliners could be better they actually hurt my legs when I reclined. I enjoyed the Bad Boys Movie. Also great price for a 1pm show on Sunday 5.00 bucks cant beat that.

Unlike other movie theaters the rows are not cramped up. Seats have push button reclining backs and foot rests. Very comfy!!! Always a wide range of movies playing since they have 10+ media rooms.

My wife and I are long time customers of this theatre. We have always enjoyed everything about this venue until recently. We pay to see the movies we choose and then are forced to watch commercial after commercial prior to being allowed to view the entertainment we are paying to see. I understand the monetary motivation for this by the management of the theatre but this is exactly why we pay to go to the movies in order NOT to have to endure countless commercials. Yesterday, we were forced to endure 15 minutes of constant commercials before being allowed to enjoy the movie we paid to see. We are seriously considering not returning to this theatre again because of this practice.

This place is comfortable and very clean!

Went to see a movie last night and screen had curtains in the way on both sides of the screen which cut off a good portion of the screen and when I informed staff they said ok and went and told someone in the back so i went back to watch the movie and they never did anything about it.

Large theater and clean.concessions had a variety of snacks and employees were very nice and helpful I love the reclining seating.

This is the first negative Google review I’ve ever left. My family and I wanted to love this theater, but it’s lacking in major areas.One, they keep the theaters much too bright, as other reviewers have noted. I asked management if they could dim the lights some, but they said they couldn’t due to “safety reasons.” I’ve been in countless theaters in several different states and have never seen one with lights left on at this level. The lights make it hard to see the movie clearly, esp during darker scenes.Two, not all of the seats recline, even though there’s no mention of this on their website. We paid for what we assumed were reclining seats.Three, the entire theater is very dirty! The carpets are honestly gross and in need of major TLC. And the non-carpeted flooring was also visibly dirty.And four, the popcorn was burnt and tasted old. We will not be back to this theater.

I love going to the theater. This one is totally awesome!! Seats recline!! Can you imagine? I was with a friend in a wheelchair & the theater provided a special place for us to sit. A young man named Brandon helped my friend, after the movie was over, to go from the seat to the wheelchair!! All employees were especially wonderful!! I recommend it highly!!

Like this theater. Bathrooms are clean and big. Seats recline and keep your drink cold. Very cleanYou can fill or refill your own drink. Get the amount of butter you want for your popcorn. I do not like that theres only one huge line for tickets and snacks. So if you prebuy your ticket online, you still have to stand in the huge line to get the ticket printed or stand there to get your beverage. It would be better to have a separate ticket window. Thats why I gave this a 4 star.

My favorite movie theater. Matinees I can take myself, my wife, and our son for 20 bucks with no refreshments. With refreshments closer to 30. The screens are good and the chairs are electric and recline.

This is the place to go to the movies, reclining chairs, & you get to pick your seats out. If not sure ask any of the people who work there all of them have been more than helpful in assisting us with where the best seats are. If you are going with a small child you may need to take a blanket as it was very cold in the movie theater. Awesome food selection & Great people working to help you. 5 stars all the way!!!

We love this close to home theater! The Carpets are starting to show their wear. The seats are always in good repair, snacks fresh and restrooms clean! There is a great rewards card program to earn free movies! Friendly staff and well lit parkinglot!

Nice theater in Pigeon Forge. The matinee price is very reasonable. The consessions were reasonably priced and the theater was clean. A great option on a rainy day.

First time visitor here. Prices are very affordable and the theater was clean and well kept. We were just in town for one day but wanted to see a movie that was out so we decided to go to this theater. It was a very good choice.

It was a decent theatre with reclining seats and the prices were better than some places Ive been to. The only thing that was not good, thus the 4 stars, was that they only have Pepsi products, not Coke! I havent been to a theatre with Pepsi products in years, and that didnt make me happy. Yuck.

Dont get the set up from the handicap. There a bar in the way.

Reclining seats are nice and all but they don’t keep website up to date with showtimes. Showed up to see a movie at 12:50 per online schedule and it really wasn’t showing until 7:00 at night. Seems like an important and simple task to keep showtimes current

Came to see Endgame while we were in town for the weekend. Comfy seats. Good concession choices. Great priced tickets, it blows our home theatre prices out of the water. Great location on the strip. I dont know why I love this place! Its overly simple and a little underwhelming but I think the world needs a little of that in movie theaters these days.If you dont look it up you will easily miss it but there are pretty decent reclining chairs as the only thought that goes through my mind is there probably not cleaned regularly and they make a lot of squeaking noise getting it to the right position.Once youre past that Landmark though you have a pretty comfortable ride and easy viewing. Dont get too close to the front row in the upper deck as the railing might interfere with your viewing experience if you lay back too much. You had my precaution now go have fun.Make sure that you only want to see a movie and thats it. The selection at concessions, the amount of movie times theaters and games are very limited. But you go to the movies to watch movies correct

Went to see the movie Ford VS. Ferrari! This movie theater has us spoiled. We dont have a theater like this in our home town! Every time we come visit here we try to see atleast two movies! Lazy boy seats galore! So comfortable and relaxing as watching a movie should be! We love this place!

THIS IS THE WORST MOVIE THEATRE THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My family and I went to see Jumunji at 2:50 at on a Monday afternoon and we were running 20 mins late because of traffic and when we got there the guy who we bought our tickets from had no sense of urgency and TOLD US THE WRONG NUMBER THEATRE. When we got to the theatre the movie was almost over. When we tried to get our money back, the worker and his manager were very rude, and argued with us and tried to give us movie tickets for a another movie instead. I would suggest that the public would choose a more proffessional and friendly theatre than this one.

I’m not sure what kind of nanny syndrome safety freak is running this joint. They seriously assign seats from the register, and they leave the screen room lit up bright as can be throughout the entire movie. Totally ruined the experience.Best of all, our tickets ended up being twice as expensive as they would have been if we would have went down the road.Won’t be going back.

This was a Veterans Day movie through the desire of a veteran friend. Doctor Sleep. Okay, I had just finished lunch at Texas Roadhouse, and maybe I nodded off for a few minutes, but I saw 95% of it, and the rest of it was kind enough to keep me awake. The original Shining was scary as S*?. Good movie. I recommend both. Governers Crossing is different! Wide aisles, full lounging electric recliners, plenty of vertical headroom, so youre not looking around someones head. Definitely, not a Regal Cinema experience. And, Im not knocking Regal as I like them, also. But GC here goes the extra mile on some things, and you have to experience it. This place imparts a feeling of largeness.
