My kids love Funcity Trampoline Park they are 8 an 5 yrs old. Its better to go later in the evening an hour or 2 before closing during summer hours due to less people more room less time waiting for turns because you pay to play for 90 mins or pay more to play longer. Its good exercise for the kids and they have fun doing it. Only things is my kids have a little bit of a hard time climbing out the foam blocks after jumping so daddy or myself pull them out. Also seen a kid this time we went that jumped in and ended up head first in foam blocks was stuck with feet up sticking out and couldnt get out didnt know who parents were so luckily my fiance was close enough he grabbed him by feet and pulled him out . What is nice about place is they do have toddler area for younger kids. They also have massage chairs and other comfy looking chairs for parents of older kids. Funcity also has a new virtual reality area $5.00 for 5 minutes. Over all its a great place for kids to have fun let out energy and get some exercise in. Parents have fun too jumping I know I have the few times we went.
For an hour it is priced well. The kids always love going and they have a ton of things to do for all ages. The staff is always nice when we go. Clean facilities. Not sure on party rates. Recommend if you are looking to have the kids burn some energy out with something indoors.
I love their ball pit/slide area for the little kids. It allows me to bring two children with different interests/abilities and they both have a great time! They have a great variety of activities. Nobody ever gets bored here!
It has potential! Its an amazing place. Prices reflect the fun. Management however was unprepared. Party room not ready. Time slot pushed back half hour. Then forgot our pizza. 20 kids still waiting..Customer service? I need Rum.Matthew you were a great help. You should run this place.
Fun for young and old! I visited with my daughter and 2 grandchildren, 6 and 8. They had so much fun. I laughed just watching them. I finally got courage to jump into a pit of sponge blocks. It was exhilarating! I could hardly wait to do it again. However, it took me a looooong time to get out of the pit. Because I could not reach the solid bottom, my daughter had to push from the bottom and a nice stranger pulled from the top. I didnt try again. Did I mention that I am 73 years old? Fun for young and old!!!!
Excellent spot for fun for the whole family. Kids of course enjoy the trampoline and they also have soccer and they have a great Playground kind of space with a slide. Adults can also play video games in this TVs with Sports & news. Lots of party rooms. Bathrooms could be cleaner but otherwise are organized.
This place is great since they added those bumper cars and really bouncy trapolines it got 10x better
Clean & bright. Equipment in good shape, some signs of wear, but nothing visibly neglected. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful. Staff intervened appropriate, were not overbearing. Love that there is no restriction on where kids can go, so families can stay together to bounce. Wish there was a wipe-out section. Love the kids structure and the Ninja warrior course, one of the better ones Ive seen at a trampoline park!
Love that kids aren’t restricted by age at Funcity, and that there are so many different ways to jump and play. Facilities are well maintained and front desk staff are pleasant. The floor staff are generally pleasant though sometimes spend more time on their phones than supervising. All in all, a really fantastic place and a great value! (Stalk their FB page to see if they do a summer pass— we did it and it was such a great purchase!)
Overpriced and the service for a booked Birthday party was unorganized. The communication was not good. When your guest arrive is when their jump time should start because that is what you paid for. I’ve been to better places.
Kids will be very happy and so will the parents, kids get to climb jump and even play dodgeball. Parents love the energy spent which leads to a quiet ride home
One of my favorite places to take my toddler. Her and I both have a blast ! Funcity is a must for family fun time
Definitely one of the better trampoline parks Ive been two. Would absolutely recommend this location. The birthday party room was a bit small with very narrow Hall and entrance, so if you are hosting a bday party with a lot of guests, I would check that out first, but a pretty big building with lots of different activities to do. Seemed to be lots of hand sanitizer stations as well.
Took my nephew here during winter vacation and I was pleasantly suprised how nice it was. The kids have an absolute blast and expend a lot of energy! The only bad thing is it seemed a bit unorganized...the computers were down and some of the arcade games took money and they didnt work. It was altogether a good experience and would go back.
Great place for the kids and those with extra energy. We attended a really nice birthday party. The kids had their own private room with water and juice drinks. They also had pizza and ice cream cups. Each child had an hour of unlimited jumping with lots of fun games to play.I personally loved and used the massage chairs. I left feeling refreshed and the kids were delightfully worn out. That is a great day!#RockFromRI
Perfect for little kids to get some energy out. Its was clean and everyone while we were there were respectful and polite.
