As always, I enjoy shopping at Michaels and missed visiting the store while it was closed because of the pandemic. It openedthis morning, and I was greeted by a lovely lady at the door. The store has beautiful merchandise which inspires one to decorate the indoors and outdoors of your home. Loved it and good luck on reopening the store!

Love this store!!! I find kids crafting sets at a very reasonable price and then add my coupons!!

Cashier helped me retrieve my rewards coupon and a 20% off coupon from my phone. If she didnt help I would of lost them. Helpful and pleasant!

I bought a flower stem at your store in Smithfield ri., I had a hard time finding one with a upc on it, but I finally did it was almost falling off, unfortunately the flower stem didnt work very well in my vase so I brought it back to the seekonk store, somewhere along the line I lost the tag, but I had my receipt, the people at the seekonk mass. Store were not going to give me a refund because I didnt have the bar code, they said they didnt carry that one there and gave me a really hard time until I got really upset, I said I dont think I should have to drive all the way to smithfield because they didnt carry that one there, after arguing with Brandi, whoever she is, a manager got involved and finally gave me my 8 dollar refund, I dont think any customer should have to go through all that when you have a receipt, she could have looked the bar code up on a computer and seen that it went with the receipt, I will not be back to michaels ever again,

Yarn section is demolished and doesnt match the ad. I know that it is probably due to COVID but it looks like the section is completely destroyed and ignored.

They have a pretty good selection of acrylic paints but they are fairly expensive.

I love shopping at Michael’s! They have great sales & if there is something that you want that is not on sale, look for a coupon either on their app or online...you can’t go wrong shopping here for decorations, craft supplies, picture frame & home decor!

They carry nearly everything! There are great values during sales and the clearance isle is a good spot for inspiration.

I make jewelry, just ran in to grab a few things to a piece Im making . Beads were 50% off . I got twice a much for the same price! it was great! One downfall the cashier didnt greet me and shoved my purchase at me

Great Stuff, A little pricy compared to Hobby Lobby

My first time shopping at a Michaels store and was impressed by the prices, discount and customer service. I give them a two thumbs up !

Love this store, I can spend hours here every day. Love having the rewards card and app, downloading the app is a must due to great coupons and deals they have. I have also taken my daughter to arts and crafts event they hold on wkends, lots of fun for both children and adults.

Excellent range of frames and frame accessories, if you are into that sort of that thing.

I do not usually like Michaels but the one in Seekonk is unusually good. The staff was very attentive and the cashier offered the Michaels discount card which saved her 30% off her purchase not just one item like the coupons in the newspaper or app. Which made things more reasonably priced. For the most part, AC Moore and Michaels are ridiculously over priced but at least this one always has what they say online is In Stock in the store. Which is a bonus. Plus as I previously mentioned the employees are helpful and very nice.

Its a huge craft store. It has just about anything you need for any project youre working on. I love craft stores. I can find things I need to make toys for my rats, rabbits, and my birds.

Great selection of crafting supplies. Easy to get lost in but I think thats a happy way to interpret my lack of direction. If I had to make a note it would be to double check the baggers/cashiers. I purchased a few small bottles and they were placed together after I asked them not to be. I could hear them clacking as we walked out the door and when I got home 1 smashed and another cracked.

I love Michaels stores but find this particular site to be confusing, and much less stocked than other stores. I was in the needle arts section; perhaps other sections are better set-up and stocked.

Michaels fills a great spot for the artist, visual designer, interior designer, and anyone who likes to make stuff. I know they offer assorted silk flowers, bead-making, artist materials, paper, and jewelry making. Its really a fun store to go into on a family trip as well as by yourself to pick up some needed materials.

This afternoon I went to the Michaels in Seekonk, MA looking for a few items to finish up my wedding decor. When I entered the floral section, it looked as though corporate was visiting, as a large group of employees were gathered around a fixture talking to one another. When I walked by, not one but TWO of them asked if I needed assistance (I appreciate this! I used to work in retail & nothing is worse than being ignored). I asked these associates if they had a large wooden Welcome sign. Unfortunately, they didnt have exactly what I was looking for in the store - But they all chimed in to help & told me they could check online or I could look in the wood aisle for other similar options. They even went as far as to search the website themselves & come find me on the other side of the store to show me a picture of what they had available online. I told the man who approached me that the sign online looked too small, but thank you anyway & we went our separate ways. Just as I was getting ready to checkout, the same man, who introduced himself as the district manager, came up to me again and said: We are out of free shipping coupons, but Ill do you one better. Heres a $10 gift card. Talk about customer service! This experience made my day!

Brought a magazine for the cover and certain pages to be framed- they ended up dry mounting the wrong side of the page down and finishing the framing so now the actual page I wanted framed is ruined. They casually called me to see if I can get another copy of the magazine- I can’t. I did get my money back but I wish instead that I had the correct magazine page framed.They also frame their pictures with certain framing hardware that completely ruins the wall you are trying to put it on. Paid over $500 for three things to be framed and will never get anything framed there again.

The staff here, truly does put the customer first. We were treated wonderfully, when we encountered a problem and several staff members found a fabulous solution. We were extremely satisfied with the patience and professional manner in which our problem was solved. I would highly recommend Michaels to everyone. In the present retail environment, where customer service is often non-existent, the staff at Michaels is an extremely welcome change.

They have the supplies you need for most things

The staff at this Michaels location are very nice, and helpful. I often go shopping for arts and crafts supplies for my projects, and when I come here, they have a large selection of things to choose from, and they always have what I need in stock. Their store is very organized and easy to navigate. The only downside of this store that I can think of is that the prices can be a bit steeper than the ones at A.C. Moore just a minute away.

This store is awesome. I think I spent an hour here walking around AFTER I found what I was looking for and ended up spending twice what I had planned to. Not complaining though. I came for the plaster hand mold for my fiancee and I. There was one left. I get lucky once in a blue moon. Check the black bins under the shelves if the shelves are empty. Decent prices, and if youre a crafty type person, you too will spend an hour here. Minimum. Guaranteed.
