I had an old painting of a Side Road Shrine in Germany dated 1953 from my Grandmother. Hung in the home where 3 adults smoked--was dirty and smoked. I gave it to Kathryn to be cleaned-did take a while because of the layers but now is perfect. I have been to her studio and seen many of her paintings. I love the family paintings that have the departed members ghosted in and her sheer coverings of subjects.
I asked Kathryn to paint a portrait of my late great-grandmother and couldnt be more pleased. All I had was a small 4x6 photograph from many years ago, but I wanted a large painting for the living room of her house that I now live in. It is a precious heirloom I will hand down for generations and I will never regret my investment with Kathryn. I have already commissioned her for more...
I handle Katherines insurance and retirement and have the opportunity to visit her studio several times a year. I walk around it in amazement of her work!