Went here for the first time Friday night 1/24/20 with my wife and two daughters (ages 2 and 5). They absolutely loved it! Couple things: the staff at the counter could have been a little more hospitable and helpful. They took the money and didn’t mention or ask if we had special socks. When we brought our girls to the trampolines a staff member said they needed socks with the grips. So it was an extra $5.50 (little pricey but they were good quality and we can use them again when we come). They also acted annoyed that we were taking them away from their conversation with each other. The rest of the staff were helpful however. The place is huge and has areas for all ages. We paid for the hour and it was more than enough as our girls were exhausted! I would like to mention PJ, who was an employee working the dodgeball area and he was PHENOMENAL! He played with our two year old and five year old the entire time they were in there. He engaged with them and made them feel so welcome. Our two year old tends to be on the shy side but he came to her level and she was smiling the whole time throwing balls to him. We will definitely be back! Thank you PJ for going above and beyond. I would highly recommend this place!
My son(4) and I always have a great time here. Great place to let kids discover their capabilities.
My nephew went the first day it open and had a blast the staff were awesome and very welcoming
My daughter loves it here, even though there’s a lot of kids it’s still fun for adults to play as well
I brought my niece here for her 7th birthday and she loved it! Not going to lie, so did I! Not only did they have trampolines, but there was an area to play Dodgeball, soccer, foam pits that you can jump in, glide into, rock climb and battle over a balance beam where you try to push the other person offer of with the oversized Qtip things. They even had basketball hoops with trampolines, a small ninja warrior like obstacle course and an indoor play ground complete with slides and a ball pit. Im in my 30s and I had a great time and got a great workout jumping! Definitely going back.
The kids loved this place. Lots to do and they were tired.
Great place to have a party! I had my sons birthday here and all the kids loved it! Staff was super nice and the facility is clean and kid friendly. Prices were better than get air and sky zone. Definitely will be back again!
Its impossible not to love this place. Prices may be a bit on the high side, but man do they give back! Better than any playground, and parents are going to have a great time too.
Not the best trampoline park but still pretty good and fun. The foam pits are some of the best parts
Get there early- but best tramp park around...looks like they are expanding, too.
Great time for the kids (and adults)! It can get busy but they do a good job of managing the jump times. It is clean and well maintained. We have been to 4 birthday parties and they were all a hit. Will jump again!
It was ok, the kids had a great time, not much for adults to do while waiting, not to mention the absolutely ANNOYING massage chairs that have an alarm that sounds if the person sitting on the chair isnt using it, the alarm sounds like the fire alarm, which is scary that if anything happened nobody would know. And the place could be a lil better kept, someone is gonna slip and fall on the plastic bag from the socks on the floor, maybe take the bags off b4 handing them to the patrons
My kids love coming here and I have no problem bringing them. They don’t have a lot of people working when I’m there but I watch my kids so that doesn’t bother me. The floor has n the big play place is always coming up I’m surprised that no one has gotten hurt yet. We decided to have my sons birthday party here and it was awful. The party person had no idea what she was going I basically had to do it until she caught on and came over to do her job. Kids had ice cream before cake was out. I didn’t get my sons shirt and if I never mentioned my VR tickets that were included I would have never got them. I paid a lot of money - I shouldn’t have had such an incapable person. When I called to speak with a manger I got the run around. It seems like only kids work there. I’m not even sure if a single adult is employed there. This place is poorly managed. It could be such a great place if they cared enough to pay people a little bit better and get quality help. They make enough money to do that.I would still go here. Just don’t expect anything but bare minimum when you walk in. And definitely don’t have a party here.
Workerr with the orange hair validdd add my snap babbbbyyyy deanell_cuba
I got hurt. I fell off the climbing wall from the top into the foam pit. The inflatable cushion under the foam was completely flat so I landed directly on the metal pipes between the trampolines. It hurts when you are expecting pillows but you get a solid surface. I’m in pain and went to the doctor because I could not turn my head. My entire left side of my body had shifted at my pelvis almost an inch. Going back for more treatment with the doctor this week. I asked for a refund for myself $14 (not for my 5 year old kid) and they denied it.
