Peaceful and quiet, aside from the traffic noise on CR83.

Still a beautiful and respect filled place.Clean and well kept despite its age (~30 yrs).I stopped to snap a photo of the sunrise.

Good place for walk with family. A little small but its ok.

Nice little place to relax and walk for a bit. Not much to do here but they have benches for you to sit on when you walk all the way up. Not sure why its in the middle of nowhere. Decided to check it out because I always pass by.

Very relaxing place to take friends for a walk. Very quiet for being right between Nichols.

Nice park, and a great view of the South shore. I wish they would trim some of the bushes and trees to the North as well. Ive heard there is a lot of sexual activity up here too recently so be careful who you talk to.

Good for a quick walk and some Pokemon Go. But come at your own risk, I get this vibe that older gentlemen are looking for companions here.

A great place to visit- the only structure here is the spire.

Small peaceful walks

Its a beautiful marble obelisk memorial for the Vietnam War veterans, but the park is overgrown, cant see the highpoint view anymore. The parking lots and paths have a rep for cruising, kinda creepy.

This park is absolutely beautiful whether you are simply passing or if you decide to take a walk to see the sky high land mark. I was driving around and spontaneously decided to check this place out with my best friend, Marvin. We parked further away from the monument and walked through the park. It was very nice and relaxing and we were able to see the monument from almost every section of the park. We took a lot of great shots and the time in which we visited (around 5PM) the sun hit the monument perfectly. I highly recommend this spot for a nice picnic or mini trip to get yourself outside.

What an awesome tribute to the awesome soldiers who gave their lives for our country as well as those who survived but are still suffering.

A beautiful way to pay our respects to those who served in Vietnam. Even though the memorual sits in the center of a four to six lane highway i found it to be peaceful and a beautiful place to visit. I will visit this sitr again and would recommend that you visit it at least once. It is our history and a great place to learn about it.

Other than the creepy activities that happens in the parking lot it is a great place
