Had decent deals but didnt give any of the free stuff that is literally plastered on every billboard around the area. I loved the Trump merchandise that made this place unique and a great place to shop.

Fireworks should be banned to the public. Because people are uneducated and ignorant to the protection of others and their property. And those that know better, dont care because there is no consequence or accountability in this country anymore.

Absolutely terrible service on the outside lot with ATVs. Pulled in and looked around for probably 15 minutes to find a couple that I liked and had questions about. They were kinda busy, 3 other customers besides myself, so I left and went to another place to spend some time. I ended up going back to this store, which now has 0 customers. I still couldn’t find anyone to help! There were 3 guys working on stuff on the side of the building which will absolutely not speak to you. The lady walking around I did briefly get to talk to, she was nice, but didn’t know any of the prices on any of the products. After a few people pulled in with ATVs that they bought there earlier in the week and were no longer working, I left. On a good note there is another place within a mile that has great customer service and it looks like the ATVs there are better taken care of and are a better quality for about $50 more.

We visited does fireworks store July 3rd. we were expecting it to be busy, but because of the coronavirus we were hoping there would be better guidelines set in place. There were errors on the floor guiding people to where they should,but no one was following it. There wasnt a whole lot of staff in there directing people which way to go. In fact one staff member pushed his way in between me and my husband and directed other people to do the same. Too close for comfort

Definite skip!!!!!Employees dont know what they are talking about.!!!!I asked how much to get 250 free and was told a price. I then proceed to fill a cart up and wait 30 minutes in line just to tell me that the deal I was told was not valid. Biggest waste of my time here in the smokies.Better deals on the way home guaranteed.

Car died in the parking lot, and the employees came right to the rescue. One employee got us some cables and the other went and got his car. We was back on the road in 15 mins! Thanks guys, you know who you are!

If you need to buy fireworks and you plan on buying them in Tennessee this is definitely the place to go they had big variety of fireworks price is reasonable and you can get a lot of fireworks for the 4th of July to have a great fun time definitely plan on going back down there to get more fireworks next year for the 4th of July

This store was disorderly. Did not enjoy the experience. The woman in the store was rude and lacked manners.

Update #2, 8 May 2020: Im having a small oil leak after contacting the owner who told me to reach out to one of his techs I was able to have a good conversation and great assistance from Bob. He called me and sent him over pictures and after talking to the mechanic there at least they are trying to help me. For that Im pretty sure is worth changing my experience with them. Although I have a leak at least I have someone helping me. That means a lot to me. Great customer service and interest even if Im 6 hours away. Hopefully I can get this leak resolved but I feel we will. Thank you Bob.

Really good with the kids coming in for the free firecrackers...(see coupon in any motel or restaurant lobby)...very nice place. Clean & easy in & out.

This place is awesome. Their selection is amazing. They have just about anything you could ever want as far as fireworks go. They even have small ATVs and little Jeep like vehicles. This is a must stop place for a fireworks lover.

Get ready for a big disappointment. They are not open when its listed.

This place has a good selection. I was thinking that being in a high traffic area this would be a high volume seller and in turn maybe a few good deals could be had there. Its not a high volume dealer or at least it would appear not to be. Several of the items have been in the store so long that the packaging is fading and deteriorating. I price checked a couple of items, they are way way over priced. For example, Excalibur is $99 at Gorilla vs $59 at Grannys. It didnt take much looking to see why they have had product on the shelves for an extended period of time. This could be a great location if they attempted to make their profile t on a few customers instead of trying to make the rent off of everyone coming through the door.

Staff is rude. Ran into me and didnt even apologize or acknowledge it happened. I also suggest stopping at local fire work stands. fire works are the same but prices are a lot more fair

DO NOT LISTEN TO ONE STAR REVIEWER. Right as I walked in I was greeted by the staff, and they were very helpful in answering all of my questions and making suggestions. Not only did they assist me the whole time (without being too nosey), but I was given some free samples when I checked out. I think the prices were great, I got a bag full of stuff for under $30.

We went here to check their prices on fireworks since we have never been there, and we were pretty disappointed. This place actually had the worst prices of the 10+ stores and stands we visited. The staff was actually very friendly and not very pushy and overly helpful like fireworks supermarket. The man at the register actually gave a a free 300 shot saturn missile battery, which was worth at their store $25. That being said, to help everyone out, the best 3 place to buy fireworks for the cheapest prices are #1 Parkers fireworks on Chapman Highway, #2 Bimbos Fireworks at the Lenoir City exit, and #3 Fireworks Supermarket off Watt Road.

They have all thier bigger fireworks on tv screens and can look then up instantly. Downside is.....its gonna cost you! Have your wallet ready! The seen you comin.

Inventory seems a bit dated and prices are higher than they should be.I stopped even considering coming here after the things that happened last year. If you google the business and pedophile you can see the news. That doesnt pertain to how they run things, But it was enough to turn me away.

Went to this place because Google said it was open till 10. We get there at 9 10ish and all the signs all say open. When we walked up to door though lights were half way off and store was closed. Dont have any other hours posted so not sure when they actually close
