I lived there for a 1 1/2 and it was good but needed fixing n me n my husband fixed some parts on our own. When we decided to move out to find something better, Im guessing landlord didnt like that idea and he came up with lies saying we had other pple living with us, n we wouldnt give keys back and we didnt give notice of leavn. Everything he said was a lie n I was shocked he said those things bcuz we never had a problem with him n he didnt have a problem with us so Im confused why he will lie about stuff like that. I made sure house was real clean b4 we left. We added new tiles n did lil remodeling ourselves to the trailer. But thats ok bcuz God watches everything. Any landlord should be happy for a family thats tryn to move up to a better living environment. Hope soon he realizes that n not lie about others again.

I love living here, the owners are especially nice and willing to work with payment, as long as you pay on time
