At first glance one would think the cabin was clean. But on closer inspection we found dead bugs, live spiders and dog hair all over the furniture and bed. The hot tub wouldnt change jet speed and had a peculiar smell. The porch had wood dust all over from the borrowing bees. Couldnt sit outside on patio furniture to eat our food. But the worse thing was the water. It smelled like rotten eggs, we wouldnt even try to fix coffee. Their brochures show brand new cabins so dont expect yours to compare. The ladies that cleaned the cabin before our arrival left an envelope for a gratuity. If I have to go behind them cleaning etc I dont feel they deserved anymore that their regular pay.

Our cabins was very nice and secluded .The cabin was clean but the kitchen could be better equipped. The master bed had a 4 inch sway in middle .We had a interesting start which we originally rented cabin 193/Four seasons which needs a totally update. It had a horrible smell when enter and needs more lighting and blinds were broke and couldnt open. Needless to say we ask for something else.Pictures are deceiving on the internet.Aunt Bugs staff were nice to get us changed to different cabin.

This cabin is cozy and spacious, very well maintained, and the sound of the falls below are incredible. So far we LOVE it!

Very nice cabin. Secluded and the rippling water was great.Just a few issues with the bed but everything cant be perfect.