Went on MLK Day evening and it was quite busy. Price cant be beat, and you get alot for your money. Much more reasonable and flexible than the competition with much more variety for kids to do: like a Zipline, several battle joust beams, an indoor playground, Dodge ball, huge climbing wall, and countless trampolines of all shapes and sizes, and lots of other stuff. However, its the Wild Wild West, with essentially no employees on-hand to regulate the rules and the few who are there dont look too interested. So it is essential to keep eyes on your kids 100% of the time because kids will be kids. The waiver area had 4 Chromebooks to complete waivers electronically, but only 2 worked. The changing area floor was littered with trash like wrappers and empty water bottles. The restroom had no soap or paper towels (but was clean). There was a moderate smell of epoxy in the air because apparently they are expanding into the space next door and had wall-to-floor tarp separating the construction area. Overall it was ok and my kids enjoyed it more than other trampoline parks and Id go back, but probably at a less busy time.
Great for my 3 yr old. He never tires of it. The staff is low key. Small selection of outrageously priced chips, candy, icecream and drinks. I tire him out here before nap time! Wish they could have the space to incorporate a bouncy house section....a kids rainy day dream.
Lots of fun. Clean. Attended a birthday party and they did well with service and meeting the needs. They were organized as well.
Best Trampoline park I been too, it may appear like pure chaos of kids running around, but it’s pure fun and freedom. I’ve been to multiple parks that have so many rules like: can only jump one person to square, can only jump by age in certain areas, etc and so on. So it was really nice coming into Fun City and having pure freedom. Also there is a rock wall which is wicked fun and the obstacle course is sweet too! Highly recommended!
My daughter had a blast, the staff were all great not like the other trampoline place I’ve been to before. A little crazy with all the kids running around, but what do you expect? There kids having fun. Place was very clean and the restrooms were also clean. We absolutely would go back
This place is a blast! Fun for all ages. They even have massage chairs for the adults. Very fair prices too! Will absolutely be going back.
I like this place, Its really Affordable And both my 8 year old and 5 year old could jump together Without having to split up
Nasty. Tried jumping on the trampoline and they told me I was too big. So what if a 60, 160lb boy jumps a little.
It was fun because I get to hangout with my friends and the best part was the lights it was fun the socks were glowing so this is why I give this 5 stars
My son loved this place. Pricing is very fair and staff super helpful.
Nice wide area for adults to jump and play. Kids could go anywhere, there were no age restrictions. LOVED the toddler area! There were 3 slides that went into a ball pit along with a little obstacle course and swings and more slides. My 1.5 year old had a blast and didnt want to leave ... there werent a lot of rules and restrictions which I loved ! This is the BEST trampoline park I have been to! Funcity has won this customer!
My kid loves this place. Wish they monitor the smaller kid section better since bigger kids are constantly in there.
A ton of fun and a more intense workout than I was expecting. The balance beams and sparing blocks were my favorite. I couldnt finish the obstacle course either. Fun for the whole family, not just the kids.
My kids LOVED it! Really fun! Lots of cool things to do.Willettes Optical Paradise Approved
Fun place... in my opinion its better than its local other trampoline parks....
Super fun place to go with your kids!!! Kids can actually use the whole park which makes it a blast for everyone, even the smaller children. All staff were very friendly and welcoming.A staff member named Alexis, was especially amazing with my 4yr old son.I’ve been to a few trampoline parks, but this one by far was the best!!! The staff here is just absolutely amazing. They kept a close watch on all the kids at all times. They were all smiling and having fun doing there job . Thank you all for an awesome night! My little boy had so much fun!!! Will definitely be back soon!
Had a wonderful time clean and friendly staff will return
My kids love this place. At times the staff cant adequately supervise the volume of patrons they have though.
Fun, and a more adorable choice instead of the overly priced places.
Great place for kids and adults, definitely going again
Love this place had my son s bday there twice awesome easy going people. All the kids we invited had soooo much fun
My kids and I had an awesome first visit to Funcity. Great variety of activities. Excellent work out for kids and adults alike. The dodgeball arena was a bit rough, lots of angry kids wailing balls at each other. Will be back for more fun.
Really nice place for the whole family. I have taken my kids to SkyZone & Launch Trampoline many times. I think this place is way more fun. I like that the place has a more appealing open concept. The younger kids have their own area.
Honestly I am not putting a one star because it was my four year old nephews birthday so the place gets an extra star just for that. However this place has the worst customer service I have never had this type of experience. We were all shocked. We couldnt be surprised because there wasnt any adult supervision the place was run by children. They were trying to kick everyone out extremely early. They were rude and ignorant. One of the boys even said We should start kicking every one out now or we wont get out of here until Christmas. Are you kidding me? Right in front of a customer? Normally if I have a bad experience somewhere I wont even leave a review. I do not consider this a review, rather a warning. They tried charging us for THREE invisible, non existent children. Then argued when we brought this to their attention. SMH. Although I know this review will be ignored rather then taken seriously and making an effort to make sure other customers do not experience this in the future. Employees are a reflection of their manager. So this complaint isnt against the fun children can have at this place, it is against the manager, who should be ashamed and perhaps the owner needs some reflection. I am writing in hopes that others will heed my warning. If not I sincerely hope you have a better experience than what my family experienced. Reading I wonder if others will think I am being dramatic but the sad part is...I wish I was. I wish I was one of those customers that are never happy. But, no. Its just that. BAD.
What a mess of a trampoline park. Compared to the other ones in the area (Skyzone/Get air) this place has absolutely no supervision which just makes it dangerous. There are teenagers or adults jumping and pushing kids off trampolines. The only reasonable place is the toddler area which is contained. We usually go to Get Air and I think we will just keep going there. This place is just asking for a major injury
Cool for the kids Thankyou God Bless
Are there any adults in the joint? Had a birthday party there for 23 kids plus their parents. They stuck me in a room for for 10 kids. The kids had to crawl under the tables to get out because they were pinned against the wall. The parents weren’t able to be I. The room with the kids while serving cake and food because it was so tight in there. The jumping facility is great but the service was awful. I wasn’t able to speak to an adult and the manager looked like she was a teenager. When speaking to the poor girl, she didn’t have a clue what to do. The party was very expensive too even if you don’t compar it to other places. It was way overpriced, party service was awful, stuck the kids unsafely in a room that was not fit for capacity and there was no one to speak to about it. Great place to just go to jump but NOT to have a birthday party. Never again
Horrible... The bathroom are dirty!! Iggh
Awesome, especially if you have a high-energy toddler!!! My son ran around for an 1hr & a half and was knocked out for a nap by the time we hit the carseat! My son is almost 3yrs old & this was a PERFECT way to burn all that energy that he has! They have a toddler area & the staff are great!Very very clean & extremely affordable! Prepare for your kid to sweat, have a blast & never want to leave!!Will be coming here MORE often!
Too crowded. No specific area for my 3 year old. Very easy for a child to get lost, stolen, and trampled
BEST PLACE EVEN I LOVE IT BEST PLACE EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Great place for kids of all ages and adults!!
Going on a non busy Monday was excellent. Only about a dozen of children and everyone was not crowded. Alot to do for kids and teens.
Came here for a birthday party once and my kids are always having me bring them back for our own family fun.
It is almost perfect, but the rubber floor is bubbled, and I saw several kids and adults fall
My kids like this place. Its clean and you can get good deals on Groupons
So much fun every time we come. My kids get so excited every time we pull in the lot!
Absolutely amazing!!!! Better than Sky Zone, Launch and way better than Get Air!!!! So many different things to do and a TUN for the smaller kids too. Reasonably priced, zip line, high jump, big rock wall, large ruble track, large free jump area, trampoline dodge ball, trampoline soccer, parkour, well padded, HUGE toddler area with swings, ride on toys, slide, you name it.
Nice place, but very very poor service. Staff at the front desk is completely inefficient...Besides, they advertise 10 entrances packs, but dont let you use them for 2 kids!! Every place such as BounceU stamp the same multi entrance card for several kids of the same family.Big kids are the not separated from younger ones and not careful of little ones. and staff is totally oblivious, parents are here to do the staff job to keep their little kids safe
I love the experience here! Always clean. Friendly staff. Perfect for all ages.
Crowded and dirty! Walked in and walked right back out. The other trampoline parks like the one in Swansea were much nicer, plenty of attendants who kept a eye on things.
Tramps seemed ok. Kids jad fun. Vr set up was broken and didnt even offer to refund my money.
We were in town visiting and my daughter asked if we could go here. We were there a whole 10 minutes and she flung herself into a foam.pit and landed in a sitting position and crashed into the hard floor underneath and ended up fracturing a vertabrae. She called for help several times before the attendant, who stood 5 feet away, finally casually walked over and asked if she was ok. She said she was not and she had hurt her back and could not move initially. 2 more staff were called over. No sense of urgency whatsoever from the staff. They had her climb out of the pit herself, which could have caused paralysis if the fracture had been worse. The waiver specifically says that the parent or guardian gives full permission for staff to obtain medical personnel. All they did was ask if *I* wanted an abulance. I am not a medical professional, nor do I work for that facility. A back injury should have been cause to determine that an ambulance was needed...by THEM. I feel the staff are not properly trained to deal with emergency situations. Nor do they care. The waiver you have to sign is so all inclusive that your child could die here and they would be like..oh so sorry for your loss. And then go about business as usual. When the manager was contacted the following day, she insisted that the facility was up to code and that under the foam pit was a trampoline AND an air bag. If that were the case, then my daughter would not have ended up with a fractured vertabrae. She would never have thrown herself into the foam pit if she had thought for one minute that she would be hurt by doing that. They never even offered my money back. Not even a we are so sorry this happened. The one staff member filled out an accident report. Never asked for mine or my daughters names. Just a record that it happened.Never again will I ever allow my daughter to go to one of these places. Especially this one.
Weve been here a few times and my 8y.o always has a blast! Definitely worth the 35min drive for us! So much better than SkyZone! All areas are always open, no foolish rules about little ones jumping here not there and all those rules that make the fun not so fun. We always do the 60mins and thats more than enough to wear the kids out! Seems like it would go by you quick but it does not. Never had an issue with cleanliness here, always looks good. Today was the busiest it has been when weve gone and even with all the people (parking lot full) it was not too crowded and we did not wait in line to do anything or feel like we had no space to jump freely. Cant wait to go back soon!
Great for whole family lil pricey but worth if you have kids its something all can have fun there together or separately so its worth the money and just started yesterday on Monday nights 3pm to 9pm is family night if family goes they take 20percent off price
Exellent place i have so much fun and i am close to staff and the owner and his children so some people should give it a chances
Loved it! Clean, lots of staff (all friendly and helpful), pretty crowded but had plenty of space so you never had to wait for different activities. We plan to do a kids birthday party here soon!
Excellent. Fun for the adults and kids to jump, do dodge ball and other activities.
Bad experience in my opinion. The trampolines are very outdated and at the end of their life. For that main reason I, unfortunately, will not be returning.
Fantastic place for kids of course but all the staff are like 16 years old, never mind the middler schoolers running and jumping in the TODDLER AREA
Don’t recommend for teens, Not fun for teens. Other than jumping on the trampolines there is nothing offered for them. All ropes and swings and such are off limits for teens so a few jumps and flips and you’re done.
This place is awesome. First time there and we will def be back. So many activities for the kids to do and for a great price.
My 18 month old loves this place. Though there only a few jumps of her interest, but the energy being dissipated all around keeps her in awe.
My kids love this place. They have something for every age.
Went for a birthday party and had a great time. Kids had a blast
Love this place!! My nieces always have such a blast when they come! The staff is great and the place is clean compared to other parks weve been to!
Very fun for all ages!
Easily the best trampoline place around. They do things like obstacle courses, flipping areas, a zip line, and tons of like obstacle ish places to jump. It is a wonderland for kids of all ages. My three-year-old had an absolute blast and my six-year-old was like a future olympian here. This place is easily the best around. Go here, you will not be disappointed. They even have a warped wall. And the play area for little children where they have slides and ball pits and things of that nature is just awesome. Easily the best around
Its fun for a trampoline park. Had my kids party there, wont do it again. The room was not ready until our whole party was standing in the hall. Unorganized and lazy staff.
Place is nice.. Kids always have fun here. But I gave it 3 stars cuz tho its fun its also run by children. And i never see them?? Unless its dead but when its busy the staff are no where to be found. And if they are there they are so young I guess they blend in maybe?? The slide doesnt slide so the kids were pushing themselves down and at one point a kid got stuck which caused a collision.. (No kids were harmed nor were there staff to be found) The cushion at the bottom of slide should be pushed up against the slide cuz if not when the kids slide down(they cant anymore anyway) would bang up against causing pain. My boyfriend and i have fixed it 3 times that we visited. Due to our children banging up against mat at the bottom. Again no staff was to be found.. It really should be checked regularly. But all in all its a nice place to burn off steam.. The kids really enjoy it. Cant say i wont go back cuz the kids really love it but as a parent. I have issues. Hence 3 stars...
